Red Bean in Preston

Grabbed a quick takeaway for the family on Friday night. Chicken satay and pineapple rice was particularly good. Veg satay and egg rice also good, as was the side of bean sprouts. Really good size portions, enough for leftovers next day. £28 to feed the three of us, twice, decent value and very tasty. It’s been our local Chinese for years and we’ve only just tried it. Definitely recommend.

I haven't been there myself, but my many friends claim that the food in this establishment is high-quality and tasty. I can only assure you that as soon as I have the time and opportunity, I will definitely personally test the cuisine of this establishment.

Ordered the Chicken Szechuan from here as my regular chinese was closed. It was shocking., more like sweet and sour . Just like strawberry jam with a couple of chilli's thrown in .Never again

Our regular Chinese is closed on Tuesdays so we decided to try this place as we have heard good reviews. TRUST ME, out of all the Chinese Takeaways i’ve been to, this one is by far the nicest. I am very fussy with Chicken Satay and a lot of places have their own versions which im not fond of. This is BY FAR the nicest chicken satay i have ever tried! Creamy, thick, dark sauce with plenty of spice in it. The chicken skewers are huge and the chicken is unbelievable. The ribs, salt&pepper chicken wings are also delicious and the prawn toast is the nicest prawn toast i’ve ever had, it has plenty of prawn in it and its not just mainly bread like most places. Also, all the food we ordered was ready within 10-15 minutes. They also let us know they deliver anywhere but after a 3mile radius its £1 a mile charge, this is definitely handy for us as we live in Longton and our regular Chinese does not even offer delivery. TRUST ME and buy from this place. You absolutely will not regret it!

Got a leaflet through my door so thought I would give them a try tonight ordered over phone food was here within 40 minutes piping hot tried the chicken in pecking sauce wow the best I’ve ever tasted the chips where cooked to perfection eggs fried rice tasted great and the curry and gravy where also good will definitely be making this my new Chinese and chippy 😀

Unbelievable food each time. Me and my family have tried multiple Chinese restaurants in the area but always find this to be the best. It’s always so fast and delicious no complaints!

Every since I discovered this place it is my go to place for Chinese food. They even change the selections to accommodate your preference, within reason. Love the Singapore style fried rice, always add the extra chicken I prefer, can't resist the curry sauce with chips, the combination starter is nice when my sister pops round, and the delicious prawn toast. And they've introduced dim sum, yum! Can't wait to try them next time I order. Highly recommend this place to anyone, always tasty and warm food.

We've been using Red bean for a few years now because their food is consistently delicious, (Especially their starters!), always fresh with decent sized portions; great for sharing and very resaonably priced. Their delivery service is second to none as the food is always piping hot.

The best Chinese food yet my sister , and her husband ,have tried many places , last night we had beef chow main and Singapore noodles ,the veg spring rolls were the best she has had , great service to , one to go and try ,

Fantastic food, very reasonable prices. Always speedy delivery and the happy chappy delivery man is great. wouldn't order from anywhere else.

Need a menu and full menu on site so people can read and not just accessible via Facebook.

Ordered mushroom curry (which didn't come with boiled rice inc...odd). I opted for chips. It was absolutely disgusting. The mushrooms were greasy and the chips were too dry. I may as well have posted my money down the grid outside. I'll not be going there again.

Fabulous are old Chinese as changed hands and there not doing the same menu, so we have tried red beans and it was great cant wait to go back .

Female older lady rude and was told when I come to collect the food I need to wear a mask which is acceptable, but found when I did arrive two customers already inside no masks. Food ok but has gone down hill in my estimate. Won’t be using again. Use to be outstanding so don’t know why it’s changed.

This is my 'go to' for a decent takeaway Chinese. Never had a bad meal yet from here and the service is always quick. I first used them because they are one of the few that do deliveries and now they're the only ones I'll order from the food is that good. Delivery is quick too

The lad that served me was so kind and nice... But the food was not the standards.... And chips need improving....

Friendly, helpful staff and tasty food, served hot and fast. Now my regular Chinese takeaway of choice and often too. Full 5 stars from me!!
