Pizza 2 Night ME4 in Medway

Absolutely rubbish, received the order an hour and half after ordering, food turned up cold, rubbish customer service on the phone, won't use again,

Ordered pizza didn’t ask if I wanted thin crust or deep pan just took order and hung up pizza came and they drowned it in cheese and when I rung up and said I wanted thin crust they said sorry it’s already gone that was in 5 mins of me ordering if customer doesn’t say then they should ask

Late night visit, guy was very friendly, everything cooked fresh. Cant fault anything, Food tasted real nice, 10/10

Shocking. Spent just under £30 online with this company. Ordered it at 7pm and still hadn't received it at 10 pm. Can't comment on the food as it never arrived. 2 points to make here the first being read the reviews before you order and the 2nd is never order from this company.

This place is a dump. The staff have no clue about food hygiene, hence the lack of the Medway food hygiene rating. Steer clear.

I ratherly visit this place to take 18 inch indian feast chicken pizza it's so deliciously baked and cooked we love a alot we order pizza nearly 6 days in week that much we love it 😍🥰🥰

Nice comfortable chairs. Normally come here once every two weeks on a Wednesday, wonderful pizza, wonderful service, wonderful prices. I never wait long for the pizza to be made. Definitely worth it every time, always satisfied.

Food was mouth watering i had pizza best pizza in medway its better than pizza hut and domino because its made with love the chef should get a award its addictive pizza also chicken wings am hooked

I made the order at 12:40am, the app stated it would arrive at 1:30am. The driver called at 1:18 to say he was on the way, and the restaurant is 5 minutes away from me, the driver actually arrived at 1:53. The food came cold, i had to put it in the oven to warm it up before eating it. I will not be ordering from here again.

Best pizza in Kent and the owner Mo is very friendly. Stays open late. Phone in your order and pick it up 15 minutes later. Can also eat in.

I ordered pizza, wings and garlic bread with cheese. Turned up on time but didn't have my order. Went through 3 of u is bags but still nothing for me absolutely pathetic

This place is great. They make the pizza fresh and deliver quickly. I ordered a 15" pizza and could only manage to eat half. It served as a lovely breakfast the next morning (oven heated is best). Highly recommended if you want a good value for money late night feast 👍

Have had no problems until tonight. Ordered 2 pieces chicken, ribs and corn on the cob. They had no chicken so sent chicken strips instead and the ribs werent ribs was one big fatty rib i couldnt eat. I wont order again which is a shame as the chicken pieces was nice previously. Have requested a refund

Got two medium thin crust pizza's here last night and when I got home they was under cooked.the Base was doughy and it tasted horrid, never will go their again.

Unacceptable. The delivery driver buzzed my buzzer so I pressed the button to let him in. He phoned me so I answered, he said he cant come up due to covid. I said to him I cant come downstairs as I live alone with my baby, every other delivery company comes up and delivers it to my door. He straight up refused to deliver it to my door and said he would leave it downstairs. I said well take it back to the restaurant and give me a refund. He refused. I phoned the restaurant and told them the situation and the manager was extremely rude to me and refused me my refund.

Most of the time the pizza is quite nice. This time I went for a bigger order and got a quarter pounder and wow. Its dreadful bun was soggy on one side and hard on the other. The burger patty had the texture of rubber. Not good at all. This time the pizza wasn't too great as it looked like someone took it on a spinny ride at the carnival. Not thats great at all. Again its not too bad now and again with the double pepperoni and double cheese pizzas. Unfortunately, however I think they have lost a customer

Fast delivery, driver polite and food was very nice. However paid for extra toppings on pizza and never got them.

We had ordered some chicken and pizza for our lunch. We hadn't eaten anything all day and we didn't have access to our own kitchen as we were getting work done there. After we made the order the food took a whole hour to arrive despite us being only a five minute drive from the shop. We brushed it off but the food was down right horrendous. The pizza was stiff and cold, and both the chicken and chips were obviously reheated. What's worse is that we had originally ordered 12 pieces of chicken but we had only been given 10 pieces and some chicken strips. This would have been fine if the staff weren't so rude when we called them to tell them their mistake. The woman kept on telling us that we should stop complaining as she gave us chicken strips to replace the two missing pieces of chicken- we didn't want chicken strips! If we wanted chicken strips we could have ordered them ourselves! The lady was unbelievably rude and hadn't even apologised. When we called the manager afterwards he insisted that the chicken was all fresh and that the chicken was supposed to have grill marks- we've ordered chicken from here before so we know very well this was a lie. The manager also failed to apologise and continued to deny their mistakes.

Just ordered from this place and my pizzas have turned up looking that someone stood or been sat on..not even joking! Cheese is all over the box and not even a single bit of meat on the pizza itself never ordering from this place again! Rude on the phone when I phoned them up

Food was very nice. Chicken wings were fresh and staff was super polite and friendly. A very positive atmosphere. On top of that, the prices are very cheap and affordable. A friend told me to go there and I’m glad he’s my friend otherwise I woulda have gone there

Man in the shop was polite and helpful, but giving it 2 stars because of how rude the driver was. Shocking how he spoke to me on the phone to tell me he was outside.

Would give zero if they would have let me. Ordered over the phone, the food turned up on time but missing mozzarella sticks and Diet Coke . The driver gave me the refund there and then. Went for the buy one get one free pizza deal, one was thin and crispy ( apparently) worst pizza I have ever tasted, the other was cheese stuffed crust. Both pizzas were soggy and inedible. Both left a battery like after taste. Also ordered chicken wings - fatty and inedible. The salad was the only thing that was edible perhaps because they didn’t need to cook it. My bin had a huge meal tonight, I reordered from somewhere else and wasted £25. Never again. Terrible !! I only ordered from here coz I saw some good reviews, they must of been written by staff. Vile !

I have just ordered and the food was great. Nice friendly customer service. Also fast and friendly delivery service. With great deals, i believe this take away is the best in Medway. I would recommend this service.

Cant give 0 stars. Worst pizza I have every had! Ordered vegetarian and you could literally count the veg on your fingers. Bland taste and the base is like cheap bread! Not ordered from this place by choice. Your better off buying a frozen pizza from Tesco! Stay away from his place if you care about the quality that fills your appetite!

They are so rude wanted to cancel the order after reviews and they started being rude and saying we still had to pay for our meal even tho we called them minutes after placing the order

Their burgers are the most vilest things I have ever eaten... literally just a dry burger and stale bun with no sauce, with chips that are at least an hour old. The worst part was calling up and having a rude and patronising guy telling us that we were wrong and lying to him. Never order from here if you value your appetite.

Only received half of my order then I called to tell them and he said he would get it sent straight out 40 mins later still not delivered called again and he was very rude!!

Been enjoying pizza from here for a very long time always been great,tonight one of our pizza's had a long hair in the topping,husband little hair me short,they more or less called us a liar, offered a pizza,no Thankyou, would have liked my money back,after all these years goodbye

Asked for BBQ base meat feast turned up cold not meat feast and not BBQ base

Orded the buy one get one free pizza over the phone should have cost me about £10 got charged £22, will not buy from them again. Also the pizza was burnt and had no flavour.

Had a large hot spicy vegetarian pizza. Really nice. Would recommend.
