Red Pepper Inverness in Highland

L'endroit ne paye pas de mine, mais alors quel délice ! Tous les items sont proposés à la carte, mais l'établissement propose des petits-dej avec 5 ou 10 éléments, à composer soi-même. Tout était frais et savoureux, pour un prix carrément raisonnable.

Stopped for Coffee and buns. 1st latte for weeks I haven't had to add sugar. Very good crossiants were good too.

Good place for a quick cuppa. Nothing special in terms of the building, but pleasant staff. quick service, and good tea. That’s 100% of the needs met to warm up and quench thirst… and that’s a 5 star.

Had breakfast here twice during my recent stay in Inverness. Prefferable to the one on offer at the hotel I was staying at. Freshly cooked, very clean, and friendly staff.

Tomé un desayuno completo, sin frijoles. Cuidado, no preguntes si es un desayuno inglés completo. es completamente escocés! Pregunté y la señora detrás del mostrador me corrigió. Culpa mía. Todo delicioso, puedes comer afuera y tener un cigarro, ceniceros disponibles. El huevo escalfado podría ser más líquido, pero felicitaciones a cualquiera que pueda cocinar un huevo escalfado (no puedo). El desayuno es más barato que el de Travelodge y usted apoya las empresas locales, por lo que todos ganan. Un montón de otras opciones, pequeñas y medianas, bollos, paninins, etc. Un montón de opciones de café en oferta. Los veganos también son bienvenidos.

I wanted a good coffee and breakfast roll before catching a bus (it's 1 minute from bus station). This unpretentious little cafe had a great selection for breakfast including veggie/vegan. And a really good cup of coffee. Will definitely go back next time in Inverness. Open st 7am so good for early travel

Visiting from the US and wanted to try a full Scottish breakfast. Very good sausages and egg. Very friendly service as well

Food was average but overpriced - coffee cold. Staff grumpy and unsmiling. I overheard them complaining to each other when an elderly gentleman came in. He was clearly a regular who liked a particular seat. When he tried to move seats he was told , by a member of staff , in no uncertain terms , to stay where he was, as the table needed cleaned and she said she wasn’t sure if the other customers had left yet ( they clearly had). Once the table was cleared she didn’t go and tell him he could move. Sad to see an elderly person being treated like this.

Visited the Red Pepper for breakfast or lunch, sometimes both when working locally in the area. Food is always fresh and the cafe has a wide range of food on the menu. The staff are always friendly, helpful and happy to cater to your needs All in all a must if you are local to the area looking for something new or travelling through looking for something nice to eat and drink.

We booked Red Pepper to cater for an external event in Inverness. They were very helpful, providing suggestions and amending the menu to suit our specific requests and budget. At the event itself everything was delivered, setup and ready bang on the time required. The quality of the food was excellent and we received many positive comments from our guests. I was also impressed with the quantity that was provided for our budget. All in all really happy with the service and quality food that was provided.

Went there for quick lunch and it was a little bit disappointed. Spend £3.50 on a coronation chicken sandwich and £1.10 on a can of juice. The baguette was dry like it was lying there for more than 2 days. The lady did not used a gloves and cut the ends of the baguette not sure why probobly cause it was too dry to eat. That really ruined my baguette. Took it on take away and I was all ready too far to talk to stay about it. A great name for a place and lovely staff however it would be nice to see gloves on staff hands when they are preparing the food and clean cutting boards.

We found this little cafe by chance - it's at the far end of Academy Street and one doesn't usually have a need to go that far down, but there is now! It seems to be used a lot by locals, which is a good sign. Having seen it, we went in and were welcomed by two of the nicest cafe people we've come across in a long time. The menu is extensive, so we just asked for what we wanted and we got it - perfectly. Even almond milk was available. Good tea, too. My wife had an excellent, really excellent, tuna salad and I had a super coronation chicken bagette. The salad was piled with tuna and my bagette had the salad alongside, not taking up space in the roll as often happens. Tasted terrific, served very nicely and with a smile! Having found this place, we'll certainly return and would highly recommend it.

Had a fabulous lunch today in the Red Pepper. Soup was tasty and hot and we were spoiled for choice for panini fillings. Lovely atmosphere and very friendly professional staff. Really reasonable too

Big thank you to all the staff at red pepper. The food was lovely and fresh and always very friendly we was Inverness for several weeks and had lunch here every day. Would recommend to anyone thanks again.

Went in ordered, seen the girl serve a few customer's handling money, never saw her wash her hands, then proceeded to make sandwiches with no gloves on, and saw her wipe her nose then carry-on making the sandwich! Not for me!

Met a friend for breakfast. Breakfast was a let down .Bacon was good. the scrambled egg hadn’t been seasoned properly . the black pudding was burned out. And the beans were the cheap and nasty ones not Heinz . The sausages were tasteless.

Lovely service, good coffee at a reasonable price. If you want a no nonsense place with good food, this is your place. Near the rail station and bus stop. Many local go here to get their breakfast and coffee/tea. Both eat in and take away/to go.

Excellent service from Sarah and her team when catering for our family event. Nothing was too much trouble and the food was high quality, well presented and varied. Fair pricing and value for money.

Llegué ~ 7 am y Sarah acababa de abrir. Fue muy amable y servicial, satisfacer mis necesidades de alergia. Ella estaba más que dispuesto a ayudar a personalizar el menú y se cocinan algunas cosas hechas especialmente para el desayuno y un almuerzo especial que podía llevar en el autobús turístico con mí. Ella también tenía gluten/lácteos/huevo gratis productos horneados a mano y patatas fritas que eran alergias (para mis necesidades).

Los esfuerzos en el interior moderno y rústico son nulas un poco por una nevera doméstica donde una mesa debe ser y bandejas, cubiertos, etc. distribuida en primer cuadro se ven en la entrada. Quizás esto no importa para el negocio de comida para llevar, pero no huelga el ambiente adecuado para una cafetería,

Absolutamente fabuloso! Deliciosa comida con porciones enormes. Nunca me ha decepcionado cuando me he pedido para llevar comida. Gran lugar para ir a tomar un bocado para llevarlos de vuelta a la oficina. Uno de mis lugares favoritos en Inverness. El personal siempre es amable, nada complicada o molestia! Recomiendo encarecidamente!

Called in after collecting someone from the Caledonian Sleeper, so very convenient. We all went for the full English breakfast. Tea was good and arrived quickly and breakfast cooked to order was a treat and amazing value too. Facilities were nice and clean too.

El café estaba bien, pero nada especial, sabía un poco como café instantáneo que se hacen en casa. Mi bocadillo de rosbif con mostaza tenía un montón de mostaza (buen punto), pero la carne parecía como si hubiese venido de los supermercados locales propia línea de marca económica. Sándwich de salmón ahumado de mi esposa con crema de queso contenía demasiados oscurecer las secciones en el salmón que pusieron. No es una gran experiencia en cuanto a la comida, pero el personal era lo suficientemente ecología

Almorcé con mi hija de 18 meses grand -, el personal era muy amable y servicial. La comida era deliciosa y fresca, y como solicitado, como el hecho de que había un buen espacio entre las mesas. Sin duda visita La próxima vez que esté...

I have been to the Red Pepper quite a few times and recommend thier souls, made to order sandwiches and selection of coffee. Great to sit outside in the fine weather.

Awful - other parts of food found on side of sandwich was disgusting, plastic found in soupStaff are very unhelpful and rude

This is my go to place for lunch when I am in Inverness. The coffee is great and the choice of sandwiches is really varied and quite unusual. I can highly recommend the roast beef, horseradish and Brie and the prices are really reasonable.

This restaurant is great.The food quality with very attentive staff. All very reasonably priced. It has a typical drinks menu too.
