aside from the most RIDICULOUSLY priced iced latte, £5.50, it islovely outdoor space especially in warm weather and friendly staff too

I love this cafe as a great meeting spot for friends from all over or just outside London. Got lots of seating inside and out of the attractively designed building, so you can easily find a seat to grab coffee or some food and have a chat before going on a walk round the park. Decent selection of soft drinks, too.

Quick break with coffee and cake - coffee really good, great milk foam for Latte and Cappuccino and Mokka! But the making takes time and results in queuing and confusion on orders. No drama but maybe room for improvement

My mother has stomach issues and needs bland food. The extremely helpful staff handled a special request and made the whole meal wonderful. You can tell the staff likes each other and works well together. Great place, great fish and chips!!!!

Really poor service. Requested matcha and none available and then ordered ice latte (which comes with whipped cream). It was delivered without cream and when we asked about that , they responded that we charged you 50p less. We offered to pay the 50p and then she said we don’t have cream! Cake we purchased was also not fresh. Really poor quality and experience, avoid this place!!!

The chicken in the cessar salad was awful and it stank, the burger patty was burnt, the bathroom was dirty and stinky and they did not serve the food at the same time (the salad was served 15 minutes after the first dish).

A beautiful café in the middle of the garden and they have many choices of drinks, coffee, soft drinks, sweets, cake, and many dishes.

Went to Marylebone great coffee ice cream and great vibes, the guy in the food truck wearing a black hoodie was so nice, super accommodating, definitely on the better side of service I’ve seen in London so far. Well Done! Keep it up! Will definitely come back soon!

Hi, I would like to share and aware people who like this caffe: be very very careful, thief operate in this caffe. I have been robbed last Sunday, in front of 3 of us who sat by the table enjoying food, drink and whether female thief approach us and under demanding money she still phone. While I have reported this issue to member of staff and manager I haven't received any kind of help.

Absolutely useless place so many waiters & waitresses standing around doing nothing chatting to each other. I put an order through the waitress forgot to put it through we wasted an hour in this place for nothing. My kids were hungry & disappointed. We ended up in another cafe which had far better service.

He said he didn't give me change. I missed the menu and asked him to bring me home. Maybe because it's lunchtime, he keeps trying to clear the table. The male employee does all this, so I feel very uncomfortable throughout the meal

This place has become my regular, lovely staff and amazing food.

Breakfast Poor quality food lack ingredients listed in their menu tasted bad . and waited 30min waiters just looking while food staying at the counter under staff .mixing consumers orders .3 chefs(cooks) just looking at clients laughing doing nothing. Not even letting know the waiters food it's ready to serve to costumer s .bad management Don't waste money and time .

Worst service. Employees had a bad attitude. Very unprofessional even though there was a manager with them. A good places ruined by unskilled staff.

Convenience trap. All they have going for them is location. A simple pizza took over 35 mins to arrive (at a non busy time) and we had to go chasing for it. I’d say it’s understaffed but the staff doesn’t seem to care much

Coffee and cake are tasty but the place a little bit unorganized. No room to sit down because random people are using the seats for hanging on their phone (they aren't customers just people from the park). The idea of cake station is lovely but messy and not very hygienic when everyone can touch the cakes, some plates were left dirty there. Without asking if I want to eat/drink in please don't give me paper cup if you see me with a plate in my hand. Plus coffee in cup should serve on the saucer. Pigeons are free roaming on the outdoor tables. Loved the flowers and trees. The toilet area stinks and is very messy/dirty.

Benugos is always yummy with delicious sandwiches, cakes and coffee made with organic milk.

Terrible service. Burnt myself due to their incompetence. Blonde lady at the front with short hair and tattoos, was repugnant and entirely dismissive when I pointed out that I'd requested hot milk in an Americano. She then proceeded to make it seem as if I was asking the world of her, and put room temperature oat milk in. Neither the requested temperature nor requested type of milk. Couldn't get it right at the first nor second time of asking. Despicable

I think this was the smallest salad I have ever gotten from a restaurant and it cost me 15£

I went with my family yesterday, 2 young kids, my husband and my brother They have high chairs and their selection of pizzas were quite good We had a Diavola, Margarita and Serrano pizzas, we also had a side rocket salad and a side of skin on fries. My family enjoyed all the food and we left satisfied with the portions and the flavours

Amazing foods, we experienced the best service, vibes, and special menu that general manager offered us. We had the best flat bread dish with nicely cooked gourmet beef steak topping and special sauce !! Absolutely recommend this place to visit while you are walking around queens’s garden ! Staff are so genuine and kind, made my visit so special from Australia !

Having strolled through the rose garden and passed the cascading waterfall in perhaps the most beautiful part of one of the best parks in London, you may be looking for a nice cold pint, glass of wine or a tasty pizza. This little gem is definitely the place to go. There's a big outside seating area to soak up some sunshine and the place is normally buzzing.

Staff are so polite. Abraham is very help he helped to get band aid when my hand is Bleeding. He is so helpful and generous. Thank you

Absolute shambles. Wi-Fi did not work. I ordered with the table QR code, my plate was served without knife or fork. When I asked the waiter for my cutlery, he told me to get up and go and get it myself ( my three year old son was napping on me). The food was overpriced and the aubergine in the cauliflower salad were awful. The staff was neither smiley nor welcoming, by the way!

Like any other park restaurant, the main menu is brunch in the morning, followed by burgers, pizza, and fish and chips. Soft drinks and sandwiches You take out what you want to eat from the refrigerated display, tell the counter your seat number, order along with soft drinks (coffee, etc.) and food, and pay in advance. There are plenty of outdoor seats and plenty of indoor seating, so even when there are a lot of people, you won't run out of seats. However, since each pizza menu item is baked one by one in an oven, there is a significant backlog of orders. But the pizza menu is as delicious as the sincerity. I think the biggest drawback of the store is the bathroom. The nearby park restrooms (Euro) are located a bit far away, so they are always crowded and cleaning cannot keep up with the speed of use. We recommend using other paid restrooms in the park.

Honestly what happened to this place ? Who took it over ? Every time I go it’s getting worse and worse but today ….. please see what I got for 17£! I tried to get the managers attention, she came took the food and never came back …. So I went to chase her while she was bossing everyone around - no one had a clue what they were doing …. Then other staff told me to speak to the other manager who I told him what happened and explained about the fish & chips that arrived it just wasn’t edible and that I got iced coffee in a small glass - he tried to persuade me if I eat In I get a coffee in a glass! Well no first of all my order was on the outside tables In the garden and I have been coming to this place for 8 years and I have never gotten an iced coffee in a glass… without a straw like come on… I’m still trying to work out if this plate was all ready from the other day ? How can the peas be so dry, fish in two pieces, dry lemon and left overs of fries ?

Food and the pastry is what you would expect from anyplace, dont expect much of the coffee either as the baristas dont know what they are serving Service is quite terrible, prepare for an hour wait for any food or drink to arrive But the atmosphere is just right to grab a pint with friends and this place is just about it

Staff serving coffee haven’t got a clue what they are doing.. literally churning out coffees without thought. I was waiting for 15 mins and they didn’t even know I had an order outstanding despite telling them multiple times

Pretty mass production. The food and drink distribution is pure chaos. The whole place is dingy. This can easily be done better with one or two people on the cleaning staff. No recommendation.

Been here to get some drinks. Extremely pricey, atmosphere is not fantastic and the staff is extremely unfriendly and disinterested. I wouldn't go here again

Great atmosphere and the food was cooked to the perfect temperature. Enjoyed the meal and vibe of the restaurant/bar. The gentleman (Subhan) who served me was professional, friendly and kind. Will visit again soon.

Was horrible. I was waiting for a pint for more than 30 minutes. Never more I'm going to buy something there.

Avoid this place if possible. We were so disappointed to find the chaos and disorganisation in this cafe. The beautiful park showcases london in all its glory, and unfortunately, this cafe demonstrates a lack of customer service and professionalism. After queuing on a hot busy day, I was told multiple drinks were not available to order from the kiosk I had ordered from, then was told drinks were sold out. I changed my order to my 3rd choice of drinks to quite literally take whatever was left. To asked for a receipt and was told the printer was broken. I joined the already large queue and after 20 mins became irate. I could see multiple bottles of drinks all left out on the counter on a hot sunny day of about 23C outside. I then went over to the food side to try get drinks there and was handed 2 glasses of rose after waiting for 35 minutes. Thank goodness for the benches outside that we could get out of the chaos. Next time - would recommend bringing your own picnic!

All good apart from extremely sour-faced service from one member of staff. She exuded actual hatred for customers! Does staff training include the information that service might include basic politeness?

A bit chaotic, forty minutes wait when not even fully crowded, a missing ingredient in the order... But the Vegan BAP was good, loved the beetroot hummus.

Lovely atmosphere here, great staff especially Subhan. Pizzas are great. Definitely great place to stay in sunny days. Recommended.

Disgraceful service, food arrives late and you have to argue with the waiters to eventually receive it. Staff are all over the place. Clearly some management and staffing issues at this venue. Avoid at all costs.

Very nice setting, we help ourselves to the buffet then we go to the checkout. Good choice of pastries which are very good. A little more limited for drinks.

Waited for the food for ages and they kept bringing wrong orders. We waited for over and hour with two very hungry toddlers. The cauliflower salad arrived looking like it's been standing somewhere for days and for a price of £16 it's really outrageous. Avoid if you can

We were visiting for the day and passed this little cafe so popped in. 2 x cans of coke and 2 x chocolate muffins cost £14.50! I thought ok well maybe they are amazing muffins! No! They were stale!! The cheek! £14.50 and we fed it to the pigeons😂I understand you need to make a profit but please make sure your produce is fresh at the very least.

I stopped here on my way to the theatre, and was greeted by a very kind and welcoming manager who unfortunately I couldn’t get the name of. The staff were very enthusiastic and seemed to be enjoying working there. The food was amazing. Will definitely be back!

Terrible service, I ordered a pint of beer and iced coffee and since I had to wait they offered to give me a can of beer instead of the pint, scammed, the iced coffee looked like dirty water... Expensive prices considering the atmosphere and service. A bad experience totally disappointed. I will not come back

They served a « pims » for 10£50… a small plastic glass, no ice cube, no fruits, no mint… And it took them 25 mn to make it. Absolute disgrace

Ideally located place but terribly poorly operated by the Benugo company. Service and behavior of the staff really below all. Following an order error, they refuse to reimburse me for the difference of the overpayment by credit card (several dozen £££) because they do not accept cash and therefore do not have the money to reimburse. After threatening to call the police, the "manager" finally intervened after an hour with tickets in hand but without a word of apology or the hint of a smile. Too bad because the Regent's Pk in this place is really worth it and such a scam in this place is incomprehensible.

Reasonable prices with good food however had to wait a while for my coffee as it was very busy

We come here with our running group “Founders Running Club” every Saturday and we’ve been super happy with how welcoming the staff are. Thank you for allowing us to leave our bags before we run. The drinks and fresh pastries are also delicious and some of our runners even come back during the week to work from here. Lovely café inside and we also like the outdoor seating outside when it’s sunny!

This place really needs to improve its coffee service and offering. There was no skimmed milk, long waits for orders, dirty counter where coffee is collected, and many wrong orders witnessed while I was waiting for mine. Update (April 2024) - nothing seems to have changed with multiple cluttered tables that haven't been cleared

Rude staff, didnt allow using a toilet. I Asked as it is urgent and will buy coffee after. Were very rude, didnt let me in. The bald manager blocked the way. Edit: Absolutely ridiculous. It took me 20 minutes to get to the closest toilet.

Over crowded, bad organisation, 30 minutes waiting time for a coffee, Minute Maid orange juice glass for £4 (instead of fresh orange juice). The service was not particularly nice. Convenient because of the location but unless you're thirsty/starving : don't stop here

Lovely cafe in Regent's Park, especially when weather allows eating outdoors at tables numbered 200 upwards. Delicious sandwiches, salads and more substantial offerings.

This is one of those misguided restaurants where you can order your food on an app and the waiters will wander around with it trying to find you. I hate the way restaurants are depersonalising service. It took ages to order and come. The app is glitchy. My Caesar salad was OK but not great. The cakes are good though. I’m erring on the side of generous with 4 stars

Cafe, restaurant in the middle of one of the most beautiful parks in London. For children, the place has garden games, outdoor wooden tables for families and surrounded by vegetation and trees, squirrels, etc. Fantastic. Draws attention to the doors and iron gates painted in shiny black and gold-colored tips. Beautiful.

This place must have had a change of management recently as the standard of service has gone downhill. A lot of men walking around probably as owners or managers and just two people actually serving and taking orders at the same time. We waited over 40 minutes for a pizza on a quiet Monday afternoon. Good luck to them on a busy season!

We had brunch at the cafe yesterday as a family and unfortunately as soon as we got home my husband started throwing up continuously, probably with food poisoning from meat on his pizza. It's the next day today and he is still unwell and we so regret eating at this cafe. My gluten free pizza toppings tasted awful so I didn't finish it and I am glad otherwise I would have got food poisoning too possibly. They really need to check the quality of their ingredients before serving it to customers. A day out turned into a nightmare for us. 24 hrs later my husband is still reeling from the effects of the food poisoning. Also, they got my gluten free pizza in a box instead of on a plate for dining in, the excuse being the plates can be contaminated which makes wonder do they not wash their plates for them to contaminated. They didn't cut my pizza and when I asked for a cutter they didn't have one to give me. Be cautious when eating here.

I love this place and am a regular customer. Unfortunately yesterday the caprese pizza has some rotten tomato slices. I told the manager who offered a refund, I just took a coke instead to clean my intestines. Hygiene standards keep dropping, something really needs to be done!
