Honestly I don’t know how this place is still open every single time I get it it’s all wrong and they forget everything I’ve just ordered the Minecraft meal simply for the toy and guess what no toy witch I paid extra for I wish nothing but the worst for everyone in there all brain dead

They forgot to order our frys and didn't correct my order

Seren swore and stuck fingers up to a member of staff and told him to leave her alone when the other staff member Zac was only trying to get her attention to serve a waiting customer. he had to come off break twice to do what 3 women couldn't. Disgusting. Every time I order for home delivery the order is either late, wrong or missing items. I wish they could knock this store down and built a Burger King instead. Hate ordering at this branch but my Son wanted food. I would even have stretched to KFC before this place.

I've never been served on time at this McDonald. When I do get served there's usually mistakes with the order. I'm so disappointed that this is my local when any other McDonalds is totally different. Also always full of teen-agers with disgusting attitude. Pleased you now have a bouncer but its still a huge issue. Something serious needs to change to improve this. Prioritising deliveries has destroyed the fast food industry.

Ok for a quick bite i don't think they are as tasty any more

Order from here paid £40 odd on breakfast items for me my partner and step children well when it got delivered my hash brown were all covered in grease🤢🤮 and when I say covered they were sticking to the wrapping they come in and the grease was coming through the bags. We were missing items of our order and when I phoned them up they told me they can’t do anything because it was after the time of breakfast even though I phoned them 6 times before they decided to answer. The customer service of this McDonalds is absolutely shocking. Thanks to them we’ve had to spend out on more breakfast items else where. Absolutely shocking wouldn’t be ordering off them again

There should be an unlike button for mcds in Tonypandy! Besides the food being rubbish, cold, and often wrong. You have to park up to wait for your 'not so fast food ' in a tiny car park that's full of others waiting!

Not a great experience. Ordered at drive through asked to park up it was busy so I parked In a space that was disabled lucky I had my blue badge. Waited over 20 minutes as I need a burger without cheese cant eat cheese . Had to go back in store to ask where my order was got told I had not ordered I did. Ot have a receipt. So I showed my bank app with shows it had just payed Mcdonald Tonypandy no apologies from staff . This place is becoming a joke

Absolute rubbish, slow, no flavour, and overpriced.

Ordered two meals one was a chicken nugget happy meal no toy with it which made my 5 yr old boy upset, ordered a mc chicken sandwich meal and the bread was soggy and it looked like somebody shot a load into my burger. this is appalling.

They are too busy prioritising the justeat deliveries that customers who actually arrive at the restaurant are forced to wait in the car park for their food while their ice creams are melting! Sort it out!

Drive through has resulted in me parking in the car park waiting for 15 mins for food. Often items not available on menu, service is appalling as all staff seen unhappy and stressed. My food has always been cold.

Service was terrible had to wait 20 minutes for a breakfast this was in the morning and barely any customers. This place is an absolute joke.

Prioritise uber and just eat collections over actual in store customers. Customer relations people need to 'lose their jobs' attitudes are beyond. You'd think how long you wait the order would be correct. Go figure .

I am compelled to write a review because this place is shockingly abysmal. I go here maybe twice a month, and it gets worse every time. on the last 2 occasions, I've parked up to enter the store as the app refuses to let me pay on it anymore. (According to Google store reviews, it's not just me either.) I scan the app and order on the touch screen, choose takeaway, and "yes please" for a bag. and for the second time in a row, there's no paper in the machine, so I just remember the number they gave me. no big deal. I wait a little while, and then someone yells my number and pushes a tray of things towards me. I looked at it, then at the staff member and said, "Can I have a bag please, I've paid for one." They then practically throw a bag at me, to which I respond, "I'll pack it myself then." there was a customer by my side that I'd seen previously complaining, bringing a burger back to complain again. I spoke to her and mentioned how the service here had become terrible (loud enough for the staff to hear). I took my food and left. upon unpacking the food, what a surprise, no sauces. I checked the order label on the bag that clearly said, "Curry sauce, ketchup, bag." I won't be coming back to this McDonald's. There are too many let downs and too much disappointment. All this seems to have started since they started doing deliveries, and from the reviews I've read, those customers aren't happy either. Come on McDonald's, try harder.

Probably the slowest service I've ever encountered. Some of the food is either missing or cold, every single time I order. By the time I get a replacement of my stale cold chips the rest of my food goes cold. If it wasn't the only place open 24/7 I would probably never order here. Honestly fix up your staff because this is ridiculous. To wait 20 mins for a cheeseburger is laughable especially when it's not even busy. Food is often cold or you have to wait for it in parking bays. You need to focus much more on your visiting customers instead of your Uber deliveries.

Worst McDonald's what I visited, not even in Uk but in whole Europe. If you don’t want to get upset just try another restaurant. The restaurant was empty, couple of drive through order and I saw 3 drivers for collecting food at 22:34. We ordered a simple big tasty and big mac. We waited 22 minutes for cold food, my partner opened the big tasty with ginger hair stuck in cheese, I went to counter to ask for bbq sauce, 3 people avoided me when finally someone asked what do I want! So my partner got food after 30 min wait! Luckily we didn’t go to rush ours :D The customer care lady asked is everything ok, and we told her not really, she apologised and offered dessert, but we refused. Never ever again, I rather go to Talbot Green!

i ordered a delivery at 2:28pm and it is currently 6:42 and it has still not came and it says it’s going to come at 7:10 but it keeps on delaying 5 minutes more every 5 minutes

Worst McDonald’s I’ve visited in my life, shame it’s the most local to us, staff are unhelpful, parks up every car that goes through the drive through, and never got a choice of dips (probably have but the staff are too lazy to get from the stock room). To be clear I don’t expect Michelin star service, but the service here is appalling.

Asked by Google tonupdate my review today, 2nd Dec 2024......The review and rating remain unchanged unfortunately. Not great as usual (drive through review). Fast food is the mantra of McDonald's, yet everytime I stop here for something quick I get parked up for way too long! Then the order was wrong. This is the third time in 6 months that I have visited and it has happened every visit. I am used to the customer service being functional and lacking any form of care, but they are failing on their core purpose of fast food at this one. Not a happy customer this evening

worst mcdonalds ever. should be shut down. if I could rate it 0 I would. putour order in on just eat 2 hours ago and still says preparing. won't answer their phone. I've been here before it's terrible service. always has a massive queue for the worst quality food. it's also known to have rats too. SHUT IT DOWN!!!

Refuse to serve fizzy drinks with the breakfast menu. They 'don't have any' when asked, this lroblem goes away at 11am onwards.

ordered from here 2 times. the first time half of our order was missing and tried calling up to get it fixed but no answer after multiple times trying to call so we left it. second time we ordered online and got delivery to have food missing and stone cold food. tried to call multiple times and no answer, so we drove there to get our order fixed. spoke to a lovely girl (who i can’t fault at all) who got our order completely remade, but yet again we were still missing food. i wouldn’t waste your time as it is impossible to call and get anything resolved as staff can’t be bothered to pick up the phone. really disappointing.

Ordered then had to visit as they missed off more than half my order. Complete disaster of a store. Ordered late, 2 burgers missing from the order and a box of 20 nuggets. Totally unable or willing to resolve the issue, so 3 people had to go hungry, trying to get refunds was worse than getting blood from a stone. It's was on me to contact just eat who were laughing at the mistake, they refunded 1 burger of £6.09 for £2.72 then refused to correct it 3 days of trying to sort it out with customer service and constantly told i had to resolve with just eat even though I told them just eat refused to do anything more. That even came close to resolving the issue.

I am just concerned that the drive through person cannot understand what it means when you order 2 medium big mac meals. The order had no fries and when checking the receipt it didn't even have the correct order on it. I am speechless, I have no words

Food is either hot or cold, problem being the time you wait for your order in drive through as delivery drivers seem to get priority, also, carpark is too small for the custom this McDonald's gets, especially when you're asked to park up to wait for your order and find the carpark is full

Food stone cold again, no dips even though I ordered 20 nuggets. 1 double 1/4 cheeseburger arrived with just the patty and nothing else. Fanta half full, milkshakes half full and melted as was the mcflurry. I will never order from here again. This is a regular occurrence. How can they get things so badly wrong

Shocking forgot my £3 cheese bites, food was cold all too busy chatting my bag was sat there for 10 minutes girl said oh sorry, won’t bother again always clueless kids working. Team leader Katie young girl got a stinking attitude too. Won’t answer the phone either useless.

Absolutely terrible threatened to call the police on for me nothing and it was someone else and they was judging me cause I was with boys and the security guard come over to me saying he’s on the phone to the police and he said get out now while iv order my food and he’s gone up to the till hes got my food im grabbed it iv asked for the manager and it was all sorted but the security has come up to me many of times telling me stuff to get out and it’s out of order for nothing iv done

Fed up of ordering at the drive through to be told to park up when I've only ordered a double cheeseburger and a happy meal. Very hit and miss mostly miss. Cold burger and I wish they'd leave the fries in until they are cooked. Don't bother asking for milkshake pretty much always unavailable. When it's done right I love McDonald's and they used to be consistently good but now it's the opposite and worse since they do deliveries which take priority I think.

Waiting time if you go in to eat is terrible always have to wait 10 to 15 minets to give a order they seem to egnor customers in side I have been there more than ones and have to leave as I would be late for work nobody is willing to take a order inside only want car customers. Have not got a app and just want to use cash.

A huge disappointment for us. The food was cold when it eventually arrived. Drive through queues are too long, and when you finally get to the window, you're told to park up and wait. It's a great idea if there are any spaces. All in all, it is a dreadful experience that unfortunately seems to be the norm for this restaurant.

0* RATING ALL OVER. Absolute disgrace of an environment, no slander to McDonald’s as a FRANCHISE but this place/location and staff members are awful. Never can get an order right no matter how simple. No sauces, ever. And I’ve paid multiple times here to always be let down to the point where loose appetite. Also NO ONE on customer service phones, if you’re lucky to get an answer, you’d be met by a childish screech of a scream by a staff member to be hung up on. Never again. 👍🏼

Genuinely one of the most badly run, slow fast food places I've ever been to, how is it that I can somehow wait 20+ minutes for a mcmuffin and it still comes out ice cold? Just get rid of the Ubereats stuff, staff are clearly overworked, I genuinely feel sorry for them. I would give this place a zero if I could. This place costs too much, has too few staff, and the quality is abysmal, fast food used to be something cheap you could grab on the way home and now for a filling meal you're looking at £8 minimum.

Food was ok better than on a delivery.didnt receive all of our order had to go back and ask for it.ordered one plain cheeseburger and the rest of our cheeseburgers were plain.the restaurant was full of teenagers so the toilets was locked so couldn't use the toilets.could of done with some aircon the place was too hot and the opera music that was playing over the main speaker was terrible.

Can't find any working numbers for any complaints lines for mc donalds. Also no option to complain on the app. So for starters - to make a complaint is not straight forward which is wrong. We waited 35 minutes - only to find out or order had actually been forgotten. The restaurant was full top to bottom with kids messing around and the staff could not cope with managing them and also could no make our food order. It was absolute mayhem. Really disappointed. Had no food but left with a very upset 3 year old.

Level of service was standard for this chain. Food was ok but nothing special. When It comes to the atmosphere omg there was at least 50 teenagers, I. There if not more so very noisy and boisterous. Had 1 security person there who had no way of keeping things in control , even most of the staff where quite young. Never will I go in there to order again, if I have to I will be using the drive through.

Half the food order missing again! Obviously not able to cope with the volume of orders they take online/in store/drive through/app. Quantity over quality! Very unhelpful and rude staff when contacted to raise issue. Not suprising when the Managers customer service skills need some work! If you have any issues don't waste your breath complaining, they couldn't care less! Would score a zero stars if it was an option.

Went to the drive through, only wanted a mcflurry, queued for 15 mins to be told no mcflurries. Stuck in the drive through with no escape for a further 35 mins. Cars were beeping their horns wondering why they wasn't moving, probably about 30 cars behind us. Never again.

Service was quick but the breakfast wrap wasn't wrapped in the box so when I opend it its contents went everywhere good gob it did too as there was a big hair on the cheese from the breakfast wrap 🤮

Food always takes forever. Doesn’t taste like real food. ALWAYS forget sauce even when you pay for it. Every single time so then you have to walk back in, wait 15 minutes (genuinely that long) to get served just to get your sauce. By the time you sit down your chips are already cold.

After years of waiting for McDonald's to do deliveries it's made things 100% worse for tonypandy store I don't think I've gone through drive through once and not been told to park up it's absolute joke you might as well go in to get it the time you wait And the majority of the time the order is even cold or wrong Don't get me wrong it's not as bad as KFC in porth but It could be improved

First time was bad enough, had food delivered, missing items and what was sent was an embarrasment. I called and spoke with Supervisor Libbie, no help whatsoever, I eventually called Main Customer Services and was offered 2-free medium meals, never arrived. The wife has order from them today to give them a second chance, big mistake, ordered at 9.05 finally arrived at 22.38 FREEZING COLD and surprise surprise no-one the phone is now constantly engaged, (taken off the hook). Poor Customer Service, Terrible Food, Really needs new management and a better area management to follow up on this place.

If you’re a fan of hot food, DO NOT order delivery from here. I think the driver stopped for a shower, watched some TV and run a few errands. I got frostbite from the fries. Absolutely awful.

Constantly have to park up everytime we come. They give us our mcflurry then 20mins later come with the food!! Managers are there getting paid to just sit around and not do anything! Would rather travel to Llantrisant for warmer quicker food, them travel 2mins down the road! Sort it out Tonypandy!!
