Visited last week on the 17th of September at 11 am ish. I spoke to a lovely guy on the phone as I couldn’t find the store and he guided me in to where it was (in a small precinct behind a row of shops) I was impressed he was great and wanted to buy my husband a present as I was in Manchester for a couple of days. Totally different experience when I got in there, I asked a man behind the counter could I have this top in a size small, and he said yes I’ll go and get you it. He then said to a man looking at some T-shirts “is there anything you like there Rodger?” He replied yes can I have this T-shirt in a large he said I’ll get you one too and off he went. When he came back after about five minutes he totally ignored me and started chatting to the Roger gentleman and a man that was trying some clothes on in the waiting room and was putting the T Shirt through the till for him. This went on for awhile and I just felt Totally ridiculous because I was just stood there like a spare part, especially because I was in there first. He was putting the gentleman’s T-shirt through and didn’t acknowledge me at all and I was waiting quite a while so I just thought get lost I’ll order it online which I have done. It was actually worth the £5 extra just to get out of the store. Not good really because your market leaders with an amazing product. I’ll just stick to online thank you

¿Te animo a ir? Sí. Y eche un vistazo a la tienda cuando lo haga, si le gusta ese tipo de equipo. Es genial, pero tiene una sensación de 'club de ciclistas fanáticos del fitness', lo cual no es una crítica, es muy raro. Me gusta.

Tropezé con Rapha y me alegré de haberlo hecho. La marca es de alta calidad para el kit de ciclismo y fue una agradable sorpresa encontrar un café allí. Un equipo amable y muy buen café y una tarta bastante agradable.

Anywhere that sells pollen bread and cakes is quality and had been meaning to come here for some time but kept forgetting about it! Simple nice brunch menu in a light contempary space! Brunch was excellent but coffee not amazing. Most cycle cafes provide strong punchy coffee however my soya cappuccino bit weak. I will definitely come back though as reasonably priced and nice staff. Would recommend and bread from pollen is best sourdough you will find

Well-located in Central Manchester. Beautiful lay out of cycling-related memorabilia and Giro D'Italia scenes playing in the background. Excellent coffee with friendly service. Rapha Clubhouse shop and mechanic also on site. Good secure cycle storage available.

On a tour of all the bike shops in Manchester found the rapha cafe. There's a work shop down stairs and little coffee shop up stairs. Good range of coffee, tea and cold drinks. Small but good menu offering hot toasties. Little shop at the back where you can loose any cycle nut for half an hour. Clean, bright and staff friendly.

What's not to like? Great cafe, excellent coffee and freshly made sandwiches to drool over. As a cyclist and RCC member I may be biased in favour but when meeting non-cycling friends in Manchester I invariably take them to Rapha and they have all been suitably impressed with the place. Doors usually open earlier than 10.00 when club members are gathering for a ride at the weekend but for general public everything kicks off at 10.00...

Decided to join Rapha CC after wearing the quality garments for the last 4 years. My wife and I had a delcious breakfast and coffee whilst watching the London marathon and relaxing amonst several riders drying off from the rain. I was then served by Mark in the store, his knowledge understanding and enthusiasm of everything Rapha was truly brilliant. After spending over an hour with me I purchased everything i needed to get me branded to perfection. Mark is a fantastic asset to Rapha and the Manchester Store and I from now on I will make the trip as service like this is such a rare thing in an age of internet shopping. He even made trip to my home to hand deliver the Manchester Bee Badge and other RCC goodies

Nicely set out bike cafe and a great place if you are in need of a proper flat white coffee. Lots of great memorabilia on tables and walls creates a good atmosphere. There is also plenty of Merchandise to choose from although best to look when sales are on.

Great stuff, cheap coffee and a gold mine if you love fancy bike apparel. Also quite nice that the cafe is on the second floor so you can sit by the window and look down on the busy street.

The old mill on Redhill street is beautifully refurbished and Ancoats Coffee Co held such promise with glass doors , indoor and outdoor dining space, twinkling fairy lights I chose outside in the lovely Mancunian sunshine to enjoy my cake and fresh orange drink, unfortunately this is where things start to go down hill, firstly cash is not accepted in this establishment, plastic is king, my cake looked like an appealing Madeira on its plate, I think it would have given the lovely refurbished bricks a run for their money, hard is too soft a word but not as hard as the seating, I think I am well padded in the posterior but These chairs WOW they were made of a galvanised material so to be expected but couldn’t you have invested in something soft to sit on ! One visit is enough for me. Not a

Located just away from the northern Quarter on great ancoats Street this is a pub we have been using for decades and we always have a great time there. The place is full of history and it is worth a visit just to look at the ceiling alone believe it or not! This particular visit was on a sunny Thursday and the place was busy both inside and out but they still had loads of tables available. They have a fabulous range of drinks at reasonable prices and this is so varied there is definitely something for everyone. Another good thing was they always have loads of stuff on so you get served quickly and in a friendly manner. It was great to sit out in the Sun and enjoy a beer or two whilst watching the busy streets around you at the same time.

Nice relaxed space. Great cuts of steak, fresh and flavourful sauces, crisp hot fries, nice wine and cocktails. Brilliant gluten free options. And all very reasonably priced - steak, chips, sauce, and a glass of wine gave me change from £20! Well worth a casual lunch trip.
