Been using these for a while now, great food, great customer service. I’m fussy when it comes to Chinese food and this is the best Chinese in town. Reasonable prices too. Wouldn’t go anywhere else

As we were stopping in Beetley we decided to try the Rising noodle by delivery, Delivered on time,lovely food and really good value as we are returning in October we shall be using again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Rising Noodle is an absolute gem in the world of Chinese takeaways! Their meat spring rolls are hands down one of my favorites - always crispy, flavorful, and packed with delicious fillings. And let's talk about their curry sauce... it's downright divine! Perfectly balanced, rich, and oh-so-delicious. Every order from Rising Noodle is a treat, and their consistently high-quality food and friendly service keep me coming back for more. Highly recommend!

Yet another great meal from Rising Noodle, I have ordered from here a few times before and will keep on ordering. They never disappoint. Great friendly staff I love the atmosphere and smiles. Food is always super tasty you can taste the the care they put into making your food. (I really appreciate the Prawn crackers guys.)

It was a nice experience trying this establishment for the first time whilst visiting Barcelona. Good value and plenty portion sizes. No pay at table service we had to walk up to pay for the meal however I would recommend visiting.

Stayed in Yaxam and ordered in. Even though we weren't entirely sure of where we were (the cottage didn't appear on Google Maps!) they were very accommodating. Food was still piping hot despite our poor directions, and generous portions! Puts our local takeaway where we live to shame.

We come to visit family every couple of months. Every couple of months we visit this place an it all. The cheese and mushroom won tons are amazing.

We love the rising noodle, when you get through the young lady on the end of the line is always cheerful, she is efficient and knows what she is doing, she is always accurate when telling us when to expect the food, the delivery person is always happy. 1st time customer, had food delivered to me in my truck. Peking ribs, s/sour chicken balls, house special chow mein, 2 pancake rolls. All arrived on time, hot, and all good quality and decent portions. Recommended! 👌👍

We were recommended Rising Noodle for a Chinese Takeaway that delivers to our village. We ordered from them last weekend and they did not disappoint. The food arrived bang on time, food was really good and still hot…and with a free bottle of tango. Very good! Will definitely use again!

Good was ok but nothing special, ordered on Xmas eve and was told delivery was 2.5 hrs so said I would collect and was told min 1hr to collect so ordered arrived 1hr later to people just walking in and ordering and being told will be 10 to 15 mins. They walked out before me. Then got food went home and found the egg fried rice was boiled rice. The mixed veg in sweet and sour was 50% onion not be ordering again

Fried rice starchy and bland no flavour at all. Tiegreen curry disgusting. It was hard to explain any other way that watery tasteless and costly for sick.

Ordered Mixed Hors D'Oeuvres (For Two People) which included Satay Chicken on Skewers, Spare Ribs, Prawn Toast, Spring Rolls, Seaweed, Crispy Won Ton for £8.50 and Crispy Chilli Beef for £5.60. We also got free delivery and free prawn crackers. Good portions and tasty. Well packed and punctually delivered. Good service. But we found it to be too sweet. Even the crispy chilli beef was just sticky sweet. The seaweed was sweet instead of salty. Peanut sauce with chicken satay was pored on so someone who dont like nutty taste wont like it.

We have found this company wonderful serving brilliant food and giving great service. They deliver to us 5miles out of Dereham normally pretty quickly and if a delay is going to happen they will always tell us. They deal with my wife diet (allergy) needs. (" Although we have had one or 2 dishes where this was questionable") But generally we would suggest you try them. Really really good.

So we ordered after googling Chinese takeaway in dereham and then on the phone they said they only take bank transfer after taking the postcode(not full address or name) we said we wanted to pay cash but they said they only accept bank transfer, they texted us the details meanwhile we was still looking for alternatives that take cash, and looked up trip advisor to see if this was dodgy because it seemed strange to us having to pay bank transfer for a takeaway (this made us feel like they didn't trust us) Gone off the idea of this place after seeing very bad trip advisor reviews we kept looking which is when I got 10 calls from them and heard them shouting hello from the carpark. We went out and begrudgingly paid (after seeing the reviews) just because we felt bad for the driver, we thought we'd give it a go but the food was cold and very greasy and the prawn toast was soggy and raw, £25 down the drain and went without any dinner because we wasn't expecting then to show up without an address, name or payment. Looks like we was the only address with that postcode (don't live here just staying a couple of nights)

Placed order this evening, lady on phone said 45 mins for delivery. Rang after an hour to see where it was & was told to be another 45 mins on top. I know probably quickly to collect but seriously!! Customer now lost.

As one of the only Chinese takeaways in town that deliver AND take card payments, they have the market cornered under the current circumstances. To say the food is poor is an understatement. It is bland, greasy and generally not nice. Honestly, steer clear. There are several fantastic restaurants in Dereham and this is absolutely, unequivocally, not one of them. Make sure you have cash and order from a decent restaurant or make the journey and collect from one.

I had been using those takeaway for years. Recently over the past few months it’s dreadful, food has been overcooked, late arriving, things missing. However, my review today has been caused by a very disappointing experience. Had a simple order for home delivery, ordered a chicken curry which comes with rice. The rice was not there, called to tell them and they said we hadn’t ordered it. When we stated we didn’t say we wanted it because the menu stated it comes with it, the lady on the phone was very rude and said it was our fault. We then had to order an additional rice and pay extra for delivery. Owner turns up on the door step, stated he had asked me if I wanted rice and I told him no... he then proceeded to argue with me on my own door step saying “it’s my job I know what I’m doing” (clearly not) it’s also my job to know what is exactly being said on the phone at all times. I advised him of the awful service and said that I wouldn’t be returning. He shrugged and didn’t even apologise. Couldn’t even wave the £4 for the rice due to the inconvenience. What a greedy, under par takeaway.

Great takeaway service, brilliant tasty food

Tonight Sunday 6th September 2020 year of the covid-19. I had one of the best if not the best Chinese takeaways from Rising Noodle in Dereham. The crispy chilli beef and chicken were cooked to perfection the crispy seaweed was superb and the pancake rolls and BBQ ribs delicious. All this after spending 20 minutes in the car on the drive home to Tittleshall. Thank you and see you real soon.

We normally have been going to other Chinese take aways in Dereham, but had not used Rising Noodle before. We went here since this was the only one open on a Monday and we were not disappointed. Most of the dishes we ordered, starters or mains, were high quality and very tasty. In addition, it was delivered at home right on time. Probably the new go-to Chinese take away in Dereham for us.

Beef with black pepper lovely as was the foo yung. Special fried rice not special nor fried, just boiled rice with some bits in. Flavourless.

We've tried them all but go back to Rising Noodle again and again as they've never let us down. Hot, tasty food. Friendly service. Well priced. What more could you ask for!

Awful. They messed up our order and sent the wrong item, and the chicken was uncooked - pink and raw in the middle and made my partner vomit. When we called to tell them, the owner/chef was rude and argued with us saying that we were talking rubbish and accused us of lying (why would we?). We were regulars but will NEVER buy from here again. If I could gove zero stars I would.

Don’t ever believe how long they say it will be for a delivery. Would rather they were honest. Takes forever every time.

First time we have ordered food from the Rising Noodles. Took about 10mins to get through but that can be a good sign. Lady took order a without issue and advised it would be delivered in about an hour...and it was. Food of good quality and with good sized servings, all in all a very good experience. So I would reccomend Rising Noodles.

Ordered from here for delivery, rang up at 5.00pm as that’s when they open, was told 45 mins, an hour and 15 mins later my son had to ring them, to be told it’s on its way be 5 mins, 15 minutes later it finally arrived. Now I know these places get busy but an Hour and half is just not on. The food was nice but they also forgot a portion of chips, and the mini spring rolls were missing the veg that’s supposed to be in them! Not even a free bottle of coke as an apology for such a long wait.

As always good food and excellent service. Couldn't fault either. Food is always fresh and tastes as good as it looks.

Alan always cooks up some amazing flavours for this takeaways. Can recommend the chicken curry, chicken balls, all chow meins and house special rices. Order an hour before you want to eat on busy nights when asking for delivery. Never had a bad dish yet in 8 years.

Waited nearly 2hours for a beyond awful meal, fried rice was more like boiled, chicken fried (boiled) rice had more egg than chicken in it. Didn’t seem overly bothered when we phoned 2 complain! What a waste of time & money! Pity u can’t leave 0stars!!

Lived in Dereham 40+ years, and having tried all the Chinese restaurants, we only use the Rising Noodle. The food is excellent and always good quality. Only place to go if you're after a quality Chinese meal.

We have ordered from here lots over the years and the food is good but the waits for delivery have got ridiculous. Every time it’s just ‘really sorry I’ll pass it on’. It makes no difference. I rang at 6.45 thinking I’d get in early and it’s now 8.45....... It’s on its way apparently. Never any money offered back or anything. It’s crazy. Think we will stop ordering from here!

Last 3 times we've had a wait first time they were delivering in 15 mins.. an hour later phoned and forgot the order so 're ordered 2 hours later we got our cold food. This time the ' driver has apparently broken down an hour after ordering didn't think to phone or let us know and have now 're cooked it for delivery! Didn't seem overally bothered or rushed Will be loosing our custom.

Myself and the family have used this Chinese takeaway for the last few years almost every week and cannot fault anything. The food is of high quality and very tasty. The portions are a good size and I feel that considering these points the price is very reasonable. They are always happy to deliver and is always fresh and hot. Well done Rising Noodle. It is rare to find a takeaway that I truly would recommend to everyone. Keep up the good work.

At last we have found the best chinese in town never had a bad one. Always comes piping hot and always taste good. The only downside is one of the staff is so rude when taking orders first time I let it go over my head not the 2nd. But dont let this put you off as the food is lovely

Had a few takeaways from here, the last one was ok, nothing to shout about, We were disappointed with mixed starter for 2. There wasn't much of it compared with other Chinese takeaways in the area. The rest of it was ok.
