Ordered on Uber Eats at 20:40, didn’t arrive until 22:10. After calling the restaurant at 21:40, we were told they were waiting for their driver. Judging by the other reviews, delivery is a massive issue for them - the solution is simple, employ more drivers and stop being cheap. The dessert was average not worth £18 for a crepe and Matilda Cake.

Ordered milkshakes and waffles. They were really nice. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Apparently the "traditional malai kulfi falooda " doesn't have kulfi but vanilla ice cream and the falooda is frozen and feels like burnt rice. Most awful experience. It was the third time in 2 years I ordered "khoya khajoor shake" and consistently they called everytime to say they did not have the ingredients and offered a replacement. Order was late and the desserts were poor quality.

Come on guys at least provide a pedestal fan for the customers who waiting for their orders.

Never had such a bad service. Pre ordered about 5pm for 7.15pm. Supposed to be here at 7.15pm, moved to 7.35pm. Didn't arrive. Rang them, and spoke to some rude jobs worth. Said our order had been delivered , when it hadn't. Driver in a red car , sipping on his own Milkshake, gives us the wrong order. Rang the place, got through to some rude worker again. Turns out the driver gave our order to someone else and tried to hand us a much smaller order. The worker , telling me we'd get another order. Waiting, no order. Just eat updated to a delivery time of 20:35. Rang back again, he's then said he never said that. Disgusting service. Now refusing to refund us. Be very careful ordering from here. Looking at reviews , it's not a 1 off thing of ripping of customers and poor service.

Got some milkshakes on Uber Eats and both came without straws and had plastics pieces floating. 🤢🤢🤮🤮

ordered at 8.13pm got delivered at 10.00pm ordered a berry blast loaded waffle it had x2 strawberry's on it and a hand full of raspberries no blueberries and no blackberries safe to say It was my first and last time ordering from here!.

Terrible ordered on just eat and the failed to deliver my order in an acceptable time, order pushed back and then still didn’t arrive i even called to check it wouldn’t be to late and was lied to, I ordered just before 8:30pm, at 10pm still no order. The orginal delivery time was 9.15pm. which I could deal with. Tying to get a refund is like trying to get blood out of a stone. I never got my order it should be immediate refund! Now I have to wait until someone is able back at the shop to refund. FYI your customers can’t do it on the app as you e accepted and showing it as being delivered for 50mins! I have no confidence in that il even get my money back! No apology! Terrible service. Don’t use them

Waited over an hour & half. Didn’t send one lot of the buy one get one free milkshakes. Crepe was really thick & dry, churros were oily & thought it’d come with a chocolate sauce. Not good really Dissapointed & likely won’t order here again..

When my order was delivered, it was a wrong item. The driver took it back. He told me to try and get a refund. I’m unable to is it saying that the order was delivered to my property when in fact it wasn’t it was taken back to the restaurant I’m not able to get a refund. I tried to call the shop it already closed. I’m trying to get a refund back, it’s impossible I’d like a refund please as a paid for and ordered, I didn’t even get absolutely not happy with the service.

Awful. Delayed delivery. Called store 3x and got different response each time. According to app food was out for delivery over 45 mins and was delivered 30 mins before we finally received. Items were much smaller than photos, cold and squashed. Won't be ordering again

Not acceptable. I placed an order the driver was 20 minutes late after his Delivery Time slot. The staff is not nice and does not care about the customer. They just treat the person like another number

Waffle and cookie dough were delicious, but ordered a twix milkshake and was delivered one that had nuts in it (nothing online said it contains nuts)

I ordered my food and it was expected at 6:40pm. It didn’t come until around 7:50pm and the waffle fell apart in my hands. It looked like two thin waffles had been slapped together. It was cold and the ice cream had melted majority.

Really disappointed tuned up over an hour late all the food was cold the churros where rock hard Croffel was under cooked and tasteless normally serves decent deserts but not sure if il return as the the quality of the food they sent out was abysmal

Excellent service, cookie dough was cooked perfectly, really soft and yummy. The chocolate cake was also perfect temperature! Will definitely order again.

I wish I’d have read the reviews before placing my order because it’s clear this restaurant is absolutely useless for lack of a better word. My estimated time of delivery was changed MULTIPLE times. Over an hour and a half later my order is marked as ‘delivered’, though absolutely nothing has shown up. Don’t waste your money here. Complete time wasters and scammers. They should’ve just cancelled the order and processed a refund as soon as they realised they couldn’t fulfil the order.

Food took about an hour to be delivered. Hardly any fruit on waffle and waffle was cold. I am a bit disappointed, really, as I always have the same waffle but had to bin it this time.

Used to be really good here but as you can see reviews lately the place has gone of the boil , waffles was cold and we was missing our ice cream aswell and only got 3 pound refund of just eat aswell . So might be giving this place a miss from now on . Shame tho

Extended the delivery time so wasn’t very warm. Waffle arrived but tasted like cardboard. Cookie dough tiny and the ice cream was missing. Overall a disappointing order this time around

Quality really gone down our most recent sundaes had mint ice cream instead of vanilla . Use to use all time but had orders turn up late and cancelled after ordering lately . Will now go elsewhere

It took 15 minutes just to get the order confirmed then had to call up to ask a question staff was rude i doubt i will use just eat anymore at this rate because some how stuff keeps going wrong then when they delivered my waffle was freezing and squished not good service at all especially when it was it the hot food section!

Unfortunately the waffles were incredibly dry, were cold and very stingy with the toppings Would not order from here again

Every time i fancy desserts i always order from here, everything is always priced rlly well, tastes great and delivery time is always accurate too, but also upgraded our medium van shake to a large too! ^•^

The mango sundae was ridiculously bad its mango pieces were tasting old and tasteless and the icecream was a weird and lacy texture.

Good food although I think on the add ons it needs to state it’s ice cream and not just another item added on? We ordered honey comb etc to come as an additional extra and we’re expecting that put be added to the waffle.

Ordered 10 milkshakes and all arrived cold with the whipped cream still intact (not melted). Tasted amazing! I had a sepcial request in the notes box and they fulfilled it too, amazing service. I did hope they would be thicker. If they were made with ice cream it was very little and mostly milk. Driver initally gave us the wrong order but we were able to track them down and swap for the right order. Ordered on Cheeky Tuesday and with and addiontial 15% off so the price was acceptable. Would order again bdcause of the mountain of options they have, suits all tastes.

Place I usually go was closed spent £45 wouldn’t go again… waffles were tough taking minutes to slice however service and timing was good…?
