Visited Gt Malvern while away for the weekend. After reading positive reviews, we decided to give Rise Plant Kitchen a try. Everything on the menu sounded inviting, we wanted to try it all! I decided to go for the Carrot Lox Crispbreads, my husband had the Korean Tofu bites. We followed this with a stack of pancakes smothered in Chia jam, white chocolate & macadamia nuts. I think it’s safe to say we enjoyed every mouthful. The only negative is we live too far away to make this a regular thing.

We very much enjoyed our visit to Rise. It looked crowded downstairs but fortunately there were seats upstairs. We all enjoyed our meals. I loved the salad I was served including unusual ingredients such as chestnuts. I have very little experience of plant based cooking and was very pleasantly impressed by the range of flavours I was offered.

The Rise may not be the automatic place to head to but step inside and you will have a fantastic coffee and I had the soup which tasted amazing and very well presented. Definitely worth a visit

Our absolute favourite breakfast / brunch in Malvern. My son is crazy for the Rainbow pancakes here - the best he's ever had (noting that he always adds an extra fruit option or two to his order for his sweet tooth) and I am completely in love with the Miso Mushroom on toast (paraphrased) option - it's just so delicious that I never leave a crumb behind. The atmosphere is so relaxed and friendly and we love the planet friendly vibe which runs from entry to exit (including their bathroom consumables). Highly recommended!

We don't have anything negative to say about this place! Great coffee, great food, friendly staff, cosy atmosphere, and great value for money. We're very lucky to have a great plant-based restaurant in Malvern! They are also dog friendly :)

The food was delicious and there were plenty of things on the menu we wanted to try so we’ll have to come back. Could have had a friendlier welcome.

New to the area, first visit, will be back. Skittles with meal to follow. Really nice beef roast with loads of veg. Friendly, welcoming staff and lots of special evening events. Update been several times now. Still great Sunday lunch at very reasonable price. Also deliver roasts and fish and chips locally. Still going still great.

We were staying in Upton and visited the Old Anchor pub, where we enjoyed puddings that had been made at this establishment. On leaving the pub we decided to find the shop in order to buy puddings to take home. Delicious homemade steamed puddings are available to buy from the shop or online. The puddings are all made on site using traditional methods and are big enough for 2 people to share. Currently they are £3.60 each or three for £10. We bought 3 of course and our only difficulty was choosing from the huge range available. They freeze well so no need to eat them all at once!
