Take forever to deliver and refuse refund when requested, try to ring and get no answer

The Cashier/Staff tried scamming me by overcharging me for a order secretly. Was my good kuch that I was alert and rechecked the card machine before actually doing the NFC. The USW student Mr.Omar Khan who is a staff was quite smart is justifying it as a human error. The owner was also called upon and was not interested in the issue as it seemed he was aware about it. Please my fellow Ponty customers and students who work really hard during these tough times stop buying any food from this shop. The adjacent shop has much more options and food is fresher and staff is honest.

Do not order if you want your food hot or at a reasonable time. I wouldn't ever want to put this horrible of a review on food and service. Yet this is shocking, over 3 hours for a wait on a delivery for a wenesday night. Ordered at 19.30... Shop decides to blame you as the person ordering After 3 hours of wait we have cancelled, really wanted to see how long we would wait. Do not order

Thieves!!! They take money up front then do not provide food orders! No refund offered and was refused when requested. I explained i had a copy of my receipts as proof...still declined and was told "well report me then" Disgusting way to run a business

Don’t even bother ordering from this place if you actually want any food. Ordered at 22:40 last night and said it would be here between 23:20-23:40. Few minutes before the latest arrival time it changed to the order being out for delivery then changed to delivered within 5-10 minutes when I hadn’t even had my order. About 20 minutes past the latest arrival time I’ve tried ringing them 4 times which was pointless since they didn’t answer so at this point I’ve put in a for a refund on JustEat and given up on getting my order. Half 12 they decide to call me saying they’re outside my house with my order and no surprise I went outside and no one was there and there wasn’t any food waiting for me. Left a review on JustEat of what I’ve described here and now they’ve decided to reply and lie by saying I’ve opened the door and said I didn’t order anything and refused the food and that they tried leaving it at my house and we still refused it😂 why would anyone have already parted with money for an order and refuse it when it turns up even when it was an hour late? They then went on to say I should’ve put the correct phone number and correct address which makes no sense because how have they managed to contact me and they said they tried leaving the food with me meaning they would’ve had my correct address already. Never had any issues with any other local takeaways so if you want to lose brain cells and if you don’t want to get any food then go ahead and order from here👍

What a disappointed experience the foot that we ordered from this place still hasn’t arrived after 1:30 hours I’m very disappointed and hungry😢

Ordered chicken shish chips offered lamb doner when rectified given chicken shish no chips couldn't be boffered arguing problem seems to be gobby young girl taking orders who's to bloody busy choppsing to to take orders correctly total shambles never go there again......and the food was bad.

Had to wait 2 hours for order and couldn't eat half my pizza as stuck to top of the box rang to be told wasn't there fault was driver and I could not get a refund then hung up on me

Ordered food for a collection and realised got the complete wrong order after I got home, rang the store to see if they could rectify it and they said no and hung up. So wasted money and no help from store. Disappointed seems it’s my regular. Won’t be going there again now.

Will never order from this place again. To start we ordered food at 11:30pm and was told it would arrive by 12:30. By 2am, our food still hadn't arrived so my partner called to ask where the food was and to tell them we didn't want the food and would want a refund. The man on the phone was extremely rude and said to my partner the food was on it's way, he couldn't give us a refund and wasn't going to throw it away. The man then hung up, and refused to answer our calls. We then managed to get through using a different phone, I then told the man, I didn't appreciate him hanging up and that his customer service was awful. I told him I didn't want the food and wanted a refund which he kept saying he wasn't able to give us one (obviously a lie) after arguing back and forth he then proceeded to call me stupid and then hung up again. Avoid using this service, full of rude workers, it doesn't even deserve one star.

First and last time there. Paid £6.50 for mixed meat and chips and honestly there was hardly nothing in there! Scandalous service and there ability to understand basic English is also a struggle

Quality food, amazing staff. Went in with a rumbling stomach and left with a smile on my face. Dudes even opened the door for me because I use a cane. Good people.

Food never even turned up yet they took our money and claimed to have delivered it. Not sure what went wrong there but will definitely be avoiding ordering from here again. Can't comment on the food bc I never got to try it!

Awful treatment by the staff worst i have ever experienced. Have never ordered from this company. However at gone 2am on Thursday 9th September my family were woken by a guy trying open my door and claiming to work for this company and refusing to leave and kept knocking on my door and reveing car outside this continiued to last over 30 minutes after multiple times of asking to leave. rang the shop they hang up didn't want to know or even confirm if he worked for company and refused to let me speak to the manager when rang the following day no apoligise no explanation just wanted confirmation if this driver works for this company as the family were woken up very distressed and the guy on the phone said we are to busy for that no apology nothing and said call the police refusing to say when the owner was in this was 5pm today and early hours this morning hung up. We explained at gone 2am as kept knocking and dog was barking we had not ordered and to go but kept knocking over and over and spent a long time parked outside afterwards reving the car after pushing he claims to work for this company. However the takeaway do not want to know to busy to talk massively effected my family. I urge you to avoid this place at all costs as they simply do not care.

Food is absolutely disgusting, no cheese inside the mozerla sticks and the chips are the worst I've ever seen as you can see in the picture

Absolutely useless food came 2 hours late, and completely had the wrong food, absolutely shocking

The food came early, really nice crunchy chips just how I like them, not to much sauce, meat had a kick on spice to it. The kebab was really nice the bread was nice and soft, would definitely order again 🙂

Thin and nice pizza dough, taste very nice

Food missing, was 2 hours late, it came stone cold then. The restaurant kept hanging up when tried calling, then had bad attitude and refused to send our correct order or even a partial refund.

Will never ever be having food from here again as we spent 41 pound to have soggy chips rank kebab that tastes like its been oven cooked then left to go cold then reheated and served burgers are usually good but this time unfortunately my 13 yr old sons burger didn't look cooked will never recommend this place so poor no wonder its out by a pub you would have to be drunk to eat it my stomach is in pain chicken I don't think was cooked stay clear we all make mistakes.

Best Ever pizza and burgers i have ever tried, it's Halal and fresh, 10/10.

Great Food , Great Service As Always..

Ordered a pizza, received a big round cheese on toast. Pretty sure pizza has some sauce in it. All I've got is bread and cheese. Won't order from here again. Only reason it's a 2 instead of a 1 star is due to prompt delivery time. Although I could probably churn out cheese on toast in 25 minutes

I ordered the food on 4th October, delivery driver was rude and late, and incorrect order.

Delivery was 15 mins late and he complained on me “I should be here on time” that is ridiculous. Order was at midnight 4th October. Ordered 4 meals and 2 was wrong.

For the price we paid, it was a good takeaway. Food was made fresh. It was unfortunate to see some trolls making a fuss about finding a fly in their pizza but could not prove it, they are all the pizza as well and returned an empty box to this take away. We didn't have any issues with food and it was cooked well.

Chick n land saved my life. Was in the midst of watching while sloshed and venom said “hungry” a collective said “you’re not wrong mate”. Twas the only place open, and initially I was sceptical but chick n land beat all expectations of scran I was extremely satisfied. Hit or miss this place but apparently under new management as suggested by there sign outside. Along with the update they also state they are serving better food! Yet to try since being under new management but no doubt will do at some stage. Staff always let you use the toilet.

Food was cold, small portion and not fresh.

Boss man is always happy and this is the best kebab shop in ponty, great food great quality

The kebabs are a good size... Best I've had around here
