Ordered a delivery. The chicken had an odd texture: we managed 3 mouthfuls and threw it in the bin. This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered. Great first takeaway, second was average and thought I’d give them another try but it was a complete waste of money.

Delivered the wrong drink. Paid for a 1.5 litre bottle. Got a 330ml can. Rang up the takeaway. Now I've got a 20 page form on deliveroo. It's not worth the hassle. The customers fund your business not deliveroo. Now I know when you make mistakes you have no intention of fixing them. So I will just use another takeaway

Awful experience tonight. Wasted 2 hours waiting for a delivery, no apology, rude on the phone waited another 45 mins only for them to cancel my order. I would not recommend.

Ordered a takeaway which was over £40 - two large black human hairs were found in the food - photos taken. I called the takeaway and they didn’t want to know - refused a refund and directed me to the website where nobody responds - had to claim via credit card company for refund We won’t use this takeaway when visiting the new forest again

I ordered online. I ordered the tiger prawn dhansak, it was incredibly mediocre. My wife gave up eating her chicken bhuna, it just tasted like a can of soup. The bhajis were good and the tandoori chicken was good. The Korma tasted unusual.

Why cook lamb tikka masala in tomato ketchup ? We have ordered from you many times but last night’s order was seriously revolting…..£74 literally thrown away !!!!!!

At the present time the Red Chilli is only a take away or delivery restaurant and believe me the food they produce is fine and should be tried. I found with the dishes ordered that the food was not dripping in gee and the tastes ,quality and quantity were super. Apparently the Red Chilli may soon be back as a proper seated restaurant but how long it will be I don't know.

We ordered from here while staying at hoborne caravan site. While at the time the curry tasted lovely. Me and my wife both got food poisoning that night following day

Food excellent and staff polite. Decor inside restaurant was below par and if this could be decorated properly and made smarter I think it could increase revenue. Decor really let's it down.

We ordered Three currys and 3 pilau rice in which we collected only to get home to find no rice, we rang up and after a little debate and a reminder we were not at fault here, the rice was delivered with some complimentary onion bhaji yoghurt and salad.. The food was really nice, with a good size portion. Thank you for the correction and service given.We will be back

Just had our first takeaway from here. Set meal for 2, portions were very big (we couldn't finish it) everything was tasty and the pricing is very reasonable. I will definitely be ordering from here again. Thank you

Ordered a takeaway never to arrive which was a massive let down! Apparently the same thing happened to our neighbour! Nice food though as we had previously had a few times before this!

terrible. had a pathia which tasted like plain base gravy with added sugar and lemon. save yourself the disappointment and go the raj just a few doors down. was also meant to be free delivery according to the online order. then they tried to hit me with a delivery charge when they turned up nearly 2 hours after ordering.

Food A1 the best in New milton by far better than any in christchurch town centre, food price very good. The chicken tender nice and creamy, again on of my must visits.

Very good takeaway food - good spicing and flavours, generous portion sizes, good amount of tender lamb in my jalfrezi and king prawns in my husband's tikka masala. Veg dishes well cooked and rice nice and fluffy. Food was ready on time and service was good. Will definitely use again.

This is by far my favourite place to enjoy a curry. The staff are always lovely too. Highly reccomend the tarka dahl and stag also, and the sabzi or the dhansak.

Honestly one of the best Indians I’ve eaten outside of India. The tarka daal is so creamy and delicious. Yum. Goes perfectly with the sag aloo.

Ordering process was easy, prices aren't amazing but not awful. Lamb biryani came as a lamb tikka biryani, not as ordered. The lamb itself was rubbery and not nice at all. Tasted like it was a week old. When we called for a refund the member of staff tried to argue that nobody had ever complained about their biryani before. The Korma was ok, chicken was a little dry.

First time using this place and the last ! Worst lamb biryani ever! The meat looked like it was 3 days old and had been reheated everyday too! Disgusting and j really do not understand how anyone can serve substandard food like this !! Disgusting!!

Just had the Fixed menu meal for 3. Excellent quality as well as quantity. Excellent meal, we will return.

Really lovely curry! Ordered the banquet deal and it was all lovely! Arrived piping hot. Only complaint is that they forgot the poppadom but that isn't the end of the world!

First time using , slight misunderstanding on one of the dishes but a quick phone call and they sorted straight away , great tasting food , good price , good service will defo be using again 👍👍

One of the nicest Indians I've tried, and certainly best value in the area. We've had several meals from Red Chilli now and cannot fault. Their lamb vindaloo and tandoori chicken starter in particular were amazing!

Really looking forward to having a takeaway from them as heard it was lovely. Well it was the opposite. We ordered food and when it arrived half of it was missing. Rang up and told them. It took them 15/20 minutes to get it to us, had to put our first lot of food in oven to keep it warm. DO NOT ORDER SAG PANIEER. It was a bowl full of mushy spinach with the tiniest hint of cheese and went straight into the bin. No flavour. Disgusting. Would never order from here again.
