Revolution Albert Dock in Liverpool

Had a fab bottomless brunch on Saturday. The food was gorgeous and the drinks were flowing, the service was brilliant and we didn't have to wait for drinks Naomi was gorgeous and kept us supplied all afternoon!

Naomi was amazing! Best service would like her to be the manager if she is not already, this is how how service should be in any bar.

Bottomless brunch- Abbie was on the ball with filling our drinks and asking if we wanted anything. The vibe in there was lovely and everyone was happy we all just wanted a good time! Would definitely go back again!

From the second we walked in the door, we were immediately ignored! We had a booking and were 15 minutes late due to a delayed flight. We first came in and was told we will be served in a minute. We stood and waited 10 minutes to be told our table was gone and we could sit in the bar area and order food. Servers walked passed us for a further 10 minutes, before we grabbed someone and to be told they stopped serving food 2 minutes ago. After talking to management he did not help. His only response was ‘ok’, he was young with clearly very little experience with dealing with customers. We got no courtesy drinks or any help after this we were basically shown to the door. As Irish over for the weekend we are less than impressed and will never return!

Spot on. Couldn’t fault any of the services. Always on time with drinks and food orders. Good service at all times and friendly.

The atmosphere here was what made us sit down and eat as it looked nice inside. The waitress was nice and friendly. However when the food arrives it was barely warm, quite tasteless and not really good value. The cocktails and mock tails were basically glasses full of ice. First and last visit here for us.

Lunchtime and half empty but service dead slow. Don't come here if you want a quick bite. Nice enough ambience I suppose.

We not informed that the toilets were out of order!! We pre booked an afternoon tea First of all it was not clear how to get in to the place when on a wheelchair When I found a door around the back of the building I had to tap on the glass for a waitress to let us in . She was not happy . We were told as she walked off that the only table left was a large 8 seater, so we sat down there . A few minutes later another waitress came over and we told her we had an afternoon tea booked and she apologised and said our table was by the window. So we relocated ourselves. We ordered two cocktails and the afternoon tea was brought to us. The savouries were ok, a bit bland tasting and looking- nothing special. The desserts were the same, apart from the delicious strawberry waffle dessert. We would not recommend on this alone However the shocker was when we needed the wheelchair accessible toilet and there was a plumber in there starting it was out of order! The tent urinal had large buckets under each urinal, which liquid all over the floor!! Totally unacceptable!! I am now wondering if this is acceptable at all Revolution bars ?!?! What goes in must come out and guess what, that applies to folks who are disabled!! Absolutely furious about no one bothering to inform their customers

Visited for drinks first night. Pretty standard 2-4-1 cocktails. Visited 2nd night for a sharer plater. Tasty food. To improve the place, would be good to keep on top of wiping tables as both nights they were sticky.

Sun night place was dead so hard to comment on atmosphere. Had 3 different cocktails between us, wasnt that impressed. Prices were level with most hotels and the quality more like Lanzarote cocktails. Two girls behind the bar just chatting and taking an age to actually make the drinks, so much so when we got our first drinks after a good quarter of an hour of so they apologised and like i say the place was dead, imagine on a busy night. Wouldnt be falling over to rush back.

Whilst the cocktails received were lovely, I asked for 2 cocktails. The bartender mentioned how it was ‘2 for 1’ so I said to her “yes, one cocktail each for me and my friend”. She continued to pour 4 drinks and when I noticed I said “we only wanted two” she kept saying how it was 2 for one. I wasn’t going to argue so I just accepted the fact I had 4 drinks between 2 people. She then shoved the card reader in my face at an awkward angle, causing me to spill one drink at the bar, she laughed at me and did not offer to remake it or anything. I only wanted 2 cocktails and what was meant to be a fun experience turned into a disappointment of this place. I spent £23 when I only wanted to spend £11.50, as she just did not understand the simple fact I quite literally just wanted 2 drinks for the price of one.

The bouncers were rude and blunt straight away settling the vibe to be honest. It was lively as expected on a Saturday but the music was way too loud for 7.30 and we were sat trying to eat a meal and couldn’t hear ourselves think. Also had to order on an app so we all had to log into the Wi-Fi and an app and order ourselves on there which was just unpleasant and it asked if we wanted to tip before we’d even placed the order and unsure what exactly we’d be tipping for given nobody had said 2 words to us. Food was nice nothing special the waitress rudely put each dish on the table but the experience was ultimately ruined and we couldn’t get out of there quick enough.

What an absolute rip off , service was appalling, no cutlery to eat with, one drink served ,no-one got the drinks they asked for ,then proseco was brought to table which wasn't what was asked for . Over £800 was paid between the party and it was a disgrace. The poor staff also run of there feet.

Day of the Merseyside Derby and despite having a huge TV on the wall the staff informed me they don't put footy on ....I was gutted! 🙄.....ordered some nice food, staff and service were very good and in particular the young lady who hails from Dublin who looked after us well that afternoon!

We went for a bottomless brunch whilst on a weekend break in Liverpool. We booked bottomless cocktails. It took 25 mins to be served because they said they were very busy. Our two hour slot was then cut short by this time as they had another reservation straight after. The cocktails were like mocktails. There was no or very little alcohol in them. We travelled up from London and have experienced lots of bottomless brunches. This was by far the worst ever experienced. The food was very basic too. We ordered the burger option, which was served with nothing…not even a few chips. Though a nice bar, I certainly wouldn’t recommend the brunch. A real wast of £35 pp.
