Le pedí a los pilotos de Bristol que dieran servicio a mi moto XDiavelS y fueron tan eficientes y amables. Chris claramente conoce su Ducatis y fue muy claro y tranquilizador en cualquier preocupación que tenía. Se trataba de un servicio muy grande que incluía neumáticos nuevos y la moto se recogió y se dejó de nuevo todo listo para un gran recorrido por los Pirineos. Scott (? ) el conductor es claramente un demonio del motor y conocía la moto muy bien. En general, sentí que mi Ducati estaba en muy buenas manos y recomendaría poner tu bicicleta en sus manos capaces. Bien hecho chicos. Rose

Very bad service not recommended,avoid if you can ,complete waste of my time and effort,,will not use again

I phoned prior to attending to ask if I could visit to following day to look at a particular range of motorcycles The phone conversation was blunt and too the point. I arrived after visiting the BMW motorad showroom wherby I was met by a gentleman that spent time with me explaining different models and could do no more to help me in explaining differences in the ranges of a particular model What a difference when visiting riders in Brislington. No other customer in the showroom three different attendants standing around talking to each other no one approached us. The salesman then finished eating at his desk then asked if he could help. I asked if he could explain the differences of each multistrada range whereby he replied. You best go on the website to find out the difference between each one. Then he said I’ll get someone to to talk to us which took too long We left the establishment with disbelief at how unprofessional the whole experience was. Ducati sort this out!! Riders get rid of the pre Madonna’s and employee proper salesmen

Muy buen servicio y comida en un paraíso para ciclistas. Un menú variado para satisfacer sus necesidades de desayuno, almuerzo y meriendas.

Really nice big breakfast served here. And lots of other bits on the menu for lunch too sandwiches, burgers ect. Also the coffee is very good. Will 100% be back for the Harley Hog breakfast!

Bought bikes from Riders, motorcycle gear but also just pop along in to browse the bikes, Gear and then have a nice breakfast, tea and cold drink. Foods always hot, tea always hot. And very enjoyable. Took my wife this time. But it’s not the first or even 5th time we have popped in to look about and have a brekky.

Went to collect my husband motorbike and popped upstairs for a quick bite. Friendly staff but service was slow.

You maybe forgiven for thinking you would only go to Riders if you wanted a motorbike or accessories (of which there are plenty) however, hidden upstairs is a reasonably priced cafe selling sandwiches, big breakfasts, chips, burgers, jacket pots... all cooked to order and brought to the table. It's clean, tidy and has pleasant staff too.

I had a quick breakfast this morning at riders. Always so nice and the young girl jade is always so friendly and cooks a mean breakfast.

Marvellous posh burger with all the bits ! Very efficient service and great value. Everyone is welcome

We're always at home eating here and never resist the full bikers breakfast, no matter what time of day. You get a friendly warm service from the team and a great cuppa tea.

I come to Riders not just for motorbike bits from time to time but also for their great breakfasts. Their fry ups are how they should be, no nonsense sausage, bacon and egg at a no nonsense price... Staff very friendly and nice to deal with. Can get very busy with the local Harley group. I'll keep coming back...

I often stop for lunch or just a bacon sandwich at Riders Cafe. I never realised it was there until I went upstairs in the bike shop and discovered it. Good honest food at the right price with quick and polite service. The added bonus is all of the motorbikes that you get to look at whilst visiting. Fry ups, bacon sandwiches, jacket potatoes and cakes are all available but the bacon sandwich is the winner!
