Red Mint World Buffet in Rhondda Cynon Taf

Solía ser nuestro sitio al que ir para comer el domingo. No más, que se cruce de nuestra lista.No hay bandejas para llevar placas así que ahora las placas están frías. Esto significa que nuestra comida fría fría fuimos rápidamente Yorkshire no son bonitas. Por desgracia, las verduras eran menos o más preparado. Debo decir que el asado estaban bien cocidos y la salsa encantador pero por un precio similar podemos conseguir mejor en otro lado.

No os molestéis. Pensamos que sonaba bien y parecía agradable de lo que vi en su sitio web y facebook. Aparcamiento estaba lleno pero cuando entramos en el bar parecía horrible. Vacío, descuidado y parecía un antro. Pagamos por comidas y bebidas en el bar y nos condujeron a nuestra mesa, que era una mesa suelta en un piso irregular. La habitación no tenía ambiente y necesitaba más de una habitación, que podría celebrar fiestas en vez de un restaurante. Unos de los tranvías estaban alineados con la comida en ollas de plata y varios con varios alimentos. Parecía que nada apetecible. Primeros bocados de comida y hacía frío y estaba muy picante o sosa en sabor. Fideos fritos - sin sabor. Pollo pan rallado a picante. Chow mein/fideos no muy agradable y no me empezó el arroz hervido. Pude cocinar mejor arroz que el frío seca no descriptivo). insípida Más comida india de comida del mundo. No me malinterpretéis, soy pijo y sin ninguna donde mientras la comida estaba a la altura, pero era absolutamente repugnante.

Food was great - plenty choose from and can eat as much as you like. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Just coffees teas and soft drinks after the Mint Experience...! Seemed a wee bit on the expensive side for what we had...! Never mind seats tables a rest...!

The carvery is the best ever. 10/10.. loads of meat fresh veg piping hot tasty gravy.great roasties what more could you want and only £6.95 well worth it..

Should have relalised what it was like it was empty,went there my wife's birthday meal even the the thought of it is making me heave,every thing was dried up,rice was hard,most containers were empty, chips cold curry dried up,worst experiance eating out ever,£12.99 each ,wasn't worth £1.99 ought to be shut down,

Needs some tlc inside , and update but Sunday lunch was really nice , nice cooked veg and meat plenty of If updated decor inside would be a cracking place x But food very nice 😀

Nunca más el almuerzo de domingo? McDonald's mejor ...Esta fue la primera y la última visita. Maternidad asado los domingos, terrible, el servicio, la calidad, la comida y el ambiente. He estado en mejores valles grasienta Cucharas y lo mejor comida.Carne, recocido; judías y guisantes cocinado congeladas; el resto era comestible (a) el factor adicional era abundante. La salsa era aguados y el puré bultos. Los postres, una broma, pequeñas porciones de comida congelada descongelados fuera. Ambiente parecía más una cantina. No es una buena relación calidad-precio, hay sitios mucho mejores a menos de 5 minutos en coche.

He estado aquí con algunos parientes esta noche, qué deprimente y sucio lugar!!! Nos sentamos en el bar por un corto período de tiempo después que habíamos pedido nuestras comidas fuimos al restaurante.Es una habitación enorme que era el 90% vacío, me empezaron a ponerse un poco preocupado luego!! Mi pariente ordenados curry, 1 pollo Korma 7.50 y 1 jalfrazi cordero, el Korma 7.50 era tan picante y caliente era terrible, la jalfrazi era más bien de Madrás!! Cuando mencioné esto a la camarera dijo que tenían algunos desastres en la cocina hoy y debe de haber mezclado!Pedí gambas y eso es todo lo que puedo decir es que he tenido mejor comida en McDonald's!

No hemos probado el buffet de palabra, pero han sido para el domingo carvery por lo menos dos veces al mes desde Navidad! Es el mejor asado domingo puedes comprar! (Obviamente Nan es aún mejor en casa).Todo fresco, siempre está lleno, con mucha variedad y un personal amable.con ganas de probar el buffet pronto!

Visited this place two evenings ago. Food was terrible. Chicken was raw and when I told them there was no apology etc. Food was left for ages uncovered, some were stone cold. The curry's were completely tasteless.Food in general is a huge health risk! We even heard a waiter tell someone they had to wait for pudding whilst they defrost it in the microwave?! When they bought a dish out they would simply stir the new dish into the old one and stir it round despite the old dish being sat there for ages. Plates were left to stack up so we had to get rid of them ourselves. Only one member of staff seemed to be doing any work at all and all other staff were found to be scoffing their faces with leftover food in the main bar. A member of our group was physically sick and all of us had dodgy stomachs afterwards. Outside the "restaurant" the building has smashed windows and there are hundreds of empty glasses that the staff can't be bothered to clear up! What a tip! Generally a disgusting place all round and it needs shutting down!

Extremely rude staff, poor service and disgusting food. Will be on the phone to environmental health as soon as I can. Arrived thinking that there would be loads on offer only to be greeted with turkey dinosaurs of all things. Massively over priced for what it was, was told that there was a special buy one get one free offer on just for this week, by looking at the other reviews now, its obvious that it isn't such a special offer. They advertise 50 dishes from around the world with desert. Everything there looked as if it had been bought from Iceland and oven cooked. Nothing was fresh or even close to being made on site. As for the desert, that's another menu with a separate price. Literally having to tell the staff what to do isn't good for any restaurant and with getting clean plates being such a mammoth task it's no wonder that the food was so poor. We could only count 30 dishes in total. And that's being generous, the pizza was hardly recognisable. Chicken pieces were pink all the way through. Only decent thing there were the onion rings. None of the dishes were full in fact most only having one or two pieces of food left in them. Everything was cold and left a horrible taste in your mouth. A separate stand on the side had three jugs of god knows what and as for how long they had been standing there, that question is also open to suggestions. To sum it all up: Shockingly poor service, Inexperienced staff, Rubbing food, Rubbing layout, Waste of time. Waste of money, Waste of fuel getting there. DON'T EVER GO THERE. DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT GOING THERE. EVER!(Would love to post photos of the pink chicken and empty dishes but the option on trip advisor wont let me)

We went to this buffet on the understanding that there would be a very wide range of food however there was only a small selection available with containers half empty and not being refilled and only 1 dessert option which was dry and no cream offered. Service was incredibly poor with plates piling up on tables. Web site has been bigged up when it was in fact very disappointing. Won't be returning

Went here tonight for my daughters birthday. No way was there 50 different dishes.I was very disappointed, I'm just glad it was buy one get one free, definitely not worth £10.95. Drinks quite reasonably priced though. Not enough staff on duty either. Will not be going back.

Food was absolutely amazing and the drinks are reasonably priced too. I have been here a few times and every time is great. Every time I go there its like a new experience with the different types of food they have on offer. Truely amazing place to go

I tried their 50 dish around the world buffetThe indian food was good however the rest ranged from average to direMight be best to stick with the Indian food and add a few basics for those that want an alternative.

Go here most Sundays for the Carvery I find it very good value good choice of roasts and lots of fresh veg plus no washing up . Not the smartest of places to go but a great Sunday lunch

Went here for my Son's birthday,my son wife and my Son's girlfriend went for the all you can eat buffet which they said was delightful, myself went for the nanwhich which I must say was outstanding.the waitress was really pleasant to.good value for money.

Been here before when they did the curry buffet and always enjoyed it. The Naan was lush and since changing there is a lot more choice and they still do there great Naan.
