terrible seating cramped up,waiters just sit u down and dont approach, u have to call a million times to get service..terrible experience..was it worth my money ..nooo way!

Currently at the shisha place. Waiting for my shisha coal to be changed for over 25 mins. A place where water bottle comes to the table after an hour and asking over 4 times. However staff keep swapping shift and take payments within minutes. Before the order arrives. Prices are high, you'd expect the service but get nothing

It has been amazing, very professional and kind staff. Food was exceptional, so tasty and very good portions. Can’t wait to go back! 100% recommend it

I tried the place yesterday night, and their shisha is absolutely amazing. Good service with great quality. Whenever you are in london and close to Edgware Road, I recommend you to go there for a shisha, I haven't tried the food but a full house can tell you everything!

I wouldn’t recommend this place as the overall service was terrible.We ordered food and shisha both were not up to standard the price we paid.We almost spend £100 it wasn’t worth a penny and on top toilets weren’t clean.

Today I visited Voug Restaurant Bar and Shisha after midnight, and while the place itself is impressive, my overall experience was mixed. The first thing you notice upon entering is how spacious and clean the restaurant is. It's beautifully decorated, with plenty of seating options that offer a comfortable and relaxed environment. This makes it a great spot for both large groups and quieter gatherings. The ambiance was definitely one of the highlights of the visit. However, when it came to the food and service, my experience was less satisfying. I ordered a mixed shawarma wrap, hoping for a flavorful and juicy meal, but it was unfortunately quite dry and bland. The wrap lacked the seasoning and flavors I was expecting, which was a bit disappointing. The service was also just average; while the staff were polite, there wasn't much attentiveness or effort to enhance the dining experience, especially considering the potential of such a nice setting. On a brighter note, the kanafeh I ordered was a pleasant surprise. It came out warm and had a delightful taste, offering a nice contrast to the otherwise underwhelming meal. It's clear that Voug has the potential to offer a memorable dining experience, especially with its inviting atmosphere and some standout items like the kanafeh. However, there’s definitely room for improvement in both the food quality and service to truly match the ambiance they’ve created. Overall, Voug Restaurant Bar and Shisha has a lot going for it in terms of setting and ambiance, but they need to work on their food and service to make the experience as impressive as the decor. If they can bring up the quality of their dishes and provide more attentive service, this place could easily become a go-to spot for more than just its looks.

Its nice but they need to update the working hours as it doesn’t open before 11 am (Not 24 hrs)

Ihab was a very bad person there, I ordered the food and it had hair in the food, I asked for the manager and the owner of the restuant came to me and his name is ihab, he told me to F off and cussed my whole family in Arabic, this restaurant is by far the worst restaurant in the world with the worse service I have ever received. Unhygienic people are here and the toilet is not looked after and is very very dirty. Absolutely disgusting from ihab, he needs to be investigated immediately.

Frankly, I recommend the place. It may be the best place on Arab Street. Especially Samer, he made the experience very nice. He was very cooperative and made sure that every detail was taken care of.

Such an amazing service from the waiter we had, she was so sweet and made sure our food was corrected after a mistake! Cute vibes and food was decent too. Our tea stayed hot the entire sit down as well. Thanks guys x

Edit: Originally 5 stars and now 1 star. I originally visited this place and thought it was the original lounge we were looking for called “Shishawi.” When initially speaking to the owner, he said it was “Shishawi” when we asked, but Shishawi is next door. Anyways, we liked it and continued to come here a couple more times. Food is ok (acceptable but definitely not exceptional), and service was initially acceptable but not great. That was until they began to rush my family out during their last visit and their employees were literally saying disgusting things about my sisters and mother, and were caught (thinking they didn’t hear). The guy that changes charcoals for hookahs was overheard saying “I’m trying to change their charcoals so I can get them out of here quick,” which leads to a burned hookah head quicker. The owner proceeded to approach my family to apologize even though he was engaging in the exact same conversation, allowing his employees to: 1) Trash talk about their customers 2) Sabotage the experience of their customers Anyways no fake apologies are required and you should serve the best interest of your customers so they could return. Although after this incident, they nor I will ever step foot in here. That is a very low thing to sabotage the experience of your customers considering we are very kind and easygoing, came here 4-5 times in the span of 2 weeks (loyal customers), and decide to give your business our business and money only to be treated in such a demeaning and disrespectful manner. AVOID

It was one of my most horrible experiences in London. The food which was mentioned in the CharGrilled section was not being made on the grill, instead the convection oven was being used. We ordered a Shish Taouk and a Lamb Kafta. Both were served cold. On speaking to the owner he was covering up after his mis-management of staff. We decided to pay and leave the food. He still charged us half of the bill. Wouldn’t recommend to any tourist and local. The place needs to be shut down. The staff was also very non professional except a couple of them.

Bad service and charging more than the menu price. They behave badly from the beginning and keep surprising you by taking extra money and not fresh products.

This place is a place to be ripped off if you're new. After we have dinner we have shisha which we paid £35 for each shisha. All I can say is if you see Vogue on Edgware Road, RUN.

Horrible service. Very rude staff, no sense of hospitality at all. Not going back ever again. 3.7 is already a pretty bad rating I am pretty sure it’s gonna go further down in the coming months. Treating the customer with respect is a must. This waiter who takes shisha order is going to make sure this place goes out of business very soon. There are so many other shisha options on Edgware road, in such a competitive space to continue doing business, please teach your staff some manners. Thank you

Very bad restaurant no good food and the service not nice

Really bad experience about manager Victor and security (Indian guy). They discriminated us to not giving table even we smoke shisha outside. The worst customer service that I have seen in London and they lied us about table even it’s not reserved. I didn’t expect that. We used to come many times. By this way they lost clients. It’s really annoyed us. I will report it.

Probably best Shisha on Edgware Road. Very vibrant and good crowd, 2 security guards outside watching over visitors for safety reasons. Wide selection and Shisha and deserts and Moroccan tea also! Winner in my books

Went to the restaurant just for tea, the tea was literally just a teabag and mint and they charged 9£ for LITERALLY A TEABAG absolute scam. Don’t recommend at all. The ambience of the restaurant is okay but the chairs are really dirty. Will never come back again.

Scam alert!!!! I visited the restaurant today with my friend. The order was taken but as soon as we placed the order the waitress said she was finishing her shift so we should pay right away…the bill was £107 which was a lot for a small order that we placed…she gave no receipt and left. Then the food arrives with wrong dishes..no cutlery or napkins provides with the food…appalling service. The staff were rude. I asked for the manager who said he wont charge for one dish. However the bill was still £80 which was too much. Bill is confusing.Save your money and time and dont bother visiting this restaurant. AVOID

I wish there was option for 0 stars. Firstly, the staff was all dressed in normal clothes, no colour coordination, no uniform or anything so you didnt know who was staff and who were customers. I waited at the till for 4/5mins because i thought the women standing there were customers, but they were just staff members. I asked the lady at the till if they do kunafa and she said yes so we sat down and ordered a kunafa to share, along with tea. When they brought the kunafa, it was HORRIBLE. The cheese was chewy and the “pastry” part wasnt pastry at all, it was like a solid, cakey, chewy thing. When we complained to say what is this because its not kunafa, they said its like that because it comes FROZEN!! disgusting!! If i knew it wasnt gonna be fresh, i would’ve never ordered. Anyway, my husband said to them we cant eat this, can you give an alternative. So they gave the option of baklava or milkcake and we chose the milkcake. Milkcake wasnt good either tbh, very thin cake & didnt taste fresh. We had some of it and asked for the bill. When the bill came, they charged us for both kunafa & milkcake, my husband asked why they didnt take kunafa off & the waitress said “you already ate half of it”. He didnt want to argue over £7 so just smiled, paid & we left. However, its not just about £7 its about basic customer service, firstly a customer has complained about your food & you dont have the common curtsey of even apologising. secondly, saying you ate “half of it” like she was blind or something to realise the bits broken off from the kunafa were right there on the plate, we were sharing it so obviously we were each gonna take a bite to taste what it was like. How ridiculous. I have attached pictures of the monstrosities that were served to us so you can also see how much we ate. Save your money & do nottt go here!

I didn't even need a knife because of how perfectly the meat was cooked and the sides tasted SO good. The treatment I received was so sweet and felt like I was visiting my family. 10/10

Absolutely disgraceful the fat Arab worker was rude even though you are paying for their over priced sub standard food. Run away! terrible staff especially the very unpleasant manager, he made a mistake in taking the order but blames the customer. I ordered a fresh mango juice at 8 pounds I saw the staff using a juice in a cardboard bottle and the manager dared to say it was fresh...

The food here is disgusting but the customer service is the slowest ever. A group of 11 of us, one person got a soup & served the bread like 15 minutes later so what was the point. We waited like 30 minutes and then cancelled our order as nothing else was served. I would recommend to avoid this place

Nice place, Shisha is average and flavour only lasted one hour. A mixed crowd of males and females. Staff were attentive.

Only been open a little while and potential is there. Nice looking place with outdoor seating and shisha available. Some seats were really dirty and shocking as they’ve only been open a while. The shisha was ok and coal change was good. Oreo dessert was nice and a pot of mint tea goes down well. The staff needed telling a few times for basic things like extra cups or sugar for the table. Also you can’t tell who works there and who doesn’t as staff are wearing plain clothes and blend in with the general public.

Almost everyone walked out of this place, not just my party, because the service was absolutely dreadful. Had to wait one **hour** before even the drinks arrived. At which point they only then told us one of the drinks we ordered was not available. Why didn't they tell us at the beginning??? Then after waiting another 30 minutes for the meals one of the meals was missing. I had to wait another 20 minutes at which point they gave me the **wrong** meal. They didn't even offer any complimentary bread or anything while I had to wait for them to fix their mess. I would like to note that the entire time they were walking around as if they had nothing to do. Not even the other customers were getting their food and/or drinks. It felt the only reason we got what little we did was because we kept pestering them to bring it.

You start off having to scan the menu on your phone which means you can not easily see what is available, and if you are partially sighted as I am, you stand no chance of reading the menu. The service was really poor, lots of staff standing around, it was really hard to engage eye contact to even place an order. The food was awful - the worst I have eaten (I actually did not eat most of it and took the stringychicken home for the dog). The flat bread was stale to the point of being inedible. The falafel’s were incredibly dry and flavourless. The hummus was the best part of the meal - it was smooth but had little flavour. Avoid this place for food, it’s tasteless and not worth the money. We were so disappointed as this was the first Lebanese restaurant that we havetried and it was a waste of £70 - wish we had just got a takeaway kebab somewhere, as It would definitely have been tastier than the tasteless poor quality food we paid good money for . We were so disappointed that, for the first time ever; we did not leave a tip as the service and food were that bad! if it was possible I would give this restaurant zero stars!

The staff was good, but The restroom was extremely dirty and they didn't even give a blanket, it's not this restaurant anymore and I don't choose. I came before and it was great, but this series I ordered, but it didn't have any quality at all. I told the staff a few times that this special edition wasn't good at all and I didn't like it, but unfortunately it didn't pay attention. I said it wasn't quality.

I should have left when, before even ordering, a server asked me how long I planned to stay and if I'd eat quickly and leave. Unfortunately, I didn't, and I regretted it. I felt consistently harassed and uncomfortable throughout my visit. This restaurant seems more focused on making money than on providing a pleasant dining experience. The only friendly face I encountered was the security guard

Shabby restaurant. Don’t go for the fake flowers and grass Trying to look cool but everything is cheaply and dangerously made. Tables outside too crowded.. food looked really bad so didn’t order. Neighbour got charged twice on his CC without sharing. While being there the fire brigade showed up about illegalities apparently. Lots of rubbish outside.
