Mr tang has been the go too Chinese takeaway for many years! Food is always top quality and the shop is always clean. Prices are not too bad either. Would recommend to everyone, if you like Chinese takeaway. Give this place a try. You won’t be disappointed. I promise

We usually go to Wonderfood, but fancied something a bit different as although it's usually tasty there aren't loads of options for us. We saw that Mr.Tang offered a number of non meat options including tofu, vegan chicken and vegan duck alternatives which sounded really tasty. Went with the vegan chicken balls which were very nice, and the salt and pepper chips were delicious. They have a tendency to get quite soggy, but from here they were really crisp and hot. I think this will become our regular going forward. Cash only on Fridays and Saturdays so make sure you have some!

Really impressed with the service received when ordering from here. Have numerous allergies that make take out difficult but nothing has been an issue for them to cater for, clear information on what is suitable and fresh sauce batch made of some items so that I could have them. They went above and beyond to help.

Food was late being delivered and stone cold. Chef’s special was a joke - two prawns in entire dish?! Rarely have a takeaway and this reminded us why. Overpriced and VERY disappointing. Don’t bother!

Calling Mr. Tang to place an order early on a Saturday evening has become a regular habit. Thanks initially to ‘lockdown’, but basically for the guaranteed quality of food, service and delivery.

Don’t no how to cook this place I ask for a Malayan chicken curry and the give me a Chinese curry and then got told it’s not a try b4 you buy joke of a woman on the desk will not be ordering again

The food was very oily, it tasted ok but I have had better.

Lived in the North East, South East and now East and these guys have consistently delivered the best tasting chinese food I've had from anywhere. Only ever ordered delivery, hot and tasty every time, I'm happy to see delivery times of an hour because its testament to the quality of the food. Thanks guys!

As it’s the last night of our holiday we had a family meal from Mr.Tang. With seven hungry people we placed quite a large order and every single dish was piping hot and absolutely delicious. I rang through the order and was able to collect it 45mins later. The man behind the counter was really polite and was really friendly. Would definitely recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

How disappointing had loads from mr tang always good but not tonight the spring rolls were the best thing the pork on plum sauce was thin sauce 6 bits meat thats it asked for mushrooms on wifes that did not happen and prawn crackers no taste whatever shame

We ordered on a Sunday evening during the first weekend in Oct We were visiting family in Beetley so ordered for 7 people Food arrived in 40mins - order was spot on and all the food was piping hot Very polite delivery lady - no complaints from anyone about the food

Well I have ordered from Mr tangs for over 20 years seen many owners. But I can say tonight was the worst service I have had. Rang at 5.40 to be told an hour and 15mins!! So at 7.30 rang to see where the food was to be told it's o it's way !! Arrived at 7.55 I said the the delivery driver about being over an hour later. To be told we are busy!! I said well I hope it's hot to which the reply was you can put it in the microwave!! It was luke warm so microwaved the whole order!! Tried to complain on the phone but the line was constantly engaged! As I told the driver we won't be using them again! A phone call to say food would be late would have gone a long way!

The food and Service is excellent.

Food has always been good. Fast delivery and very polite on the phone :) The card machine always seems to be "broken" though, on and off for the last 6 months. Maybe invest in a new one! Or is there a bit more to the " Broken" card machine? All in all a good Chinese.

Due to Covid 19 the takeaway we usually use was closed so we tried Mr.Tang for the first and last time. We had to reheat the food because it was barely warm.The portions were stingy. The worst part of the meal was the so called duck with vegetables which consisted of duck blubber and skin, no actual meat, and one raw sprig of broccoli with onions and bamboo shoots. We paid more for the exact same dishes that we always order and got a lot less in volume and quality.

Very friendly, really good value for money. Complementary prawn crackers are the most delicious I've had!

Ordered home delivery whilst on holiday in a local cottage. Food arrived on time and piping hot. Guilty pleasure favourites of spring roll starter and chicken curry were 100% as they should be. Excellent.

Unable to satisfy our dietary needs in Wetherspoons we backtracked to the Chinese takeaway that we had seen on driving into Dereham. Good decision. We were entertained wonderfully by the counter-staff whilst waiting (just a short wait), and the meals were excellent.

Great take aways and delivery is a bonus . We always enjoy met tangs . Really nice and quick delivery service too .

Went and ordered meal got home and found that they had not put the chicken fried rice in we ordered. The egg fried rice we had was cold and not fresh and the chicken balls were very dry and tasted ike they had been fried twice. Have been going to Mr Tangs for 18 years now and that was the worst meal I have had from there, would think twice about going back.

We always share a take away when I visit my son in North Elmham and when it is chinese take away Mr Tang is the choice . Good size portions , good taste , reasonable prices.

Absolutely disgusting service. Ordered and was told delivery would be an hour. After THREE hours we called and was told that driver had been and no one was in when we were by the front door the whole night. Paid in advance over the phone which was clearly a mistake. Once they have your money they have no intention of delivering your food. When you try to call they just hang up on you. Absolutely disgraceful how they can get away with this.
