Relish Eastbourne in Eastbourne

Fui a buscar un chocolate caliente para llevar y me lo sirvió un chico joven, no muy educado y muy miserable, pagué 2. 90! ! ! ! ¡Si hubiera sabido, habría dicho que no, y luego lo probé y fue horrible! ! ! Iba a recuperarlo y recuperar mi dinero, pero entonces no creo que el joven se haya ocupado de la situación muy bien, así que decidí dejarlo.

Intentando estar sano, pero olvidé mi almuerzo. Odio comprar cajas de ensalada en los cafés, ya que son muy aburridas y el pollo normalmente es gomoso. No es barato (6.50 para un cuadro combinado) pero vale la pena. Sabía muy bien y no parecía un almuerzo aburrido y saludable. Obtuve papa, boniato, cebolla roja, cuscús y ensalada y luego agregué pollo caliente. El pollo estaba asado y era tan jugoso y sabroso que era mejor que hacerlo en casa. No iría todos los días porque es caro para un almuerzo para llevar, pero ¡Dios mío, así que vale la pena como un regalo saludable!

Voy a este sandwich bar con bastante frecuencia. El personal es muy agradable y la calidad del servicio en general es buena. Esta mañana la experiencia fue bastante diferente. Sin pan plano, sin tenedores de plástico (hasta que se encontró uno después de un poco de búsqueda) sándwich envuelto en mal estado y sin bolsas. Aprecio que todas estas cosas puedan suceder, tal vez fue solo un mal día. Sin embargo, la persona que me atendió parecía no tener arrepentimiento y tuve la impresión de que no le importaba. Usaré este lugar de nuevo; sin embargo, dejé el establecimiento decepcionado.

nos encanta este lugar fabulosa comida y personal fabuloso (no es BARATO) pero bueno! ! Hasta el fin de semana pasado. Un muchacho sirvió a mi esposo, no lo habíamos visto antes. Tenía radio en voz alta, ¿el jefe? vino y lo rechazó pedimos un sándwich tostado de queso york y cabra nuevo, un capuchino, una limonada, un pan de plátano y un brownie. Las únicas cosas que se hicieron correctamente fueron la lata de limonada y el brownie (¡mmm!) Mi rollo de queso de cabra SOLO tenía queso y pesto, ¡nada más! Nuevo no tenía chucrut ¡Café - sin tapas y tuvo que pedir una película adhesiva! ¡y mi pan de plátano había sido cortado en una torta de fruta!   20 más tarde y no estábamos cerca para volver y quejarse. servicio esta vez Y ROLLS fueron ambos basura! ¡eres tan bueno como tu última revisión chicos!

Elegí este lugar tan cerca de donde estábamos visitando y parecía agradable. Lamentablemente, el bagel de aguacate era un bagel fino y barato de un paquete y el aguacate era marrón, no habría comido personalmente. Aunque no pedí comida. El café también estaba débil. Ningún interés del personal en si la comida estaba bien, dejamos de pagar por adelantado y eso fue todo. No volvería.

Acabo de almorzar aquí después de ver increíbles imágenes de Instagram de su comida durante los últimos meses, así que decidí que la próxima vez que vaya a Eastbourne iría a verlo.No decepcionó. Tenía el champiñón Portobello y la cebolla condimentada tostada de queso y una pequeña porción de toberlone brownie. . . .¡Delicioso! Tomaría una foto pero me lo comí todo. . . . .

Paré aquí para el almuerzo una vez, ahora es mi lugar 'ir a' para almorzar en Eastbourne.Parece un poco aburrido desde el exterior y hay asientos muy limitados dentro y en un bar de la pared; el resto está afuera protegido por miradores y persianas.De hecho, hay pocas instalaciones en general, pero para un lugar pequeño aprovechan al máximo lo que tienen.La comida sin embargo es increíble, ¡todo! Anteriormente tuve una mala experiencia, como puede ver aquí, pero llamé por teléfono a la solicitud de los gerentes y rehice el pedido, era como un lugar completamente diferente.Sandwiches eran deliciosos y basado en esta experiencia, sin duda volveremos.Grandes brownies.Servicio maravilloso también, muy amable y se disculpó.

Me dijeron que la espera sería de 25 minutos y me tomó 1 hora y 10 minutos. La encargada de la entrega se disculpó, también se disculpó por derramar café sobre el chocolate caliente que había pedido, no puedo tomar café, pero sí no era un chocolate caliente, sino un café que se entregó, en realidad no importaba que le diese café.Pedimos un bagel de salmón ahumado y queso crema que estaba empapado en grasa, hasta el punto en que las 2 hojas de papel envueltas en él estaban empapadas, un BLT y una tostada de queso que estaban cubiertos con grasa (excepto la primera hoja de papel alrededor de la tostada extrañamente ya que de ahí era de lo que yo pensaba que provenía la grasa).También había varios boletos viejos, recibos y pedazos de basura / garabateados en papel en la bolsa por alguna razón.El salmón olía mal y después de probar un poco sabía igual de malo, así que tiramos eso.Un buen baguette, excepto que estaba lleno de mostaza en lugar de mayonesa como dice en línea, dijeron que es una mostaza casera pero no dice esto en el sitio web, así que vale la pena tenerlo en cuenta si no te gusta la mostaza, ya que más mostaza que mayo.Llamé por teléfono para decirles esto y él fue amable pero no parecía muy molesto, se ofreció a dejar caer otro chocolate caliente, pero como había esperado tanto la primera vez después de dar instrucciones muy claras, rechacé y pedí un reembolso. él devolvió la bebida, pero solo dijo que pasaría la información sobre el salmón y la grasa.

Use this for my own lunch and for corporate meals and catering also. Both of a high standard . Not cheapest place to eat but really good food,lovely menus and superb friendly service. Highly recommend

Second time here and definitely coming back for more.. Great range of fresh foods etc but the baguettes are top notch! Well worth a visit.. Oh and the staff are great too :-)

Will definitely be paying relish regular visits on my lunch breaks! Probably the only place in Eastbourne to offer such exciting lunchtime choices. The staff are friendly and the sandwiches are next level. Glad I found them!

the worst £5.95 approach on a Rueben ever .. used to get fruit juices from here .. never again ! maybe the stale defrosted loaves should be used some what quicker ? ☺

Yo probé el pollo bacon avo en malta bloomer, no me puedo quejar. El tocino cocinado a la perfección y el pollo no estaba seco, sabía tan fresco y la lechuga estaba muy crujiente. Mayonesa mostaza fue la cosa que agregar. El personal era muy amable y me explico muchas cosas sobre el tipo de cosas que hacer allí. Hay un montón de diferentes necesidades dietéticas - son vegano amables y tienen opciones sin gluten, tienen baja en calorías. cosas Su café es muy bueno. La panceta de cerdo parecía increíble!

Este Deli/café tiene una buena selección de comida para llevar. Hay un variado menú de sandwiches, sopas y ensaladas y hay opciones para vegetarianos y veganos. El toblerone brownie es para morirse y si comprar una cosa - tienen el brownie. El personal es amable y servicial. La comida es un poco caro, pero es sabroso y mejor que la oferta de comida. Vale la pena una visita!

Relish is a fantastic place for lunch. Their sandwiches are second to none - not your typical mayonnaise loaded boring style but delicately created, balanced and unique.The service is also awesome. It's quick and the prices are very reasonable. I unfortunately had my sandwich snatched by a seagull whilst I was sat outside... but the lovely staff made me a new complimentary sandwich free of charge. I would definitely recommend this place to others!! The Toblerone Brownies are second to none!

Popped in for a morning smoothie however both mine and my boyfriends tasted just like a weak milkshake. He the the VC monster and I had the mango one. Very disappointed as it is £3.95 a drink!!! Lovely service however will not be returning for another smoothie.

I have eaten various times at relish and if you want to pay for healthy colourful food rather than shop bought pre packaged food then visit here! Nutritious and filling too!

I was walking past and thought I'd give Relish a try. I had the Coronation chicken toastie which was delicious. They have a good selection with some more unusual options which helps if you can't decide :)I had a coffee as well which was one of the best I've tasted in a while

All my reports to this site are honest, this being the whole point of Tripadvisor, however I do feel that there are some people that just want a rant for the sake of it, without any desire to oblige joe public by telling the truth!! Grr Whoever wrote Miserable - Anon N........You must have been somewhere else mate! There was one person serving behind this tiny counter and as for loud music, there was no music at all! As for miserable, well that's clearly you talking about yourself because the lovely lady that served me had a beautiful smile! :) I went there for the very first time today and it will now become one of many visits for me. This place is easily missed if it were not for their board in Gildredge Road but when you do see it, what a groovy place it is! Original antique tiles cover the shop and the rest of the exterior/interior is beautifully designed in a retro theme that works really well. This is super wholesome food at it's best and a standard of quality reminiscent of the fabulous Planet Organic in London.....seriously, it's that good! The upside being that you don't have to go all the way to London to enjoy this level of sublime healthy food. RELISH do fresh pressed raw juices and smoothies, organic coffee, breakfasts, salad boxes and platters made to order with delicious artisan bread - all food organic where possible. I went for their large salad box for £4.50 where you help yourself from a selection of huge bowls filled with awesome ingredients. Salads can be so boring but these were far from boring, being made up of mixed quinoa salad, mixed wild rice salad, new potatoe salad and a brockley salad which kept me full all day without having to snack! Yum Yum! Get down there, you won’t be disappointed because it’s money well spent.

The food here is great, probably the best deli in eastbourne and its across the road from my flat which is dangerous! Also, you must try their coffee its excellent.

It's great because it's both health and convenient, the salad boxes are great as well as the sweet potato. I go there often as it feels like a healthy fast food option, the only downside is the price, the portions are sometimes small not so great value for money.

I used to buy sandwhiches from there regularly but most of the staff there are miserable. Loud awful music was playing so I couldn't hear them. Wouldn't eat the stuff that's open to the public to sneeze on!

Had great fresh sandwiches. Best coronation baguette I have ever had.Very good value and quick service.Nice tables in sunshine.

I work from home a couple of days a week and Relish is a great alternative to having to make myself lunch! I am sometimes a fussy eater and the staff here always do there best to accommodate me and on occasion my wheat-intolerant house mate.I regularly have the chicken bacon and avocado sourdough baguette. It's good, I tend to blast mine in my microwave/grill quickly to heat it up as Relish do offer a delivery service which comes in handy for those days when a working lunch has to happen (also for when it is raining!). Sometimes our order has been a little bit wrong, but as long as you communicate properly this is only on the rare occasion.Overall they have a great selection of salads, fresh smoothies, pastry items and sandwiches and baguettes. If you need a bite for lunch then I would definitely consider them.

Excellant, great layout and choice. But man, probably the best brownie i have ever eaten and as my rotund belly can testify i have snarfed a few! Shall be returning to try out the rest of the menu.

Wanted to try this new sandwich shop. I asked for a chicken and spinach sandwich from their menu. I was disgusted to find a huge chicken bone inside the sandwich and no spinach! Just a small amount of rocket. Called them to complain and was told to bring it back. No offer of a refund or for a new one to be made. Won't be going there again and will not recommend!

Brilliant. Best sausage rolls in Sussex. Amazing good real food with loads of choices. Just wish this place was bigger. Keith (think is his name) very friendly and happy chappy. Gave me a taste of his wonderful soup. Everything is cooked from scratched and is delicious. Cannot praise enuf. Well done. Dont move. Sally x

Great sandwiches/rolls, superb specials and really friendly service, try the meat ball sub. Coffee's really good too.

Decided to give this new sandwich shop a try, but won't be going there again after experiencing what was bordering on rude unfriendly service and overpriced small portions. The food is un-hygienically handled and left uncovered on the counter where everyone can breathe over it. Ripoff.

Such a great array of food for meat eaters and veggies. Their salad boxes are to die for and everything is perfectly seasoned and cooked. I keep going back for more. The fresh juices are awesome too! Hard to find anything like this in Eastbourne.. And very reasonably priced too! Highly recommended!!!

I had a large salad box with warm falafels, it was perfectly filling and has left a vibrant and inspiring taste in my mouth. I can't wait to go back, this is perfect for a treat at lunch!Price is fair as each dish in the selection is thoroughly considered and seasoned, can't fault it. There's so much more I want to sample, I'll be back very soon!
