Had a great meal tonight. Prawn cocktail Onion bhaji s Nepalese lamb Mushroom rice Chapati, I would ask next time for the prawn cocktail to come in sperate bag as it was getting warm from the food. But yes very nice and great service. I will have again.

Rhodes Tandoori used to be great. But, recently they have been poor. Last takeaway we got took 2 and half hours and two items were missing and the naan bread we asked for we got a different one and the sauce was watery on the curries. Hope they read this and get back to how it used to be 😕

Nothing wrong with the service. Order taken gracefully and delivered quickly. However that's all the positives. The food was awful! Quality and taste very very poor. The skill used in the cooking from my point of view.....not a professional chef. Spend your money elsewhere. I'm confused why it has a good rating.

This is the best Indian takeaway around. We love the Chicken Tikka Sag, the Dupiaza and the Lamb Karahi plus the keema rice and garlic naan. Starters are fab too. Really helpful and friendly staff and they’re always on time with deliveries. Highly rated in our house

It used to be a good place to order from with a nice curry, now no pappadums, smaller portions swimming in a 100ml of oil. Wish you all luck if your stomach can handle it…

Onion bhajis were delicious. Won’t have the Korma again though despite there being plenty of chicken the sauce was thin and very watery. Haven’t had it from here for sometime so maybe the recipe has changed? Less coconut, less cream. Delivery driver pleasant.

These guys know how to make a kebab... Very tasty very fresh very big get the mixed one it feeds three people.. and it's only a tenner 😁

The food is freshly prepared order the set meal deal for 2 tonight with both Chicken Tikka Massala and collected it got home still super hot and the taste of it is gorgeous once again 10/10 with excellent customer service Thank you

31 boardman lane we eat here at least 1 or 2 times a week so fresh so hot always on point never had a bad order we are moving back to heywood and would not go anywhere else can not fault the place atall gutted they will not be at the end of the road hats off to the chef ! Xx

I always eat from Rhodes tandoori best tandoori ever I love the food the staff very friendly the food is never cold and the service is prompt all the time the guy who delivers it is always friendly never a dull moment with this take away the staff are amazing I would by far recommend anybody to try this takeaway the rice perfect the orders perfect the Currys perfect I would highly recommend this takeaway 10/10 for everything

Have been ordering from Rhodes Tandoori practically every week for 25 years and the high standard never seems to drop. The Indian food is as good as any top Indian restraunt I've ever been to.

Don't bother ordering!! I've ordered from here twice and not once have they delivered!! Waste of time!! Even after saying they are delivering!!

Ordered a few times, usually just alright. One time I ordered and the madras was unbelievably sweet, no flavour or spice as well as being very watery. Also there was a bone in the chicken tikka. Nearly broke my tooth and asked to speak to the manager, heard nothing.

The food was excellent and the service brilliant. Think we have found our new go to take away. Having tried most of the take aways in Middleton over many years this as to be one of the best!

I bought food last night the chips wasn’t cooked, the curry seemed ok until me and my son who is 3 had some and both of us have been up all night being sick and on the toilet. Used to love this place well gone down the drain.

In over 30 years of eating from Rhodes tandoori takeaway on an almost weekly basis I can honestly say we've only ever had only two dishes that were less than satisfactory. Both times i have informed the staff and every measure was made to ensure the standards resumed back to superb. We have.eaten at many other places yet Rhodes Tandoori is amongst the very best.

Just had the best 'set meal' for many a year. Rhodes Tandoori have ALWAYS cooked the most tantalising and flavoursome food. The quality is amazing. Meat is tender and melt-in-the-mouth, vegetables are fresh and sauces are perfectly delicious.

La comida está recién preparada y el bindi bhaji siempre tiene okra fresca, no enlatada ni congelada. El arroz con ajo tiene grandes rodajas de ajo, tal como debería ser. Me encanta el pollo al ajo con mantequilla. Tan afortunado de tener este lugar a la vuelta de la esquina, siempre recoge en lugar de que te lo entreguen

Decided to try this place for first-time tonight. Thought I'd keep to something simple so ordered chicken tikka masala and hubby ordered chicken jalfrezi. Bit disappointed that we didn't get any freebies thrown in being first time customers. However the curries certainly made up for that . Both dishes were delicious and hubbys gave him the hiccups which is a good sign lol. Peshwari naan was the best and freshest we've had in a long time. So it's a thumbs up from us 😊😊😊

Lived in Middleton for over a year now. I love a good curry. Thought we’d give Rhodes tandoori a go seeing as I live a 5 min walk away. What can I say one of the best takeaway curries we’ve had. Chicken tikka masala was delicious, tikka buna was amazing. Very large nann, dips were in bigger pots as well. You can never have too much sauce. Got free onion bagis aswelll. They were delicious. Portion sizes were very large. All in all it was an amazing curry. Definitely be going back. Keep up the good work!

Young Gobby little idiot on the desk told us £10.25 on phone then told us 13.25 when we got there as he wanted £1 for 1 poppadom then when i got in i plated the food only to find a caterpillar in the curry which will be reported to environmental health!! AVOID THIS TAKEAWAY THEY HAVE OVERPRICED FOOD THAT HAS WILDLIFE IN IT & STAFF HAVE ATTITUDE.

Me he mudado recientemente de Middleton pero aún trabajan cerca y este de la India es tan increíble que cuando visito a mis padres he pedido un lote de curris para llevar a casa y congelar, así que siempre tengo una en la casa como los indios en Cheshire no compare! ! ! El sabor de los platos especiales y curris estándar - son increíbles. Cada curry diferentes gustos y fresca, sabor ninguno como sopa de tomate (que todo lo que hacen en otro lugar) El pollo siempre está perfectamente cocinada. El precio es excelente por la calidad de los platos. No puedo valorar este lugar lo suficiente y yo quiero que sea algo de reconocimiento! Nos compare cada nueva India que intenta este lugar y sinceramente ninguno. No hay mucho que ver desde el exterior, pero es 100% la pena probar si estás en la zona. Espero que este lugar está aquí para siempre, ya que es de calidad.

4 años he pedido desde aquí y todavía asombrarme. . . . Me trasladé de middleton volver a Heywood y no pedir de cualquier otro sitio. . Mi consejo es que si no hemos probado estas prueba ahora. . Curry. Era simplemente 2 tonights yummi Gracias muchachos.

The peri peri is excelent ;) Service is great

use to be my regular order of vindaloo with naan and tandoori and chips, then after awhile notice order no longer taste the same and vindaloo sauce watery and flavourless except for taste of chillies, return last order and they sent a vindaloo replacement that was even more inedible. I haven't order from there since, very disappointing.

I used to order from here years ago but moved from Middleton. I was back in Middleton visiting a friend and decided to order. Food was just as good as I remember (chicken tikka peri peri for me, lamb bhuna for my mate). Will order again next time I'm down in Middleton.

Had three currys delivered Sunday and were all lovely cant fault the place. We had Makon, Massala and a Jalfrezi. Delivery time was 1 hour which is normal because they are always busy which says a lot. Would recommend.

Everything was cooked beautifully. Best onion bhaji s and Popadums ever. Lots of rice and prompt delivery. I can honestly say it was the best Indian takeaway I have ever had. My dining companion was also making nom nom noises. She agrees with me.

Had a takeaway from here on Saturday and it was really good. The service was quick and pleasant. Have had meals from here before over the years and they have always been good, this experience backed up my great memories

The food is generally good from here but can be a little inconsistent (occasionally you will get a delivery which is swimming in oil) but overall good value for money.
