We hired the bar for a party, they are really accommodating. We had a live band. Brilliant night and brilliant atmosphere. Thoroughly recommend. Lovely ladies behind the bar.

We hired the redz bar for a joint celebration as It is within walking distance for us , we were told closing was at 12 which as It turned out was not true, 11-30 is last orders. The food was fabulous, no complaints there, plenty of staff and lots of space but be prepared you have to clear the place IMMEDIATELY!!! We had to take everything with us there and then, the staff literally push you out of the door to the point of rudeness!! My son was putting stuff in the car and wasn't allowed back in to collect anymore items. For the money you pay and the service received, my advice, book elsewhere!!

On a cold evening, it was good to be able to visit the Redz Bar which is a valuable addition to the Stadium facilities. Fair prices and a good start to the evening.

A good venue, not just for Crawley Town fans but a good meeting point and for all - also perfect for a private function.

Spent a couple of hours in here as a supporter of the visiting team. Very friendly and were made to feel very welcome as a visiting fan, which is not always the case at other teams ! Good selection of beers. Hot pies were very good. Comfy seats and plenty of tv's to watch the lunchtime match on. Got chatting to an 80 year old Crawley fan who used to play for my team in the 1960's. Lovely man. Go in for a pie and a pint when you get the chance

this restaurant promises 10 minutes service it took 30 minutes we asked for a coke and fanta and they forgot, we had to ask twice again to get our drinks and then half of ourfood came, we waited a bit but nothing after 10 minutes we asked and they gave us dirty looks and said it will come it never. After that she was on her phone while taking glasses from tables, we asked again and they brought uncooked fries.

Well run pub which has dart boards and pool tables, TV's all round and normally a good few bitters . Close to Crawley football ground which is a 5 minute walk away.

Beer choice is super limited thus 2 stars for food and also always a flat pint:(. Poor for a hotel. Sports bar with 2 tiny tv's...seriously!! Menu never changes and is so average. Only bar service, so 2 stars there also.

I have seldom been to a Costa with more miserable, slow staff. I stood at the counter for 7 minutes before I asked one of the two men who were chatting to serve me. With a raised eyebrow he condescended to take my order. I received tea instead of coffee and when I remonstrated was told not to shout (I wasn’t) I was thrown a cup of black coffee and when I asked for milk I accidentally spilled a couple of drops on the floor. The look on the girls face said it all. The customer next to me also complained about the slow service he said “it’s always like this in here”. Honestly the worst place I have been to in ages. The toilets were clean as was the shop but the staff were plain awful.

Wednesday morning 25th September we visited this branch of Costa, which is located in the Premier Inn at the North Terminal in Gatwick, where we had spent the previous night. We found a place to sit then one of us went to the counter to order two flat whites, £3.95 each. When paying went to add to our reward points (beans) but we were told the reward scheme did not operate here as it was a franchise. They are working on it and are hopeful that they will included in the loyalty card scheme soon. While waiting for the coffees to be prepared it was an opportunity to look around the place. The fridges and cabinets were very well stocked with sandwiches, paninis, snacks, cakes, cookies and more. The serving and food area was clean and well maintained. Our coffees, when prepared, where how they should be, they were the correct temperature and full of flavour. The Coffee shop is open twenty-four hours, as advertised in the lifts and about the building.
