Worst food I have had in a while chips cold rice smelt weird chicken had no flavour

Usually consistent - was delivered within the time range stated but due to taking longer than it should’ve since driver set off, food was cold, rice spilling out of crushed container, chips hard and semi cold. Was poorly and just needed a nice hot meal :(

Good food but this guy wets his fingers by using putting his finger in his mouth and then opening the packets and bags. Absolutely disgusting.

Had a grande burger meal, the chips were nice but for me they were a bit hard to chew and a bit dry but the fella serving me did ask me if I wanted salt and pepper ketchup or anything else so that was fine The burger was really nice and it went well with my pineapple soda thank you to the staff for my meal. We usually order from here and the wings are really tasty, but not only were they delayed but they were soggy and oily - seems like they were fried in old batter. Please stick to the original recipe you’ve been using every other time.

I had an amazing experience at Rios, The grilled chicken was incredibly flavorful and cooked to perfection—juicy on the inside with a perfectly charred exterior. The portion size was generous, and you could tell the ingredients were fresh. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Rios is definitely a hidden gem for anyone craving delicious grilled dishes. Highly recommend!

Chicken N rice box nice hot flavour chicken tangy taste to it for price eating area clean can't fault top it with garlic mayo good portion as well good range on menu for our local desi household to choose from if they want change from their non stop curry bowls and roti bread curry hurry time

i ordered peri buger extra hot and fried wings but,what i got is mild flavour instead of extra hot and 3,wings is freshly nade but two of them is like cement coated,very hard to bite.i don't like there,at all.

I had the chicken and rice with 2 pc and chips and the chicken and rice was good. But when they told me to wait 12 min for the 2 pc and chips, I knew it was going to be the best chicken I’ve tasted ever.

I waited for ages and rang the shop and the worker told me the food had left but in fact the food was showing on the app as being prepared. The driver finally came and told me the shop took 50mins to give the food, not really good at all.

If you’re thinking of ordering between Pepe’s and Rio’s, this is your sign to go ahead and order some chicken from Rio’s! I had the original whole chicken and for someone who doesn’t take to roast/grilled chicken as such, I absolutely LOVED this! It’s so moist, tender and flavoursome, I called up to ask for peri salt on my fries and to make sure the chicken came nice and saucy. Well, they followed my preferences to a T and didn’t just forget about it. Many thanks for a lovely meal. Not to mention it always comes hot, fries still crispy and overall as if it had just come off the grill itself. Thumbs up from me! May Allah ﷻ place barakah in this business آمين يا رب

as for no oil on naan not bad quality was very good

Rice box was very similiar to Pepes and was £2 cheaper. Only problem was the garlic mayo was too thick and I couldn’t pour it over the rice as it wouldn’t come out, as compared to Pepes where the garlic mayo is thin and watery and can be easily poured over the rice to make it taste better. If these guys change their garlic mayo and make it more thinner, it would be a 5/5 review.

Food is always 10/10 here …… it was full of flavour as usual….. they made it exactly how I told them too….. Service is always amazing from here , would highly recommend this place…. I’ve ordered from here multiple times and it’s never a let down…. Great job guys keep up the great work.

Great prices and great food. Have ordered from here a few times now. The taste is there but sometimes it's not consistent everytime I order. One time the chicken will be 💯 and the next time it might be too dry or chewy. I will keep on ordering from here but I know they can do better 😌

I order and paid food through JustEat from them. When I arrived for collection the staff told me that their system is down and they can’t serve the food. They returned everyone who was there to collect their food including courier. They told me that I’ll get refund. When I checked my bank statement the money has already been taken and didn’t see any refund. Went to just eat app and found out that the shop has marked the food as COLLECTED. Now if you can’t serve the food then they should have cancelled the order so that customers get their refund

I went to collect my food order and paid through Just Eat. On arrival I was told that they can’t serve the food and I’ll get the refund but now when I saw my bank, I didn’t see any refund. Also they have marked the food as collected. Scammers

Dry cold food, delivery took over hour

The Restaurant kept extending the time the food was late from my initial order time to delivery time.. when the food was delivered it was very very cold indeed.. 0/10 never to order from this place ever again
