If you value your money, value your time and sanity, and enjoy a good meal… just don’t do it. The girl behind the counter didn’t seem to have a clue, we overheard another customer ask ‘could I have my order by 10 to 8’, to which she replied ‘I don’t know what that means? I only do digital!’. And to another customer, she asked them how much change she owed them, because she couldn’t figure it out (use a calculator??). Our experience, we ordered on a Tuesday night, which I would have thought would be a quiet night, but the order still took 30 minutes to get ready. We specifically asked for 2 x Vegetable Chow Mein, to which the girl behind the counter repeated back to us ‘Vegetable Chow Mein’. When we got home we discovered not only was there only just one chow Mein, but it was chicken - I don’t eat meat!! We also ordered a sweet chilli sauce, and we were given sweet and sour sauce. We also ordered a Tofu dish, the girl behind the counter said ‘what’s that?’ (to us ordering Tofu). My partner said ‘soybean curd’ (as it appears on the menu!). Her reply ‘What’s that?’. Exasperated isn’t even the word. In the end we just had to tell her the menu number because it clearly wasn’t sinking in. The only reason we ordered from here was that the only other two Chinese in Attleborough were both closed, we thought we would give the Lucky House a chance. That chance has gone, not only would I never return here I will be telling others to actively avoid avoid avoid.

Had it Thursday 16th Feb and tasted awful been having this take away for years but definitely awful this time

Never ever will I order from here again. I ordered for a delivery, they said it would take 45- to 1 hour. I waited an hour and a half so rang them I ordered sweet and sour chicken balls, but when I spoke to someone they said it was Pork balls!! No 64 on the menu!..look it up! I even wrote the number down My kids don't eat Pork. Terrible.

Always good freshly cooked foods. Well priced and will deliver to local and surrounding areas. They can be extremely busy, which shows that it is the best in the area for good quality and HOT food. Charlotte is one of the nicest people we deal with, food is always delivered with a smile. (She is a credit to the restaurant)

Always the same Lovely food still hot when we got home, just one tiny complaint, first one ever, I had a big lump of grizzle in my beef chow mein so that put me off a bit, but won't stop me going back as I said first time ever. Keep up the good work lucky house. Kind Regards Catherine. X

We waited nearly 2 hours for food. Each time I called we were told 20 mins wait each time. They should have just been honest and we could have ordered elsewhere.

Food took 30 minutes longer than told it would take. Food was average in flavours. Portion size was ok.

Food ok can’t understand why when you change an item from a set meal you change one which is a pound cheaper you get charged a pound extra

Everything just bland and tasteless to be honest

ordered by phone arrived with 20 mins..good start... the delivery kid then shortchanges me by a quid.. and he knew it by the look I gave him.. and vice versa.. but let it go and get to the food.. the spare rids were over cooked and shrivelled up , and in a tasteless reddish sauce.. ate two left the rest. the veg roll was also tasteless as was the beef chowmein.. chips were hot no compliant there.. that leaves the Hong Kong chicken, hot but again covered in a tastless reddish sauce.. .. cant be bothered to phone up and complain.. but won't be using them again..

Decent service, good portion sizes, and great flavour

Moved here 3yrs ago, tried a couple of other Chinese in town but were not impressed. Recommended this one and much better than others. This is our 'go to' choice. No one is perfect but these are very good and use regularly.

Quality varies on each visit. Sometimes good but the other times could do better. Have tried other takeaways but this one does better than the others in my opinion.

Food is so poor no taste , tastes reheated ! and the service is shocking so rude sent the wrong dish 3times and shouting at me down the phone ! Never order from him again AVOID !!!

Been to all the Chinese Takeaways in Attleborough and this is by far the best, consistently very good

Called in here again for a takeaway. I didn't have to wait long for my order to be taken. Food took as long as I expected to be sent through to me -about 15 to 20 minutes. The food was as good as ever. This is of course to my simplistic tastes though.

I decided to get some grub from here at the weekend and was glad I did. The prawn toast was lovely, the beef in black pepper was equally good and so was the rice. A half size portion option on the rice might be an idea as there was more than I could ever eat. All in a good choice. The menu here is varied enough for just about anyone.

always great, quick free delivery and no need for re-heating when it gets to you. my all-time favourite is the chow mien.

this is without doubt the worse Chinese i have ever had. my order was too salty and very slimy in texture. my wife hardly touched hers as it was so bland and unappetizing.

We go here quite often for a take a way, the food is always good, if you want to avoid waiting its best to order atleast half an hour before.you arrive to pick it up

Always fresh tasting delicious food. I travel just to get me some of your gravy. Truly scrumptious! Very generous portions which are always sufficient for us (family of 3+baby). Looking forward to my next visit.
