Top class. My veggie Sunday roast was absolutely outstanding, very memorable. Love this place. Dog friendly, people friendly, staff are caring and excellent. 10 out of 10!!!

A lovely old pub with great food, a good beer/wine selection and a decent cider choice (for this size pub!) The old style bowling alley is surprisingly good fun!

Some fantastic Asian food on the menu - crying tiger was excellent. Chatted for ages with the friendly locals on the benches outside. Watch your head on the way in or out of the pub!

Came here with friends for an evening meal from Weston, Bath. Well worth the trip. Lovely atmosphere. Very friendly & efficient staff. I was blown away with the standard of food. The 'Street curries' were absolutely brilliant. And I can't believe the value. Really delicious and I'll definitely be making the effort to go back. It's a very popular pub though so do book a table if you're planning on going. Would highly recommend.

The highlight of my weekly visits!

Little gem of a pub, set in a pretty village. Food was fantastic and reasonably priced. Chef is Thai apparently - I chose a Thai starter and main and they were delicious. More conventional dishes on the menu too and these seemed equally as good. Lovely staff.

The perfect countryside pub. Absolutely beautiful interior, rustic and traditional. Great quality food and drinks and extremely friendly service. We walked here from Bath via Englishcombe and so glad we visited! Five stars isn't enough- I can only recommend Ring O' Bells in Priston.

Second outing to this pub, very friendly and dogs also very welcome. Good range of beer unusually only had two but very good and we weren’t expecting to eat but had a very good pie and the steak was exceptional can’t fault the guys and gals who run this pub and it’s just a nice boozer👌 Love it thank you,! My family and I drove past 12 other outlets to get to Ring O Bells again the next day. Im fussy. The food, the service is amazing. Put your prices up or accept my tip.

Guinness were alright, had a lovely meal. Guinness let down by not a perfectly clean glass, you know, that inner lining of the glass just blemished the other use perfect pint. Roaring fire and fantastic meal. Definitely be back

One of the best Sunday roasts that I'd had in any pub for a very long time. Most enjoyable.

Small village pub serving great food. We had Sunday lunch which included a nice selection of vegetables and unusually potatoes dauphenoise along with roast potatoes and yorkshire pudding. Followed by apple and pear crumble, with a jug of custard, delicious.

Wonderful atmosphere. Lovely food and great service would recommend for a lovely evening. We booked a party of 11 and the service was very quick .

The Ring O'Bells at Priston is a lovely quiet original country pub, inside it's quite dark and simply decorated, however the pub itself is a freehouse meaning it sells beers and wines from any supplier and the choice is great, the food menu is very well thought out and the quality of the food is outstanding using local fresh produce, the portion sizes are large and the prices are very affordable, all in all well worth a visit.

Has the best food by miles of any of our local pubs - better than lots of restaurants too! Rishi Dishi Thai Tuesdays are fantastic. It's the only place I will eat steak. And the specials are fab 👌🏼

Love this cosy village pub. Great food, friendly welcome and always a few good ales on tap. Have visited quite a few times recently with friends and family. Food always very good, and decent value. Particularly enjoy the Thai cuisine. Lovely roaring fire in the winter months too. Relatively quiet being in a small village. Arguably an undiscovered gem on the outskirts of Bath.

Fantastic lovely traditional pub, the food was excellent we participated in the wonderful Singapore street food night, the food was really nice the staff were very attentive very friendly and chatty extremely polite oh and the San Miguel was a good pint too we will definitely be going back again for the traditional roast really looking forward to it.

Went last night for the Rishi Dishi, great food at excellent prices. Great pub with a nice atmosphere, lovely pint of Gem. Will definitely be going back, thoroughly recommend.

Great pub and vibe, nice choice of ales lots of events take place outside. Although be careful and watch your head on the way in, if you are taller than 5'9 you can knock yourself out on it.

Nice and cosy pub, the food was also great. If you do have the halloumi fries, they were just brilliant. If you are a bit on the tall side be warned, you might hit your head a few times

What a find! Very impressed . I went on a Tuesday when they have Thai food served (thai cook as well), my pork curry was superb and only £7. The beer was good and the fire was roaring. One of the best pub experiences in a while. I have heard the Sunday roasts are very good also but I suspect you have to reserve ages ago. Very good free house pub and run by the same team for 12 years. Definitely go there, open from 1800 weekdays.

I’d planned to take pictures of the courses but when the food is as good as it was here these things slip the mind. The place is very cosy with an open fire, there were two good guest ales available, a large gin/shorts selection and there’s a skittles alley!

Lovely quiet village pub doing a great IPA whilst I was there. Sat on the green and felt well looked after. Lovely relaxed feel to the place.

Great authentic village pub. Excellent menu particulary the steak option, when available. Roaring fire in winter months and genuine Olde Englishe bowling alley. Very popular with locals and those from further afield, particulary walkers. Extensive and eclectic used book exchange. All village pubs are unique, but some are more unique than others, and the Ring O' Bells is certainly in that catagory.

Clean plates all round. Fantastic food, atmosphere and service on a Tuesday night. Would definitely recommend for the dining experience and we will return shortly to sample some more of the options.

Sunday roast or something hot on a cold day - this is hard to beat. We love the pub in the winter: it's friendly and cosy, the hot meals are delicious and the staff are cheerful. But if you're looking for vegetarian or summer food it's a different story. There's only one veggie option (too bad if you don't like curry), there's no veggie roast, and no salad in sight. And avoid the ice cream (lumps of solid ice).

Stopped at this delightful country pub on the off chance. Luckily for us they had one table which had not been reserved. Very friendly welcome and we went for 2 beef roasts and apple crumble. All extremely delicious and well presented. Very highly recommended.

Nice cosy local pub with coal fire going. Regulars friendly as are the staff. Food menu is quite small but explains why it's great food nicely presented. All seems freshly made, no boil in the bag, as we saw some deliveries during our stay. Chips are great, I luv chips.

The best Sunday lunch ever! My family and I came upon this pub quite by chance when staying in the area for the weekend. What a find. Lovely, caring staff. It's a pity I don't live closer as I'd be there every Sunday if I could.

Booked a table for two for Sunday lunch,luckily got in,very good menu with not too many choices but something there for everyone.we wanted roast so two options chicken or beef oh and spicey nut roast.We both chose beef,we'll it was delicious,six vegetables lovely beef from local farm and nice roasters with Yorkshire pudding.service good,atmosphere very good ,think they've got it right!will definately be back.

Last Friday we ate at a famous Michelin* restaurant in Wales. Very good food, but pretty expensive, and with somewhat disorganised service. On the Saturday we ate at the Ring o' Bells (our local and all of 300 yards from our front door). We had a superb meal - seabed scallops followed by Thai-influenced pork ribs, served with competence and charm, and at a very reasonable price. A culinary treat. The RoB deserves to be better known than it is - but thank goodness it isn't! [Unsolicited review by the way - no arms were twisted]

We ate here recently whilst on holiday in Bath. This is a very nice restaurant and we had a very enjoyable family meal . The menu is varied and the food presentation is excellent. I liked it because it was different which was most welcome.

We chose to celebrate our family pre Christmas dinner here and we are so glad we did! The food was fantastic and the staff so accommodating, nothing too much trouble. Great atmosphere, faultless food, fantastic service
