I come here very frequently, staff are always polite and recognise you and know your order. Food is always perfectly cooked and you have the option of having salt and vinegar. Lovely stuff!

Best pub in town. If you’re visiting in low season check their opening hours. We rolled up on a Wednesday night about 5 minutes before they were due to close. Despite this we received a warm welcome and efficient service. There is a nice bar with plenty of seating in different rooms which gives a warmer feel to the place. Best choice and condition of Ales, well kept and well served. Just sorry we didn’t get to visit again during our short stay. Thanks.
