Insane service and quality pizza and Guiness is always perfect staff are lovely and nothing is to much for them xxxxxxxx

Had a great pizza with few drinks, game of pool and some darts fab few hours with our teens. Very reasonable and pizza was lovely. £10 for a drink and 12 inch pizza! The staff go above and beyond looking after some of the elderly clients making sure they are well looked after. Great community pub!

My local boozer, where I've met and made friends for life. The staff are awesome, the events they have on are always a blast and it's a very welcoming and family feeling pub. Greene King need to sort their prices out though, it's not cheap.

Spent a lot of time in the arrow in the last year. Staff are super friendly and helpful. My drink is always made to my preference and they now serve pizza and toasted sandwiches which is encouraging. Atmosphere is decent, especially if you enjoy watching sports.

Popped in for a pizza they are lovely and a great meal deal available. Staff are lovely and friendly and the pub itself has had work done to the outside it looks lovely now

Called in this pub after many a year of passing, and was not disappointed, great atmosphere and kept a nice pint, nice and friendly bar staff, and won’t leave it so long to visit next time…

Other customers gave us the strong impression we were not welcome, as we were not regulars, that or because we were only in our early 20's. Edit: This was around 2014, might be a different atmosphere by now, I haven't gone back to find out.

Popped In for a quick beer and got served by a lad called Jay, had a great conversation with him and poured me a lovely Guinness (or 3) highly recommend if in the area

Great pub and atmosphere for watching England games. Friendly staff. Fun first goal competitions, face painting on occasions. Pizzas 🍕 very good too. Would recommend. Lisa the manager always goes the extra mile to ensure you are well catered for. All in all a great pub. 👍🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

Booked a table online for Sunday roast, only to be informed when we got there, that they don't do food!! Why allow me to book a table on the app??? Never again!

Been coming here for years now t catch up with old friends. Exceptional service and greeted our dogs with treats and a water bowl!!! also very nice pizza. would fully recommend.

This pub has the friendliest bar staff ever.

It has always been a great pub to go to play pool and speak with the people who work behind the bar, and it is nice and easy to get on with people who are often showing up for a drink with friends and family, there's no food to buy but they are not doing what other pubs have done made playing pool more expensive than they were before, it only costs £1 to play a game of pool unlike other pubs and I have been in the pub a lot for the first time in a while recently with support workers and they enjoy playing pool with me and I have made them get better at it when I often win I explain to them what and how I became very good at it I have been learning watching snooker for years and seeing how to strike the ball with the cue and prove it is not always the same way to strike the ball at the others it is also a tactical game and I have the skills and ability to know what to do, I have a lovely time in the pub every time I go to it and the people who work are always lovely and caring and they don't cause any problems with customers they are always making it the best pub for me to go to and I love it when I go there, I have met some people who are friends with my parents and I see familiar people every time I go and they don't cause me any issues with them they are always well behaved and they don't bother me and they make nice comments when they are looking at me striking a ball into the pockets of the table when it is not easy to do, most of the time they are quiet so they are not a problem at all, I would recommend families to go and have a lovely time at the pub but it is up to the families whether they are interested or not.

I visit this pub regularly to play pool. It is a brilliant sports pub with extremely friendly staff and clientele . It is clean and welcoming with a good selection of drinks. I highly recommend if you want a relaxing game of pool. There is plenty of outdoor seating for the warmer weather.

Was in here this afternoon with my grandad Auntie brother and my dog been here a few times now and what a lovely peaceful pub this is not too rowdy and dog friendly too will definitely continue chilling out here and the bar staff are always very pleasant

Just had a pizza at the red arrow, it was lovely, much better flavour than the big brands and it’s much more reasonable. Great atmosphere with the sport on and great selection of drinks😀

Nipped in this evening for some food as had recently read they are serving pizzas. The whole thing from start to finish was nothing but amazing. The staff, the service and the food was unreal. The pizza is probably one of the best we’ve had. And the red pepper and tomato soup was delicious. I’d highly recommend anyone thinking of visiting to do so.

The Red Arrow has become a recent stopping off point for me on a walk,the staff are friendly and most welcoming and make a point of getting to know you. The locals are also friendly,Would highly recommend a visit.

Very nice! Trendy as it can be here and very cozy! Some furniture could use being replaced but it's not bad! Drink selection was good and honestly kind of better than some places in London! Enjoyed watching football in there quite a lot 😊

I finished work went into this pub waited at the bar for 10 mins making eye contact with all the bar staff after leving the bar to go do god knows what the bar staff served a gentleman that had just approached the bar KNOWING i was stood there waiting LOL Rude and disrespectful bar staff be the last time i ever walk in there thats for sure :) I'm updating this review and it's not on good terms I got a drink from the bat went and sat outside light a ciggerette and was told I was smoking cannabis could the member of staff could smell cannabis now to single me out when I was not consuming cannabis it's pretty much discrimination along side the fact there was no evidence to support his accusation. You could blatantly see I had nothing in my hands not even a ciggerette at this stage and I was still accused. Safe to assume I will defo not be coming back here. Not sure why this pub has a personal vendetta against me but I'll be sure to let others know how it's run lol

Went here during the new years, staff were incredibly rude and disrespectful. Waited at the bar for over 30mins to get served. Treated horribly by a certain female staff member who verbally harassed me and my friends. Would overall never go back here after how we were treated, probably the worst experience I’ve ever had

2 drinks for less than £10, really nice staff and a lovely atmosphere, plus the benches at the front are in the sun in the evening up until after 8pm, perfect.

Have been Coming to the red arrow since I started working in Lutterworth 3 weeks ago and can not recommend the place enough. service is great, staff are so welcoming and best of all the food is amazing. ( I recommend the burgers or breakfast) They’re also dog friendly which helps if you always have your four legged friend by your side. Pop in give it a try if your close by it won’t disappoint ☺️🤟🏻

We visited the Red Arrow for some lunch while visiting family. Food was great, service was attentive. The manager Lisa was welcoming, funny and fantastic with the children. Highly recommend this pub

Went for a evening meal went for vegiterian options only dish they could offer off there menu was a vegan burger ended up leaving without eating. Went and found a better place with a good vegiterian menu 😟😟😟

Friendly staff, good very inexpensive food

Booked for Valentine’s Day and wasn’t disappointed we found a quiet corner and ordered our food and drinks. Very clean (including the bathroom). The staff were lovely they took the time to come and engage with us and made sure we were happy with our order and our food and ask if we needed anything else. 2 drinks, 2 starters and 2 mains for under £30 (without discount). Food arrived piping hot, cooked to perfection and very tasty came away full abs happy! Thank you very much for a lovely evening- we will happily visit again in the near future!

Attended bottomless brunch over the weekend, absolutely amazing, served by Lisa who was great! All the staff were lovely and polite and even though busy still managed to give exceptional service. Couldn’t recommend enough. Will be returning!

Popped in for a drink on our way home and what can I say other than absolutely shocking. The service was poor and that woman you have as manager is appealing. She's rude, loud and extremely unprofessional. More like a playground than a respectable establishment. We won't be returning.

Fantastic service when we turned up unannounced, 5 adults and 8 kids for a meal. Food was lovely we didn't have to wait for our meals and the staff very friendly. Will definitely be going again

I went to the red arrow for New Year’s Eve, the whole night was amazing the staff where friendly and very organised it was only one of the few pubs in Lutterworth open and it was definitely the place to be all night. I will say a special mention to Kate and lanta they are both welcoming and friendly and always pleasant Lisa has always got everything running smoothly and is always a pleasure to have a conversation with across the bar she makes the red arrow what it is in my opinion so thank you very much. Also looking forward to attending some new events she was telling me about this year.

Came to the pub with some of my family as we were visiting for the holidays. Enjoyed a few cold pints and some greatbfood. Staff were brilliant and very helpful. Would come back if I'm in Lutterworth again.

Pub was very cold, people had to sit around in coats and hats to try to keep warm. We asked about the heating and was told it was broken. Food was average and lukewarm Had a discount card for 20% off but was given less than 10%. Womens toilets didn’t flush.

Visited for lunch on Sunday, staff were friendly and helpful food was OK but the place was cold, clearly either the heating wasn't working or hadn't been put on. People were cold and basically sat earing wearing their coats.

Went to the red arrow a couple of weeks ago and have to say I was pleased with the visit. The new manager has really turned the pub around and will visit again soon

Me & my partner went here on Saturday night for drinks and food the food was lovely! Very quick service… when I booked the table I asked if the pub could do anything for his 30th but never got a response and nothing was done which was a bit disappointing. It was quite rowdy also but that was to be expected with the football & boxing being on.
