genuinely disappointed with this food. tasted like it was made last week and reheated in a microwave. pork chowmein was like some sort of jerky, extremely dry and hard to the point it scratched my throat. pork fried rice tasted of nothing and was extremely dry and difficult to eat without putting any liquid in with it. certainly won't be ordering again.

Chicken balls barely had any meat, crispy shredded beef was completely wrong compared to any other Chinese I have had before.Very disappointed, will not be returning.

Food arrived on time and piping hot, unlike two recent takeaways from other establishments. First class and enjoyed enormously. Wouldn't hesitate to use again. Very good.

Chicken was overcooked and dry. BBQ sauce was bland, chips were overcooked and dry, Sweet and sour chicken balls were overcooked and very dry.

This was probably the worst chinese take out I have had. Food was barely warm and the mixed sweet and sour balls were foul. The batter was thick and stoggy and yes cold. Will definitely Avoid ordering from Rice bowl again.

Food was virtually inedible. Haven't ordered from here in a long time and it's really declined. Shame.

Arrived 30 minutes late, my lemon chicken had a dead fly and a hair in it. When I brought it up with the restaurant they decided to accuse me of adding it deliberately, rather than accepting they may have missed it.

Delivered 10mins early, hot and fresh, perfect!

Dry and virtually meatless ribs, very rubbery. Pancake rolls had very minimal fish and it was mainly all noodle, extremely greasy prawn toast and very chewy chicken in the chicken balls. Won’t be coming back.

the worst chinese food i have ever had. Absolutley lastless and just oily. the meat tasted like it's been sitting on the side for the last day...like a bad off taste. Had to throw it away. Would never order from here again. Plus the delivery driver was just rude. i would not recommend

Food was poor, ribs were all fat and gristle, prawn crackers are in the bin, in fact most of it went in the bin, greasy and think your oil needs changing. Total waste of money 😞

Speedy delivery but the food was very dry. Good portion size.

The late delivery was not down to the restaurant. It was just eat not supplying a courier when they gave a time of 18.18, then not supplying one until 19.30. The food quality was first rate from the restaurant as usual.

Sauces were solid like jelly and all other dishes weirdly had no flavour

Frankly this kitchen deserves a Cordon Bleu for taste, consistency and yumminess. Always pleasant, hot, delicious and quick. Five big hearty stars from us!

Really? The most disgusting Chinese I have ever had! The rice was dry, the curry glue and tasteless, the soup just like vomits, I treated my kids to the end of summer party and they wouldn't believe hoe bad it was!

Had a takeaway this evening. Arrived in approx 15 minutes and you could tell it was rushed. Two bites and I binned mine. ****ing Awful. Absolute dogs dinner 👌🏼

What a lovely meal from here this evening. The SnS chicken balls were the best i have ever had(not greasy like so many) My wife loved her veg chow mein and the house special fried rice(with no prawns or veg) was awesome.

Food was fine but missing part of the order. Tried phoning but no answer. Got refund on missing items through the app

Great. They totally fulfilled their end of the deal. Me overeating and having indigestion was my own fault, but after it passed the next day I’d have 100% ordered and eaten it again, so that says it all really. We’ll done RiceBowl. The original and best. Congrats!

The food was nice but it took over an hour and a half from when I placed the order. When the driver got here, he pulled all the way into the drive (which is fine) but then almost hit my car while trying to turn around. Good food, bad delivery

Food ordered for 6:20 at 7:00 phoned was told no driver from just eat but they would get in touch with just eat and would be with me by 7:30 at 7 :45 stil no food phoned the restaurant still no driver Got into my car and drove to pick up the food Very upset with just eat as no explaination and I expect some explanation on why and my money returned to my account

usually it’s good but must have been an off day with a different cook. rice was overly dry, black bean dish had mushrooms and bamboo shots which are usually not part of it, singapore dish had no hint of the curry/turmeric and seemed to have been instead dosed with chilli powder. and everything felt and tasted too oily. thankfully the starters were great.

All food was good except spring roll. It only had 2 tiny prawns in it. I piece of carrot. The rest was been sprouts.

All my foods was squashed and my curry had leaked all over the bag leaving me with half the size meal.

The crispy beef was way beyond crispy and sweet.

Quick Delivery but truly awful food. Dry tasteless chicken, bland taste, the lemon chicken looked like it was bathed in snot. The tiny portion of rice for £3.50 was ridiculous. Will never eat here again.
