Rise. in Preston

I come here all the time, I can't count how many times I've been and how many bamboo straws I have collected from take away iced coffees. It's my number 1 favourite brunch place to eat in Preston. I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else! The staff are always lovely and friendly, especially Kate. I love the food, coffees, sweet treats, I could go on and on. They've opened a new coffee shop near the train station and I experience the same friendliness and great food. Even went their on my 30th for brunch as I know I'll always have a great time.

Absolutely loved this place, really cute vibe, welcoming staff and met the owner who was super lovely and friendly, and signed a book for me! The food was phenomenal, I will be coming back regularly for sure, my new favourite place!

Absolutely amazing food and staff! So accommodating, we took our 1 week old baby and Amber was super helpful and couldn’t good enough for us! She let us sit down stairs so I could breast feed my son as this is where I felt most comfortable ands supplied me with non stop water to help keep me hydrated! I had a granola bowl and banana bread which were both incredible and my husband had bacon Benedict with extra mushroom and spinach which he said was unreal! Definitely recommend a visit! Our favorite place to eat in Preston!

Unique and original menu items. Reasonable price for the size and quality of the food, a great place to visit for a treat or occasion. Had the best breakfast here, tiramisu French toast was to die for. The presentation of the food was flawless, as well as the decoration of the building. Super friendly staff which is the cherry on top.

Friendly efficient service. Young lady who looked after us was by far the best waitress/ assistant I've meet for years. Lovely polish girl with a smile, polite and interested in your reason for visit. My son and I had top quality breakfast and absolutely gorgeous coffee and millionaire shortbread. The place was clean, bright with plenty of staff. Food was top notch.would highly recommend.

I've been to Rise in the Miller Arcade a few times and it never fails to hit the spot. The food is always delicious and all the staff are wonderful, especially Jessie who is so friendly and welcoming. I will be back soon!

My review is mostly about the most lovely enthusiastic waitress that served us with amazing pink hair, the food was nice I had a sweet brunch, just the mix of hot food then cold pistachio thick cream was very sickly. And unfortunately you come away smelling like you’ve sat in the kitchen all day.

As a solo diner, I was very pleased to get a warm welcome from the friendly and hardworking staff. I generally dislike having to pay for my food before I have been served but the system works very well here. I enjoyed a reuben sandwich which was delicious. The table water which was placed on my table as I was at the counter ordering my lunch was a nice touch and was very much appreciated. The service was a little slow for anyone in a hurry, the cafe was well staffed but extremely busy. Whilst waiting I was able to relax and enjoy my perfect capuccino and it was interesting to be able to watch the food being prepared with such care and attention to detail. On departing, I was thanked for my visit and I would definitely like to return in order to try some of the other interesting food items which I saw being served.
