Rave Coffee Roastery & Cafe in Cotswold

What a great place Cirencester is made even better by Rave Coffee, love their beans and did hear from some the cafe staff were not the friendliest well my experience was different to those few people, exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable staff. Definitely recommend a visit

Such a big fan of Rave - Best coffee I've had anywhere! As a self-confessed coffee-bore, I love that there's always something new and interesting to try and both the quality and taste never fail in being fantastic. That would be enough in itself, but I love the whole ethos of the place - supporting an independent business which has a green-focus too means a lot to me, and I love the whole vibe of the building and cafe being able to watch the roasting whilst having your coffee - the literal definition of bean-to-cup!

Came to the café for coffee with a friend as there is plenty of free parking available and it was easy to get to by car. The coffee was excellent, as was the pastry I had with it! The staff were very friendly and we really liked being able to see directly into the roastery. Will definitely return!

I witnessed the cafe manager being awfully rude and condescending to his staff, especially the younger lot. He wasn’t even discreet around the customers, we weren’t impressed

Popped in for coffee and a baguette and to purchase some coffee beans. It was very busy, however we managed to bag a table. I normally order my beans online, but we wanted to visit for a change. As expected coffee was excellent and the bacon baguette and garnish were tasty, and together with great service, we enjoyed the experience. We purchased a bag of your Christmas blend beans to take home, so look forward to drinking those.

We popped in for a coffee and cake. The welcome was friendly. Great coffee and an amazing apricot flapjack. Also watched the coffee being roasted. Parking on site. Would happily visit again.

Lovely coffee shop! Free parking for Cirencester town if you buy a coffee 👍🏻 Unfortunately can be hit or miss with the coffee. Sometimes it can be lovely and next time the same order tastes different

I spent the last week of May staying with family in Circencester and I came here every morning for my coffee. I loved it so much that I bought two 1kg bags of their standard blend back to London with me. It has a wall of glass that allows you to watch the roasters doing their job. It is so cool to watch especially for children who were looking at the different countries on the coffee bags. To top it off it has a wonderful outside decking area. I love love it. The husband loved the bacon sandwich and filled croissants while the kids loved the sweet treats.

Oh what a fabulous place, with the best coffee, fantastic happy staff & a great atmosphere. I will definitely be back & bringing all my friends!

We popped in for a coffee on Sunday, the cafe is such a lovely place to visit. The coffee that Rave roast and serve is really very delicious, we also treated our selves to a chocolate brownie, absolutely delicious. Highly recommended. The staff are always really kind and friends. Thank you 😋

Visited on Saturday, such a lovely place, very busy but also staff extremely helpful, polite & efficient. Great coffee in lovely surroundings we will definitely be back.

I thought Rave was very good!! I liked the glassed area where all the work goes on. Very educational. The decaf flat white coffee was excellent! Probably the best I’ve had. The brownie was an indulgence I really enjoyed!!! The building had plenty of parking spaces and the man at the counter was really kind and engaging. I saw the chocolate brownies and it was hard to resist! My friend and bought one each. They were so fresh, so delicious and the Valentine’s decoration was so pretty. I will definitely go back for coffee and brownies again. A well deserved treat!!! Thank you.

Love visiting Rave - excellent coffee and such a large range of cakes and other food that really cater for dietary requirements. It’s so interesting to see the roasters at work too, the staff are so passionate about coffee and it clearly shows. We especially like visiting the cafe as it’s also dog friendly and they provide really lovely dog treats.

We drink Rave coffee at work and when I was in the area I couldn’t wait to visit the HQ. The new place is amazing. I found the staff to be friendly and efficient. The brownies are also highly recommended!

Rave is an excellent place to pop in for a drink and cake. The staff are extremely welcoming - always with a smile and friendly banter. The cakes are delicious and a good choice on offer. It is also interesting to watch 'behind the scenes' as the coffee is packaged and dispatched. I was lucky to visit when a 'cupping session' - was taking place - fascinating.

Visited the phoenix way cafe in Cirencester to purchase coffee beans. Stayed and sampled the coffee and cakes. Both very nice. Very well informed staff, knowledgeable on which coffee to both sample and buy. Even helped with how to correct our machine at home that was giving wet ground coffee. Would highly recommend.

the rave staff are amazing. came in the other day with my little boy and they were nothing but accommodating. one member in particular (maddie i beleive ) was playing games and talking to my boy which is above what any staff is expected to do. also taught me about extraction as my coffee was coming out to quickly i believe so they really care about making sure each customers get a perfect experience each time. 100% recommend a visit if you haven’t yet.

When I am standing at the counter whilst a member of staff was leaning on said counter without even acknowledging me for easily two minutes , then I an going to give a poor review. Coffee was fine though.
