Came an around a week ago and I was served by Dan (I think that was his name) and was SO disappointed. Slow service and he was very short with me, not what you expect when you pay as much as you do. Supposedly closing soon

Went here for a cocktail masterclass. Was very well ru and organised, a lot of fun barman was a good teacher made you feel at ease and was fun

It's a great place to have drinks but I would go somewhere else for food though...

It's OK, service very slow and needing prompting/reminding. Toilets aren't on their own gender neutral. Hence 3 stars. No wonder they're restructuring. A.k.a making closures.

Booked a wowcher deal for afternoon tea with cocktails. Food was great, service was excellent and out waitress even gave us complimentary shots. Such a shame this location will close end of August

I attended my friends hen do we paid for cocktail party. To be honest we made our own fun. The host was ok, he left us alone quite a bit. It was ok. Like I said we made our own fun. The food was awful just awful.

Dylan & Charlie were very entertaining & helpful. I attended the music bingo, I recommend visiting & playing along.

The worst service I have ever experienced. We were one of only 3 couples in the restaurant and yet I had to ask to be served 4 times. Even when asking the last time, there was a further delay of around 10 minutes. In total we waited probably 45 minutes just to order. The starters came and they were quite nice then after at least another 30 minutes after finishing our starters we asked how long our main would be only for them to come back and say they have no record of us ordering food, even though though our starters came. So an even longer wait for our mains. We also had to go to the bar if we wanted drinks. We were there around two and a half hours just for starters and main courses. It was ridiculous, we were still only one table out of three ordering food. The bar and restaurant was completely dead. There were other customers who were very verbal to staff about how shocking service was. The staff clearly were not trained and couldn’t even tell me what drinks were on tap when I asked. The toilets were shocking, how you would imagine they would look after a busy night in a nightclub. It was clear they had not been cleaned or restocked after the night before. There seemed plenty of staff so it was unclear why the service was dreadful. The bar staff even said themselves the bar is always this quiet on a Saturday so there was no excuse. Won’t ever return and would not ever recommend.

I had an incredible birthday celebration with my daughter at Revolution. Flo was phenomenal and made me feel special. Both my daughter and I had a fantastic time on our last day in London before returning to the US the next day. Thank you!!!

I hate to leave a bad review but the brunch was genuinely shocking for the price Was given 2 nachos to share amongst 10 people although menu says 1 per 3 customers. Really wish I took more pictures of the food but looking at the menu now we were missing half the starters on menu - didn’t get jalapeno poppers, hummus and flat bread and falafel. You can only order your next drink when you’ve finished your drink but the service was so shocking we were having to get up and walk to the bar where all staff just congregated and stood around rather than tend to guests. Every question we asked staff they didn’t know the answer to and would have to go and check, asked if we can pay cash and this needed to be checked? How do you not know if you accept cash or not 😅 My first ever bad review somewhere which should say a lot

Cocktail Masterclass was 10/10. We had so much fun! We made loads of drinks and played games. The loaded nachos were really good too. The decor is gorgeous. Devlin was awesome, he's a great teacher & photography director lol. Would definitely recommend!

It was a Wednesday, so crowd wise, not many people to interact with. Nice venue. Lots of floors to explore esp the vault.

The ‘Aperol’ Spritz they serve at bottomless brunch is not real Aperol. Orange liquid poured from a clear unmarked bottle despite the Aperol logo being used on menus - illegal. An obviously different taste to actual Aperol, I assume orange cordial to give the colour while cutting costs. I guess they think most won’t notice but it was very obvious. I hope they lose their alcohol licence for this cheap criminal act of trying to save a few pennies.

Went in January and it was nice, so I was happy to try it out again. I won't be going back again now. The waitress took a drink order for one person, but the rest of the party had to wait until the meal arrived for theirs. Plenty of vegan options so I ordered a vegan chicken burger. 10 minutes later I was told that there were no vegan options available, except a pizza. Everyone's food was lukewarm. What came out for me looked like an uncooked microwave pizza. It was vegan because there was nothing on it, just tomato puree and what looked like vegan cheddar. Sent it back to get the dough cooked properly. Everyone else had practically finished their meals by the time it was served. We weren't asked how our food was, but that wasn't surprising. Beer was nice.

This establishment is racist. The doormen advised us to return to the establishment after 5pm when their botomless brunch session had ended. Upon our return at 5.15pm the doormen allowed us in (as per their instruction). We entered to find a very quiet and white only crowd. We were promptly told by Georgia (the manager) that they would not serve us under any circumstances as we were not allowed to sit on the vacant bar seats. They claimed that the venue was for the bottomless brunch gueats only. This event had clearly finished and the doormen had confirmed they were now allowed to let regular customers in. We decided to leave. Suspecting the establishment were racist we spoke to a number of friends who had experienced similar things.

Thank you to Flo, Divine and the rest of the team for a fun afternoon tea with cocktail! The complimentary shots and sparklers were a nice touch for our belated birthday celebrations. The cocktails were great and the food arrived quite promptly. Went down to the basement to check the vault out which was pretty cool. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience 😃

Food was cold and not of a quality. The security staff were extremely rude. I forgot my scarf inside and they would not let me go back in and get it and they were not also willing to grab it for me. I later phone them up to make a formal complaint and they asked me to do a formal complaint via email and that they would get back to me. I have never received a response back. Will never go back.

Attended an Afrocentric event celebrating Ghana Independence Day and absolutely loved it! The organisers did an outstanding job, the venue was packed but not overcrowded, with comfortable and well-spaced tables. Although our seats weren't facing the stage (which wasn't a major issue), the drinks, albeit at typical London prices, were fantastic. Additionally, there was ample side road parking available, making it convenient for me to drive down.

Went for a conference today and food was amazing. Great service overall. Just one piece of feedback, through the day we could hear doors being slammed upstairs. Perhaps add some stoppers or soft close hinges? That’ll help!

Had a voucher for afternoon tea that could be redeemed at revolution. To be honest, it was just lunch. Drinks are not included which was surprising. However, food was nice, a slider, chips, jalopeno poppers and breaded chicken and a brownie, cheesecake and waffle with ice cream for dessert. The voucher was worth £25 so not too bad considering. Staff were attentive and friendly. Great location and would come back for a drink in the evening another time.

Had cocktails making masterclass this Saturday for my friends hen and had the best time. Our host Georgia was so friendly and funny! Even though i had 2 penaltie chilli vodkas to drink I thought Georgia is a gem for Revolution!!Def would love to be back and see her again and get another Mojito!!

Loved it! Didn’t expect to (just went because of a free drink on the Dusk app) but great cocktails, good beer selection and friendly service.

I bought afternoon tea via Virgin Experience Days and was so looking forward to the experience with my daughter. Unfortunately, I was highly disappointed. I never knew I was going to be eating pub food as I thought it was cream afternoon tea. We were served 2 miniature beef burgers that smelt bad. The beef smelt so bad, we decided not to eat it to avoid tummy upset. The whole experience and service were very poor. The food took time to come out and when it did, it was cold, smelt bad and the waiters did not ask us if we enjoyed our meal. I will definitely not recommend this place to eat afternoon tea which isnt cream tea but tiny chips and miniature burger and 4 fried jalapeño with cheese.

Burger was a cross between Gandhi’s flip flop and leather boot. Fries were stale, and under warm at best. Starving and only ate a moth full for a 40 min wait and it was dead. Espresso martini average however good pint.

Did the cocktail masterclass with dev and Leah who were absolutely brilliant for the whole time, for the price of the package for 2 it was well worth it and couldn’t recommend it enough

This is a go to place for a quick lunch for me in the City. Today the host Nico upon hearing of my engagement provided a free glass of bubbles 🥳

Birthday treat including a bottle of prosecco. Nice venue, nice comfy booth seating. Liked the savoury dishes. It looked fabulous when brought out but perhaps it would be better to keep the sweet stuff back and the cream was melting by the time we got to it. Enjoyed all the dishes except the little cheesecakes. Great value for money. Our server was very friendly and we had a really nice time.

Opening hours are the usual work of fiction that seems to be a theme for London venues. Closed at 2345 on a Friday despite there being a board left outside. Disappointing.

The cocktail and 3 course meal experience was great. Raj ensured it was a truly magical and majestic experience. 6 out of 5 starts. Al dente. Yes.

I was given a voucher to this place, and I booked an afternoon tea for 2. The online booking process wasn't that simple due to certain restrictions, but I managed. We got there earlier than I reservation time, but the waiter was kind enough to direct us to the table . The place looked expensive with a very classic and elegant interior looking to it. It was very quiet inside for a Saturday 13:00 although there were other guests but not a crowded lousy place. The waiter explained what was included in the prepaid voucher booking and what was not included ( beware of what included in your online prepaid order because they are different type of afternoon tea). As we found out, our drink wasn't included, so we had to choose from the list given and they were pretty expensive so we ordered 2 non alcohol cocktail which were very nice. The deal came out almost as what we saw advertised online except for the drink that we thought was included. The food was Ok, but we wish that the dessert part would be served a bit later. Everything is brought to the table at once, and although it looked great but the hot food is almost cold by the time you start to eat it while the ice cream is melted already. Anyway, it was a nice and quiet place to have an afternoon tea.

We booked the balcony for our work Christmas meal. The food was good, the service was fast, and everyone had a great time! The staff were extremely kind and friendly and made us feel very welcomed. Thanks, Revs team!

Wow, it's a really nice place. It was a Bank in the past, and we were impressed about the authenticity of the place . The staff are very friendly, kind and open to customers. We ordered some cocktails, and all of them were amazing. They gave us two free cocktails as well. We'll go there again , like that place so much..

The building is stunning; worth coming just for that, particularly when the London Alternative Market is on. Inexpensive prices, menu could be a bit better but overall much better than the establishments in the area

Summary: Slow motion service, rude management and removed 2-4-1 options. Regrettably visited this venue in the second week of december for a few drinks before continuing on with our night. We had checked the website for the specific venue specials which advertised 2-4-1 cocktails till 9pm. We arrived at 5.30 pm. On all the menus on the tables and at the bar they advertised 2-4-1 and festive flavoured cocktails. One of our party, who is visibly disabled sat at an empty table while we went to buy and bring the drinks to him. It was not yet crowded yet people standing at the bar seemed frustrated. The guy next to me even jokingly checked with me if he was invisible. Bartender informed us they were not doing any 2-4-1s until january as quote "it doesn't make money". He then took literally 15 mins to make 3 drinks. The service was incredibly slow. When we arrived at the table we found the manager rudely telling our colleague that she'd given him over 30mins to sit at the table and he had to move (despite no reservation sign). She was rude and belligerent, annoyed that she had to come over twice (while we were waiting for the drinks to be made) so we downed the drinks and left. All round waste of time and money. Go elsewhere.

Had a Christmas party , and the security decided to throw the sober guests outside after the manager let them in. Incompetent security and even worse manager who couldn’t stand upto security . Horrible experience !!!

One table available. And the place is empty.... hummmm..... turns out 25 mins to make our drinks and they were terrible watered down cocktails. Just avoid the place and head up the road. You jave been warned.

Possibly the worst service at any bar I’ve had in the last 30 years. Swerve this place if you’re thirsty.

Had a Christmas party here and it was absolutely terrible. The food that was served was cold and was just overall did not taste great. The service was slow and it took forever to get a drink from the bar. I would not recommend using this place to host a Christmas party.

A good Xmas works do at this venue. Friendly and helpful service and support from the staff: Flo, Jakhera, Devlin, and Luciano. Merry Xmas to them.

Great bar set in an old banking hall

This was so disappointing! I had a voucher from Buyagift and changed it to the Afternoon tea for 2 experience with Revolution, thinking it would be a good way to end November, but I was wrong! I've never felt so low in a bar/restaurant. The service was almost non-existent. We were approached 30 minutes after we were seated to ask about the afternoon tea and if we want any drinks. Then we had to wait a further hour before the food came! The food was alright, very sub-par, but arrived luke warm. We were probably forgotten about again, with our food waiting half an hour to get picked up. We never even got the water we asked for. People around us were getting drink after drink whilst we were waiting to order one cocktail each. A group were even seated after us and got their food and drinks before we were even approached. My sister called one of the waiters as they walked past and they just ignored her. I'm not an angry person, but that made me angry. I was ready to leave, but she wanted to give them another chance. We've never felt so undervalued. Every customer is meant to feel important/special, especially when they're spending money, but we certainly didn't. We still had to pay for the cocktails and got no kind of good gesture to make us want to return or apologise. No one responded to my email either. It was a horrible experience and I don't recommend it.

I recently had a private event in the Vault at Revolution Leadenhall. The staff were absolutely amazing and super helpful and friendly. The event itself was great and the booking process with the sales team was really good. We booked food, a special bar menu for the tab and they even can help with sourcing Dj’s and event decoration companies. They answered all my questions and helped a lot with the organisation. The one major let down, the toilets! All my guests complained about them and even held going because they were so bad! An extremely disappointing part as when I booked the venue they were really clean with lots of space, however due to an earlier event that day they were full of sick, sick and water all over the floors, blocked toilets, no tissue etc etc. I think when people have paid thousands of pounds for a private event the toilets should be cleaned inbetween events or a cleaner should be on hand. I do think the aftercare of this event has also been poor, as I have had nobody reach out to ask how the event went. Hence why I have come here to review. Makes it seem like they are great when taking your money but don’t care after that! I probably will not do another event here unless the toilet situation was sorted as this really did cause a lot of problems.

The food is good. The service is good. The decor is good. What's not to like?

My experience at this venue was fantastic. I planned my works Christmas party here & throughout the booking process was looked after by Kai & his team. Their attention to detail & efficiency was fantastic, I always felt like things were in hand to ensure we had a great night. Upon arrival the experiences was faultless & we agreed as a party that the service was 5*. All of the staff we encountered were very attentive. Chloe who looked after us was always on hand to ensure any issues were dealt with promptly. I can’t praise them enough. We have had Christmas parties elsewhere close by in the past which have been a nightmare, but this was far from. Thank you, we will be back!!

Very average food. Wine nice. Embarrassing listening to staff swearing at each other very loudly but out of sight. Toilets not clean. Wouldn't return.

We booked this place through a company for my best friend, Hen Do. The experience was horrible. We got to sit at our table & when one of the group members arrived, they changed our location to another table. Then we sat there for 40 minutes ( and we had been asking them when the food was coming for ages) waiting for our food that got delivered at the same time so starts & Main delivered at once & there was no one around to ask for cutlery & we had to get someone to ask for cutlery at the front. Terrible service overall. I do not recommend it. Also, their chicken salad was dry. The best item we ate was probably the calamari.

We had a booking for 6pm for bottomless brunch for my mum's birthday. We arrived and was served our first drink after 20 minutes, the food was then brought over about 40 minutes into our sitting. When the food was bought over we were decided to order a second drink, after an hour and 15 minutes since arriving, we had still only had 1 drink. We asked a waitress who said she would speak to the bar staff who in turn offered us the chance to start our bottomless sitting again and have the whole 2 hours restarted, however we had already booked plans for afterwards so could not extend our sitting further. Shortly after 3 out of 4 of our table received their second drink, and the fourth member of our table waited a further 10 minutes for their drink, we had all ordered the same drink so not sure why we were only given 3 out of the 4. We asked to speak to the manager who told us he had only just arrived and was unaware of the situation, he asked us what we would like to do about the situation. When we complained we felt we had not gotten our value for money, he kindly bought over 3 drinks for each of us. Although this was a nice gesture, we then had not very long to rush and finish the 3 drinks before we had to leave to get to our plans for afterwards. The staff weren't very attentive at all and we had to flag waiters down to order a drink or to clear our table, very disappointing as this was a birthday brunch and it put a damper on the evening and we felt we wasted our money. It was also advertised as a disco brunch however there was not much music, and the music that did play certainly wasn't disco... Taylor Swift for example. Also, once we had paid our bill and was leaving, we had another staff member ask us 'have you paid', which was quite insulting. Wouldn't recommend, there are better brunches out there with better value for money!

The security guard at the gate was awfully unfriendly. I was wearing normal trousers and they thought it was a gym cloth and my friend and I waited in the extreme cold for their ridiculous treatment.I complained by email after but they're just cold feet, arrogant and unapologetic.

Not so great. Misleading info on website, bar menus and app regarding happy hour and extending happy hour. Won't go back! Slow service as well.

First time coming to this branch Service was very slow at first so we felt disappointed (Bottomless brunch 20 mins with no drink or food) until Claudia came over livened up the vibe and ensured we'd get a full 2 hours which we did. 8 drinks each We tried to speak to other members of staff during the brunch but they all seemed to shrug us off and weren't interested so we were drawn back to Claudia 10/10 ◡̈

Been here to do Halloween facepainting for students party and loved this bar ! Highly recommend for staff event and other occasions

I love Revolutions, but seriously very very understaffed. Only one or two bartenders in peak-time, and take ages to place and get an order...

Awful! Booked and paid in full for a group of 8 to have a Cocktail Masterclass. Despite asking multiple members of staff we were left hanging around and they obviously didn't expect us. After 30 minutes we were taken to a filthy bar in the basement, nothing was prepared. We waited another 15 minutes for a stool and whilst the barman set it up. Really disappointed. Contacted HQ the next day and had zero response. Book at your own risk! UPDATE: Head office has now replied, apologised and offered a part refund.

By far, the most overpriced bar I've been to in a long time - and I've lived in London almost 20 years. We were there for a quick drink on a Saturday early evening. Mainly filled with hen and birthday parties, lots of screaming laughter and staggering people. The bar staff were friendly but slow, even with no one else at the bar and the lighting felt sterile more than welcoming. I haven't been to a Revolution bar in years and can't see myself hurrying back any time soon.

Just had the cocktail masterclass with Dev and Flo.. highly recommended.. lots of fun and very entertaining. Lots of alcohol! All questions answered and we are ready to make our own at home! Thank you for a great evening :)

Beautiful old bank which is now a bar/restaurant . Service can be slow but generally worth the wait.

This place used to be a vibrant club/bar with quality people on weekends , now it has turn into a jokers paradise especially with ONO events. This event organiser seems interested in making money than entertaining the guest. Just a waste of money and time.

Rayjae was brilliant and provided amazing cocktails. Service was great! The bar itself was clean and well decorated. Ambiance was awesome.

Vibes were great, Rayjae was a great bartender, really lovely and knew drinks well.

Alex served me and my friend, he was very informative about what we ordered as we were unsure, he then made the drinks extremely quickly and was so friendly throughout the process. Would come again for 10/10 service

We booked the Yeehaw Bottomless Brunch, for £50 per head, plus booking fee. Before arriving, we checked it was OK to arrive before our 2 hour brunch slot, and were told it was fine. On arrival, it clearly wasn't fine. The bar staff did not know what drinks we were able to buy. The service was very slow and staff were clearly rushed off their feet, leading to some being quite rude. When our brunch slot of 3.30 arrived, we had to queue up again, as it took some time for the tables to be cleared from the first sitting. This time was chaotic! We were seated 20 minutes late. The bottomless element was slow, and not one drinks order came with the correct drinks. Our food only arrived 15 minutes before the session was due to end, at 5.15pm. Once delivered, we found it was all cold. Great venue, good entertainment, fabulous idea, but very poorly executed. Clearly not enough staffing, organisation or planning. Really not worth the money.

I had a highly disappointing experience at this nightclub. My friends and I had purchased tickets for the event and were looking forward to a great night out. However, upon arriving at the door, the doorman assumed we were drunk and refused to let us in. We were completely sober and ready to enjoy the event. It was frustrating to see that despite having paid for our tickets, our entire night was wasted due to the doorman's misjudgment. The bouncers at this establishment clearly need more training in assessing the sobriety of patrons accurately. I'd caution others not to be swayed by the five-star reviews. Based on my experience, I would recommend spending your money elsewhere and avoiding this place until they address their security and customer service issues. It's a shame that what should have been a fun night turned into a complete disappointment.

We were denied entry without any reason. We had paid for the tickets and they asked us to stay outside due to them assuming we were intoxicated. We were not drunk and they just ruined our experience. As a parent of 3 kids, we get an opportunity like this in 2 years and this was ruined by very rude bouncers. Very disappointing experience. Will never come again.
