McDonald's in Peterborough

Food is freezing cold, milkshakes have spoiled because of being sat for to long,

Food was very well prepared and still hot

The bag was opened and one of the burgers was missing. Never ordering again.

Fries were cold, Both pies had been bitten into, seal was open when it arrived. This is NOT on.

My order was not delivered, where has the delivery person gone with my order?

I am very disappointed, I ordered delivery, I waited more than 40 minutes, the food was cold and tasteless, I do not recommend it

the you kept changing the delivery time and it was almost late to where I couldn't accept the order

I waited 1 hr from the text i recieved to say it would be half hr, the driver could not find my house. He was very polite and was sorry.

Ordered on the App, Mc Donalds app said thanks for your order, was charged on my bank card, apparently my order was on the system but was blank, refused to give me my order, despite showing the manager who come over, but wanted me to re order and pay again, and then travel 20 miles + to get a refund, ended up going to McDonald's by Morrisons in Peterborough.

Ordered 2 ice creams and a drink! No ice cream turns up at the drinks FLAT and they won’t refund. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE!

food was cold all 3 buns were dry we all said the same no juices in the burgers and only 2pks of fries turned up instead of 4 and were both cold

I changed the delivery on my app before ordering but it didn't change on the app once purchased and I didn't realise so the food was delivered to the wrong address and the driver wouldn't coke to the address I originally selected

Chips were cold and couldn’t eat them

Missing items, wrong flavour milkshake sent, rang up, they said delivery driver tried to contact us, had no contact from either them or driver. Will be going elsewhere in the future

food took over an hour to come, directed driver but she said she was stressed and ended up having to walk to meet her with 3 young kids that were hungry and she was nowhere near where I said, food was cold, drinks spilt. absolute joke

It has a large parking area which means plenty of spaces to park. The area is convenient as its close to town. Service is very slow however when its busy. More staff needed. My toffee latte was only half filled and tasted terrible, usually it's my favorite coffee.

They forgot my chicken tenders and bbq sauce

Missing my frozen lemonade instead they packed a McFlurry in its place which was disappointing as really wanted my drink . Everything else was correct though . Delivery driver was great though

Shocking that this mcdonalds shuts it's toilets at 22:00!

Originally given 22 minutes then when 7 minutes were left they restarted then clock and again wrote 21 minutes. The sauces were missing the food was stone cold and completely un-edible.

My delivery was on time however the delivery driver called me and asked me to come outside to the car park to collect my order, I told him that’s not how it works and he should be delivering to my door, he came up with some nonsense that if he turns his car off then it won’t start again. So I went out to his car to get my order only to see 2 people inside the car. One of the drinks was completely empty and the bag was soaked, and the food was cold.

i received my food and it come cold, the delivery driver was nice and respectful, but as for the food it was not to standard. not happy

It's ok unless the employee that sits on their phone eating their lunch and loudly listening to videos is in then it is terrible. No one wants to hear that, put headphones in. The food is good, can be slow sometimes.

Placed my app order and collected at the drive thru. Drove home to find half my order incomplete. Double sausage and egg muffin turned out to be a muffin with a slice of cheese. Toasted muffin with jam turned out to be a box with slice of cheese in the bottom and an egg. And pancakes and sausage had my addition items missing. Living 20 mins away from the restaurant, I didn’t want to go back. Have been ringing the branch now for 40 minutes and no answer. App doesn’t want you to make a complaint. Just as well there are other burger places arrived in Peterborough. Clearly McDonald’s have had things to easy for too long. Time to up your game.

We didn’t receive any of our Minecraft meal toys

Driver brought wrong order and after approach he looked like he didn't care at all.

Today I wanted to use the mc donal app for get my free Coffee with the points, the app wasn't working properly and they force me to restart the app and I Order by mistake in another location, so I had to pay for my Coffee and I lost the points, I'm very dissapointed with this mc donalds

It took 45 minutes to arrive when it come it was cold and had a meal selecta and my drink missing worst bad yet

Food good quality but again cold. Driver took to long real shame as he then spent 3-4 mins ourside my door because his mobile device didnt recognise my order number even though i showed him phone. So in total 8-9 mins wasted and food was not hot.

Came inside to order, firstly the ordering machine didn’t print a receipt , they got my order wrong which they weren’t much help in sorting and I wish I was joking 4 of our ketchup pots were near empty and looked to have been re-sealed , very disappointing as before I gave this establishment a 5 star rating but utterly disappointed.

I ordered a Minecraft meal and paid extra to get the Minecraft figure and didn't receive the figure even though I paid more money

Literally EVERYTHING tasted really good and freshly prepared. Very positive experience this time - I am a happy customer :)
