food was good and well wrapped, definitely order again from here.

Food cold, over an hour late. Could not get in touch with them

best spicy wings I've had yet and early as well, excellent. I will be ordering again.

overall the food was really good, although the chips were a little cold. The chicken stripes were excellent. Good value for money, I will be ordering from here again.

The food was great, but it arrived 2 hours after ordering instead of 1 hour and 10 mins at the latest. Plus, there were issues with the calls and being told the food would arrive within 10 mins when in fact it took 40 mins to arrive instead. I won't be ordering from here again, and I strongly urge everyone else not to order from here as well. I mean, just look at some of the reviews on here.

why is it that i keep getting phone calls saying there from 02 but when i Google the number its this takeaway shop seriously your using takeaway shops to scam people

I live less then 5 minutes away, very close to the store. the food was cold. Phone line went from ringing out, to what appears my number being blocked or the phone being disconnected. over an hour and 20 minutes I waited. not impressed.

order was almost 30 minutes late, food was soggy from condensation and stone cold. I rang the restraint up and they were like driver coming now. would not recommend

Worst order ever. The order was very late. initially it showed 9.45 as the delivey time but it was 10.50 when it delivered. Food was cold when it arrived. chips was soggy and chicken also the same. No crunch in chicken. Driver behaved like It was our mistake that he couldn't find a person to deliver. I will never ever order from this place again.

Ordered very late almost at close was very dubious as reviews where pretty bad on here but the food was very good the chips are so nice compared to usal fries you get everywhere burger chicken and gravy was all really good aswell

The food arrived extremely late - I called the restaurant and said to make sure food gets cooked fresh and is not cold. It arrived hard rock solid. there was an extremely FOUL smell coming from ribs

Nice chicken but small portions, especially the fries, and I wish they sold better quality chips instead of skinny American style fries that dry up and get cold quickly, especially as they are supplied in a paper bag.

They always give a time frame of 1hour which is reasonable however it’s never hear in an hour it’s always over that time frame so if you want the food at a certain time to save hungry belly’s I’d order at least an hour before you actually want it

Ordered the Peri Peri Chicken burger lemon and herb but it was still a little spicy. Very nice though five stars

Ordered on Uber Called to add sauces and select a drink as there was no option to do this and the phone was answered by a VERY rude member of staff who told me he can't send sauces even though I offered to pay he then cut off my phone call and has not answered the phone to me so I can cancel because of the awful customer service Never again! He needs sacking Suprise surprised no drink (which i paid for) either And it ain't even like the food makes up for it.. Extremely disappointed Waste of money Delivery driver was lovely only up side

I haven't had chicken and chips in a while but this one was next level. Great tasting, not too greasy, good portions and lots of options. Would definitely order again!

Nice food, terrible service, asked for an update as food was late but was ignored after calling multiple times and actually answered and I asked for the update but guy just said "ok bye" and hung up

Not only was my order supposed to be delivered by 20:35 but it was marked as delivered at 30:35 yet it came 20 minutes later and cold. I had to call the restaurant at 20:40 to see where it was and why it was marked delivered, wasn’t given much information but told to wait 5 minutes, but as I said, wasn’t delivered until 9pm. Cold and gross. Not the best quality food either.

I'm fine with my order being late that's understandable, the food is good too, but I called for an update as the app said "enjoy your food" I was like "what food?" and the guy just said "ok bye" without telling me what is happening and hung up, I tried calling back multiple times but was ignored, luckily it arrived, but for 20 mins I thought I was screwed and thought I had lost my money and was gonna go hungry, a little feedback for the guy who answered, just say " I'll look into it" or "its on its way dont worry" or something, dont leave me hanging like that dude

Placed my order at 8.25pm food arrived at 10.05 pm stone cold. Called the restaurant they're useless. Saying its not there problem. If you want to wait over an hour and a half for your food then order from here

Food over an hour and a half late, arrived cold and soggy. Phoned restaurant twice and told it was on its way but still waited 40 minutes again. Driver told us it had come straight from restaurant but according to the app it had left the shop nearly an hour earlier. Hopefully not always like this but a poor experience today.

Decent chicken pieces, and chips but chicken burger was cooked far too long and was inedible unfortunately but friendly driver and overall okay.

I came to this fast food to eat dinner with my family. As tourists, we wanted to try fried chicken in England. Obviously, we weren't disapointed. The pieces of chicken were tasty and the chips were perfectly fried. Moreover, the only employee we've seen there was very friendly and welcoming. Lastly, the prices weren't that high. The only downsides of the restaurant is the few seats avaliable (only 6, but I feel like it's very common in the UK) and the aesthetics, that I didn't really like, which is something personal. I would definitely recommend this fast food to anybody who wants to eat in Gillingham in a tight budget, and also support small businesses.

Cook from frozen chicken strips are no where near as nice as the last strips I ordered.. other than that all good

The chicken in the wrap was sparse.So they filled it up with bbq sauce,which covered my hands. This was the worst Wrap I have ever had and 30min late.

Still waiting on food ordered over an hour and a half ago, I’ve called twice both times told it was on its way after that the phone has been ignored. I’ve got 3 kids moaning they are hungry and jus spent £40 on a dinner that hasn’t arrived. If they can’t deliver food orders then the shouldn’t be on a food delivery app!! 1hr 50mm a for a few bits of chicken as I write this…get of just eat cause atm no one is eating

I'm so glad I don't go by other people's reviews, it was our first time ordering from here, it was on time, cooked, piping hot and tasty, so I can't leave a bad review because there was nothing to fault.will definitely order again.

I have been using Rich Fried Chicken for a few weeks now. My first experience was just as good as all the following experiences. The food arrives within a good time, it's hot on delivery and it tastes so much better than other chicken places in the area. I usually go for the Mega Meal which has a good variety to try what they offer. It consists of 3 hot wings, 1 pieces of chicken, a fillet burgers and chips. I'm yet to have a less than satisfactory experience here would recommend anyone try them out for some tasty and reasonably priced chicken.

Second order was just as great as the first. Definitely found my new regular place for chicken.

The original order was not confirmed at first and I got a message to say that Just Eat may have to give the restaurant a nudge, then it took a while for the confirmation to come through. The original quoted 30 to 40 minutes expected delivery was not met. However food was great, hot and delicious plus just enough to satisfy.

chicken was pink and chips were over cooked and got the wrong chicken meal too and also to top it off they didnt follow my notes 😤 horrible not editable and won't ever use them again

DON'T be fooled by the word 'quality'(???) in their name. Their medium meat & chips was the size of other places small portions, and cheap poor quality! AND to add INSULT to injury, they charge 30P for a PAPER carrier bag!!!... As of May '22, the laws says businesses have to charge 10p for PLASTIC disposable carrier bags, so 30p for a paper bag is a RIP OFF!!!

Was disappointed I had to call to find out where my food was, and then when it finally arrived some of the order was wrong. The actual food I ate was OK.
