McDonald's in Peterborough

Came inside to order, firstly the ordering machine didn’t print a receipt , they got my order wrong which they weren’t much help in sorting and I wish I was joking 4 of our ketchup pots were near empty and looked to have been re-sealed , very disappointing as before I gave this establishment a 5 star rating but utterly disappointed.

My food was cold and I had several items missing

I ordered a Minecraft meal and paid extra to get the Minecraft figure and didn't receive the figure even though I paid more money

Done with mc Donalds, too bad y’all can’t get a order right

Food was cooked perfectly, today my meal was nothing like just an average McDonald's or like it was some time back in the same restaurant.. - today it was truly exceptional ( :o ) ! Literally EVERYTHING tasted really good and freshly prepared. Very positive experience this time - I am a happy customer :)

always missing items in my order and its so frustrating. I order for my children and their meals are always incomplete. staff need to ensure that delivery orders are checked sufficiently before the order leaves the restaurant.

Once again, McDonalds seem to find it impossible to include the paid-for chilli dip with the order. This happens all the time and it impossible to get Just Eat do anything about it. What exactly is their 'service charge' for?

The shift manager Abi was really rude. I didn't realise that I had to pay for sweet chilli sauce, it was 50p and I only had 40p in change, I politely asked if I could use my card to pay and she replied saying "not allowed!" Then walked off! Terrible service from a so-called manager.

Ordered a mccrispy and instead of chicken it was burgers with no flavour to it at all 2 apple pies never came either very disappointing

ordered at 00:03. no driver selected till AFTER 01:30. Sat left under a hot lamp for over a whole hour, such accusations confessed by delivery driver, macdonalds acknowledged they had my order prepared & waiting but "no order number was on the screen". restaurant refused to answer the phone. would you pay £11 for the simplest/smallest order Order possible to be prepared and left to sweat in a bag for over 80 minutes before a driver has even been assigned, never mind collected nor delivered?

Last time i ordered two mcmuffin deals with hashbrowns and didnt recieve the hashbrowns! This time i didnt recieve a latte from my order! Its all very well giving me partial refunds but how about getting the orders right!!! That would mean more to me

I would prefer if the delivery driver not be on his phone talking to whoever he was talking to while giving me my order. Also I would also like to get a receipt with my order, I have in the past but today I got nothing.

The guy who delivered it dropped the two drinks & when I mentioned it was the wrong order of the drinks he said quite rudely contact just eat

no souse for salad this is a shame there are no spoons and forks very embarrassing
