Fried chicken is made upon order it took 15 min so it’s fresh. So tasty. Chicken burger is also good. Good for value. Highly recommend

As a vegetarian I ordered a vegetarian paneer wrap inside but for take away. Gave me a complete different wrap with chicken inside. Waste of money and ignorant staff, do not recommend.

i ordered a chicken and rice meal,with fries and COKE, aside from milkshake. but the bag was tampered when i received, without a COKE in it! this is saddening. i expected great service from you since I've been ordering a lot.

Not for us!!! As a peri peri lover, we wanted to try a peri peri chicken from a new place. Visually it looked delicious, however, we will not be ordering from here again. The flavour was lacking quite a lot, the full chicken wasn't cooked thoroughly and the southern fried strip was bit salty. We selected "hot" option but it wasn't hot. We ordered 2 large fries and the portion was properly one of the worst I've seen. Only the rice was good and delivery came on time, for which we give 2 stars. Overall very disappointing. Food: 2/5

Ordered just before the shop opens on uber eats so scheduled an order and ordered 2 burgers and a carrot cake, this food led me to food poisioning and i was not well at all not pleased with what has happened. DO NOT PRE ORDER, it does feel like the food is not fresh if u pre order it.

Chicken was not cooked properly and also ask to make chicken saucy but made it dry. And paid extra for peri chips no send both normal chips very disappointed

We ordered yesterday via Deliveroo, ordered wings, chicken pieces and burgers. Steak burgers Were decent. Wings Very nice. Fish burger Not nice, was burnt and tasted vile. Chicken pieces. The coating and flavour was 10/10 BUT the chicken was not prepared to a hygienic standard. There’s was bits of cooked blood on almost every piece. A foul smell from the chicken. It was a huge let down considering they got the coating and flavours perfect. The star rating is for rice of this. Needs improvement.

We didn't receive our full order! Missing 1 x Southern Fried Chicken and a Coke! Rang the store and asked if they could deliver the missing items, the response was they would add them to my next order with extra fries! They took my names, but not sure if this will happen?

The front-of-house (FOH) staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Their lack of manners was evident from the start, making the entire experience unpleasant. They seemed disinterested in providing good service and displayed a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Simple courtesies were ignored, and they were inattentive to basic requests. Their behavior reflected poorly on the establishment, suggesting a need for better training and management. It's crucial for FOH staff to exhibit professionalism and politeness, as they are the first point of contact for customers. Unfortunately, this team's conduct was far below acceptable standards.

We ordered fried wings and chips yesterday from Rio’s and the entire family got food poisoning because of it! There needs to be proper cleanliness maintained and safety when it comes to cross contamination. Not impressed.

Had a takeaway burger and it was very yummy after a long trip on the train. Will come back for sure !

rio's is always very delicious and very flavourful. my favourite is the chicken and rice! this is great spot for anytime of day or any mood. the best time is late in the evening after a long journey. cooking time could be a little quicker but you're getting very good food so I can't complain much.

I ordered paneer rice. I am vegetarian by birth and religion. The food had chicken bit in it. It is the first time a chicken went to my mouth and I tasted it. That’s totally unprofessional and unacceptable doing by Rio’s. I totally warn vegetarians before getting anything from this place. God knows what are their standards maintained in the kitchen for any food they prepare. Additionally the garlic sauce for which I paid even extra tasted bad, maybe it is expired and I might face health/gut issue soon as I had spoonful of it. If Rio’s read these on same day, please check you garlic mayo for its date so at least other customer don’t fall sick.

The delivery was fine, however the order has many mistakes with it. There were 1 complete missing item and 1 item with stuff missing in it. Considering there were only 4 items. I have made 2 separate complaints and requested refunds, and have got a refund for one of the items and am still waiting for the second refund to be issued. This is very poor quality and service, and hope I get fully compensated soon.
