Restaurant Six in Stoke-on-Trent

Tries to be posh, but doesn't succeed. Food is very expensive given most of it is pre-prepared & heated up. Service rescues the score, waiting staff are very polite & attentive Update Feb 2025 ... menu now depleted & service disappointing. Will give it one last shot before dropping to 2 stars.

A nice venue with a good chef and Roberto efficiently running everything front of house. Why wouldn’t you want to spend a pleasant evening here.

Good food for evening, however breakfast is shocking

Breakfast was stone cold, mushrooms tasted 3 days old and no one to comment too. Avoid like the plague and wait till 8ambto get a decent brekkie elsewhere

It's OK. The food isn't bad at all but for a Hilton associated restaurant you would probably expect a bit better.

Steak were way over cooked and tasted of nothing but salt, I was handed menus and told to sit where I want. Then they took over 40 minutes to remove the plates from the main meal

Breakfast is "as simple as that". . Good services with happy cooker 👌

Hotel restaurant, pretty standard, nothing special but ok

Dinner was good. It was very quiet for Christmas day, service was good and the ambience was so beautiful, we took the chance to snap a few pics! The only issue I had was that the garlic butter was burnt. Otherwise, great evening. Breakfast was also fabulous!

New and tastey restaurant in Stoke on Trent !! It was warm, tasty, and great experience. We had dinner here twice during our travel stay.

The main reason for marking down is due to the lack of facial covering enforcement on both staff and customers. The menu was good and available to view online prior to visit, there were lots of meat, fish, vegetarian, vegan & gluten free options available. The Hispi Cabbage was amazing, perfectly cooked and the Creamy Mustard Sauce was to die for. I would also really recommend the Carbonara Tagliatelle With Mushroom. Unable to comment on meat/fish options as I'm vegetarian however the restaurant was quite busy for a Thursday evening. Good selection wines and the Ca' Bianca Gavi was beautiful. There were a few lagers on tap but not many craft ales, which was disappointing as I'm a big fan of dark ale. Disabled access available however the look of the restaurant is not as good as depicted online. It has a very comfortable vibe welcoming all types of customers.
