Red Rooster in Barking and Dagenham

Their customer service is appalling. They are disrespectful and treat people of colour as if they are not valued customers. They did wrong by us and then made us have to tell them off to get our money back, as for some reason we had to pay before receiving our food(not something they've ever done before!!! They did their best to not refund the money as I believe they didn't know how to do it on the card machine. We eventually got a cash refund.... Will never spend any money there again... Caribbean Fried Chicken is better anyway, the flavour goes all the way through to the bone, so you don't lose the flavour when you remove the skin.... AWFUL PLACE &STAFF!!!!

I ain’t gonna order from Red Rooster anymore. I always ordered family deals from Red Rooster which include 6 wings or a 1.5 litre drink. The drink was always missing in my order. It happened in few occasions. They promised to give me drink next time. They kept doing same. I don’t recommend them at all. They are deceiving customers. Their foods are horrible as well. Chicken pieces are greasy and unhealthy. In a word rubbish. There are many fast food shops around which are far better than this rubbish trash.

Went there to get chicken. Asked for 6 bits at £5.99 and was paying by card. Charged me £6.00 to which I pointed out, that even though it only a penny more the price is £5.99. Instead of correcting it the person argued it saying it only a penny and it on card. Guess this is a new policy as I thought they had done this to me before which is why I made a point to check price. It is only a penny but if they doing this to everyone it adds up.

Ordered delivery through online website, easy to use, no problems Arrived 50 minutes later, so slightly later than quoted All of the food was cold, not good, had to microwave 3 spare ribs missing, when i phoned the manager he said they didnt do ribs anymore, so he said he just put extra chips with the order? Also ordered 2 cokes and they sent pepsi Plus chicken shish was very spicy and my partner couldnt eat it And chicken nuggets were tasteless The only good things was the spicy hot wings and spiral fries once they were reheated Overall disapointed

Best pizza I have ever had , quality is outstanding .Its a must must visit 👍, best take away in town

Just avoid this place. They don’t have any idea how to make peri peri chicken. When you make a complain they say their food is very famous in the area. Hate the rice they serve with chicken. Horrible taste. I wouldn’t go back to this place.

Absolutely ducking useless forgets a whole meal and only sends 5 out of 12 ribs i want a number for management because i want to complain because this is not ducking acceptable especially when the meal they forgot is for a kid

Food was ok, not as good as KFC. Place needed tidying up at front of shop , as litter was on floor and tables weren't cleared away.

Three meals ordered, two arrived, asked if we wanted to go and get it, or wait until tomorrow, as they were busy. Came a second time, still wrong, phoned again, said they'd come back, never did. Avoid

The people were nice but the shop didn't look very clean, floor dirty and bin overflowing. The chicking burgers are nice but I find the chicken and the ribs very spicy and chips are like if they been 're heated

If you like your spicy wings go absolutely burn your mouth beyond the norm, then go to this place. I've never had wings that were so hot! I only ate one and it actually made the rest of the meal inedible.

Pizza was disgusting and the we're very unfriendly (no customer service, what so ever) chicken and wings not suitable for children too spicy and cold, very dirty. Wouldn't recommend it

Not recommended, even to the enemies. Food is tasteless, but cheap. Better not to eat at all than to eat at all.

Awful service. No bbq on the bbq ribs, chips were cold. Also provided no salt or pepper. Called and asked for sauce, got charged 30 pence extra and the sauce never arrived

This shop is truly the worst it is situated on a very busy main road in an undesirable part of Dagenham the shop does'nt look clean from outside and inside is not to good either, the chicken is dry and fries are tasteless, as for the staff they are scruffy and unfriendly.Enough said.

Had a take away tonight was nearly 2 hours late. Driver went missing! Kept phoning shop to be told on way,delivered and we don't know where he is? Food soggy,wet mixed hard reheated chips. Pizza squashed up the side of the box. The 2 staff members had an argument on my phone and never said sorry once! Will not be ordering again.

1 pound hot win. Now chips only give 3 pices. The size is too small and salted Customer service not good as will. Poor highly

Absolutely terrible 1st time I've ordered from them and never again chicken was vile they sent chips instead of rice and when I rang to complain got told lump it or like asked for a refund sent food back and they said no. beautiful customer service

I love this chicken shop and I love the spicy burgers because most chicken shops don't have the spicy 'zinger' burger, and only offer chilli sauce. This chip shop has awesome curly fries, and ribs. They also do pizza's (although I've never tried one) and grilled peri peri chicken and homemade rice. They also deliver. Always happy with red rooster

The is not one good thing I can say about red rooster. The food sucks here. It is cheep and nasty. Steer clear of this place

Popped in here one night in October as I was passing by. Hot wings meal was had (as I have in all such eateries), very tasty and spicy it was too. A tad disappointed to see that they did not have any cream soda though.
