Red & Blue Fried Chicken in Sefton

Took 2 hours for food to arrive and when it did it was cold and tasteless and there were items missing from the order. Overpriced for tiny portions.

Absolutely delicious food, fast service, friendly smiley staff and very good value for money

Food was okay the BONELESS BOX MEAL portion for 9.99 was so little I nearly rang them and asked if they where joking won't be ordering here again far to little for to much money

Food was honestly incredible for the price, would of been incredible if it was hot but I can't blame the place because of the match being on. Burger was better than maccies and that coleslaw was great.

Corn on the cob was ice cold, the cookie dough was burnt underneath and bitter, this place has gone down hill, it used to be my place of choice, but last two orders have been bad

For the money you pay you would expect a lot more. Buffalo sauce was not buffalo sauce it was sourced from Chernobyl. Majority of the food was freezing. Average waiting time. Delivery driver nearly woke up the street with his knock. Not for me.

I got notification saying food had left the shop and it’s on its way, took 45 mins to get to me and food was freezing when it arrived. Unhappy

food was cold and had iteams missing. I use to ordered from here all the time but of late the place has changed. you use to get a big bag of fries they are now very small 10p sweet size, the wraps use to be filled bit now you get hardly any chicken also chicken burgers use to be nice and juicy they are now dry and rock hard same with the buns they use now dry as.

There was very little meat and the donner meat came burnt. The quality was not too good but the order came very fast.

The salt and pepper chicken was really good and nice gravy too. Donner kebab was okay but I asked for salad and it only had lettuce, it also states that it will come with chilli sauce but it didn’t have any on.

Orderd a chicken burger and got a bun with chicken strips

tasteless wings, cold too, burger was like frozen chicken, chips were freezing, gravy was watery. The wrap was ok. Won't order again!

Chicken pieces where tasty and juicy, corn on the cob hot and buttery, fries tasty and hot as usual unfortunately this time the chicken burgers were dry and chewy, this is the first time out of over 20 orders that the burgers have been like this.

Food was cooked using dirty oil can taste it and the gravy was made out of the scran tray from the chicken and tastes like pure oil and fat this place was amazing a few years ago now its gone down hill and overpriced for quality it doesn't have anymore 👌 literally left most of a boneless box because it just tastes of stale grease. Won't be buying there again

chicken was good, the kebab smelt off from the begining I don't think I have ever eaten something so rancid, my advice order the chicken and nothing else.

Ordered food for collection 11.50 had a text message at 11.40 food ready to collect, went in at 11.55 for food and still had to wait for food to be cooked, pointless pre ordering

used to do spicy burgers when asked in burger bucket deal ,ignored last 3 times even when reminded in shop ,id prefer to be told in person cant swap instead of saying yes then get home from over 2miles to find they havent done so,been regular for many yrs travel over 4 miles there and back as a loyal customer which means nothing to them ,burgers have changed too not as big as they used to be nor as nice,chicken also not as good lacking in flavour/se.A shame as these were the best

Burger was nice enough, chips were only just warm, ordered coleslaw, was delicious, ordered beans but got gravy 🙁 delivery driver a pain, sat in his car for a couple of minutes, then phoned me to come and get my order,, probably won't use again.

Ordered the peri peri chicken and it was delicious. The lady who took our orders was very friendly and helpful, she did tell us that the order would take about 20 minutes but was happy to wait. Well worth the wait and I will be ordering again. The chicken was marinated and grilled nicely.

have used this fried chicken shop on quite a few occasions,but this one was very disappointing the chicken strips we nearly half the size they normally do and the chicken not as fresh as normal could tell this was warmed up .has probably put me off using this place again a disappointed customer

the food was OK but you need to update your menu your tower burger needs to be updated is says nothing about it coming with a hashbrown or cheese

change your minimum spend back 😭 some of us live on our own and don't need to spend £12 on food. lost a regular customer 👍

Food came 25 mins late the fries came absolutely stone cold the gravy was lukewarm chicken piece was 2 tiny stone cold chicken strips both meals missing drinks tried to call shop 5 times no answer eventually got through and she said my food won’t come hot well that’s unacceptable don’t take my order of your gonna send customers cold food it should come hot am 5 mins drive away from your shop don’t accept my order if you can’t fulfill an order am paying for a service and delivery and not getting what I pay for NOONE wants cold food I use to like this place but can honestly say I won’t be ordering again terrible service and poor quality cold food 👎

I ordered 12 chicken wings and I only got 11 and they were all burnt and the chicken was so burnt it was hard so I couldn’t even eat it and when I rang they sed because I touched the food I couldn’t get a refund

I normally get the chicken wrap and I really like it but today I had a plastic string like item in my wrap. I thought I was chewing on a tiny bone.

WOWWWWWW. the food was unrealll!! I am such a picky eater so to enjoy a meal the way I just did is rare 😂 I asked for the chicken burger to be cooked well done - which it was. Oh it was perfection! I absolutely love Nando’s more than anywhere but this tops Nando’s 100% the peri chicken - perfection the double bubble - PERFECTION!!! The chips are beautiful. The nuggets are fresh. the food looked good but was cold and didnt eat half of it,plus when you pay for delivery you dont expect to have come down and get it in the car park(i live in a flat) because of this i kept the three pound tip i was going to give him,sorry wont be back

For the price I we where disappointed that the portion sizes where small and some of the food was cold. The 3pcs of chicken where slimy and a little pink so they got binned and the wrap was pathetic two skinny chicken strips a pinch of shredded lettuce some of which was turning brown and too much lumpy mayo. Husband said his hot wings where good and kids like their burger and nuggets put rest was binned.

Driver was absolutly ridiculous went to the wrong post code and food was freezing when arrived. Won't be ordering from here again.

ordered original chicken in boneless bucket and got spicy which ruined it. None of us like the spicy so a lot of wasted chicken.
