The fish and chips are excellent quality and reasonably priced. Service is friendly and efficient even at busy times. The menu is reasonably extensive for a local chippy; chicken, burgers etc. Recommended.

Best Chippy In Lymm maybe Cheshire? Maybe North West? Extremely good chippy in a great location in the village. Really friendly staff with an even friendlier owner. Always extremely clean with everything being cooked fresh so you’re not getting hour old food! Never disappointed!

Called in today on our first visit to Lymm. Great service by two lovely ladies. Told about the offers when choosing our meal. The food was very nice, and plenty of it.

Disappointing tonight - stared really well when opened but now seems to be all batter and just a trace of very dry fish - please go back to the original and give us some nice juicy fleshy fish in a light batter

We are on a narrow boat holiday and heard about this chip shop. We looked up the reviews and the shop seemed to have very good reviews. So being hungry we decided to take a chance. We weren't disappointed. The chips were gorgeous and the batter was light and not soggy. We even ate the fish and chips from the boxes they came in saved plates and washing up.

Popped in here yesterday had haddock and chips to share with my husband, lovely chips and freshly cooked haddock. In fact I could have eaten more best batter we've had on fish for a very long time 🐟

This establishment came so highly recommended, that three of us made a special trip to try it. The presentation was great due to the well designed box the fish n chips come in, so the fish isn't squashed by the chips, plus I think the salt and vinegar can be applied to all your food. I can't finish this review without mentioning the curry sauce. Absolutely superb, get a pot to dip your chips in.

On Wednesdays & Thursdays they do an amazing Gluten Free fish and chips. I am coeliac and I highly recommend trying! The gluten free batter is light and crispy. Keep up the great work. 10/10

Great traditional British fish and chips. Food always cooked fresh, tastes wonderful, good value. Always enjoyed the curry sauce and mushy peas, all fresh and tasty!

I came across this chip shop after a chip shop in Grappenhall refused to take a telephone order, and I'm glad I did. Great service and really good food. Took my order over the phone and had it ready for collection, securely and safely, at the pre-arranged time. The fish was wonderful, very fresh with beautiful crispy batter. I will definitely be returning.

Happy to travel the 5 miles to this chippy passing many others between my home and this venue Girls are polite and efficient. Menu is adequate and reasonably priced thank you Chips are delicious and the right side of floppy ! - I like floppy chips 😊 Minor negative scampi is clearly good quality and tasty - not big enough portion they are relatively small pieces and have on 2 occasions been a little overcooked tbh. Maybe I was just unfortunate on those occasions I’d order it again. Curry sauce great, fish tasty just gutted it’s Monday and you’re closed.

Visited this chippy for the first time after neighbours recommended it. Very impressed, cod was delicious coated in crispy batter. Good sized portion of chips, tasty curry sauce. Bonus NO plastic bags or packaging. Definitely going again.
