This restaurant is a culinary masterpiece! The fresh, vibrant dishes exceeded all expectations, and the staff was incredibly accommodating. The warm, cozy atmosphere made it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a fantastic meal.

Salad was warm 🤮 Order was wrong. Had to be redone twice. Don’t understand how hard it is to get things right when you have somebody stood in front you telling you what they’d like.

Annoyed and angry, After ordering on the app to pick up mine and my partner's dinner for a set time, I arrived on time to see no staff and nothing prepared, I waited 20 minutes before having to ask a different shop if it was even open. Once they immerged from the back room there was no apology just a statement saying one of our orders was out of stock, fine so I changed it to an order quite abit cheaper, as I get my order I ask about the price difference and would I get a refund, no you don't get a refund but I could have a packet of crisps or a drink, none of which came to the price I paid and again no apology. I gave 2 stars though because it still tastes nice it was the careless staff that took the other 3 stars away.

Since I posted a reasonable request on Just Eat for my order to be correct before it is sent to me, my last 2 orders with Subway have been mysteriously cancelled. When I rang up to check as to why my last order was declined, I could hear the staff member asking her boss what shall I say. How about the truth ? As that should be the only thing you tell customers. We were told that they are having an issue with their Just Eat machine, which I thought unlikely, as it must have been happening for over 2 weeks now. My wife and I have decided to give subway one FINAL chance to get their systems working. If that proves impossible then we will simply take our regular business elsewhere.

Terrible service I had to wait 15 mins for food and the employee did not listen I ordered a 6 inch sub and a salad in my 6 inch sub I wanted chicken and bacon but they put my salad in my sub and had another salad I'm not coming back agian.

This was my first visit to this branch, all in all good, nothing to complain about. It's one of the smaller ones as it's inside a shop (Nisa) not a dedicated subway, so you could buy other shopping items while you are there if you wish.

Tried contacting the company to begin with, the quality issue. For the prices that you pay, you expect a certain standard and if im picking a topping, i expect to see more than a scrap from out of a dogs mouth. The customer service team apologised that i thought that the response was unsatisfactory. Thank you for feeling sorry for me but, you think this is okay? If you got served this, you would ask where the bloody new taco chicken topping was and anyone would be disappointed when receiving this.
