Prompt service, can't comment on atmosphere as I ordered online. But here's the photos for everyone else to see. Vegan Chocolate Cake Bueno Milk Cake (No Milk) not on photos Millionaires Milkshake tasted like cream instead of ferrero and strawberries. Definitely not worth it. alternatively, Heavenly Desserts are a couple of £££ more pricey but they hit the cravings 😍

I was a regular customer as deserts where really good value and very nice. Until today when an item was missing from my order??. They are normally very sufficient. I phoned to mention this the staff was rude and hung up numerous of times so I decided to go in after a rant I finally spoke to the Manager which is quite upsetting as he sounds like a genuine nice guy. I think he needs to change his staff

Food was delayed by 45 minutes. Shakes had melted by the time they arrived. Delivery driver came to the door, didn’t knock, just looked at the house number and then went back to his car. We only got our food after noticing him on the doorbell camera and us telling him to bring us our food. The shakes also tasted strange. Such a shame, as a vegan dessert place could actually be pretty great. Disappointing.

Waited over an hour for food to be delivered and it never arrived. Called the restaurant and they shouted at me, told me it’s not their problem and to contact Deliveroo. Spoke with Deliveroo and it seems the restaurant lied and said it was delivered. Then called them again to ask what was going on, got shouted at by the manager yet again, passed over to the rider for some reason(?) who then hung up and said the manager would call me later. Clearly either the manager was never there to start with or they have no idea how to run a business. The rudest people I have ever come across. Do not waste your money.

Claimed to have delivered our food via Deliveroo, but didn't. Spoke to them on the phone where the manager then shouted down the phone and put the phone down. Called back and experienced the same thing again. Incredibly unpleasant, would recommend strongly against ordering.

The staff in range deserts are extremely friendly and nice. Very efficient in there. Great experiences. Would definitely recommend!!

Super friendly and helpful humans! We didn't eat here but my aunts car broke down infront of their shop last night around 9pm. The young man in the shop helped us to get the car started we got home around 11pm. I'm leaving this review to let everyone know how kind everyone in this shop is. Spoke to the staff about the vegan dessert options as I am lactose intolerant and they were very helpful. Ordered the vegan strawberry Nutella waffle with vegan ice cream and it was one of the nicest vegan desserts I’ve had!

ordered via uber eats my food never came !! expecting a refund sooon cause this is a joke over 1hr and 20 mins of waiting ! dont order from here crap place .

The driver gave me my food and forgot an item of cookie dough, when I call and asked for it back he arrived asking for the other 2 items back that had already been eaten. We politely asked for our missing item that we PAYED for and the driver shouted in my face and refused to give it to me. After several calls to the restaurant we received the item after being rudely spoken to, both driver and worker were very very rude. They both carried on the tell me it’s my fault that they gave the wrong order. Would not recommend ordering from here!

This is my go to desert place, I’ve just ordered a desert and the drivers had an appalling attitude asking me why I’ve not answered the phone because he couldn’t be bothered reading the door numbers, the food was freezing cold. If you was going to order I’d suggest ordering and then picking it up to avoid situations like these.

By far one of the best dessert places I have been in a long time, every bit is just utter heaven. Got the biscoff milkshake and it was like liquid crack, and the cookie dough is just on another level. 10/10 would defo recommend to anyone

Absolutely top notch. Fried mars bar was out of this world. As soon as I entered someone from behind the counter shouted customer and I was served in seconds. I was told exactly how long my order would be, everything was exactly as I’d asked ,service was polite and friendly. What’s not to love. Wish everywhere was such a positive experience. 5 stars all day

Came and order Naan and paratha paid an enough but what a huge disappointment. Needed a magnifying glass to find the filling an absolute disappointment along side that got a cake whilst I was there again absolutely bad. Bad customer service as well as food. First and last time going here.

Yesterday I went to the shop with my children. The behavior of the manager was very angry with me and with other customer and he also misbehave with staff. My children were also scared by his loud and anger I was also surprised that the atmosphere of the shop was unpleasant. I suggest that the situation may be improve if you change the manager

I am compelled to express my utter dismay and disillusionment with the deplorable conduct exhibited by the manager towards myself, a paying customer, during my recent visit to Range dessert. The manager's behaviour was an egregious affront to basic human decency, let alone the standards of customer service one expects from a reputable establishment. In light of this regrettable encounter, I would strongly advise potential customers to exercise extreme caution and consider alternative options, lest they suffer the same indignities at the hands of this manager. Until such time as Range dessert takes concrete steps to address this individual's egregious behaviour and prioritise customer satisfaction, I shall be compelled to share my distressing experience with all who will listen.

Don't normally post reviews but on this occasion I have to . Ordered via uber eats and they unfortunately use their own staff to deliver so can't track them. Probably so they can take 2 hours to deliver your food like they did to mine. Desert quality was poor and nothing was fresh . Would never buy again and not sure how this shop is open, needs to be shutdown

the icecream was not biscoff nor vanilla and a different consistency of slushie, sorbet so i couldn’t eat it.

Nice milkshakes but I paid for milkshakes that shouldve had toppings on them but they didn't have them. An apology was given but no refund for the missing marshmallows was ever offered.

Love deserts from here . Best place on the map . Waffles are the best. fresh and soft every time. Always buy milk cakes there . Good value for money . Brilliant services

Desserts came freezing, ice cream melted and half an hour late, told us we had been called multiple times however we received none of them, we waited at the door, however didn't get a single knock, call or anyone at the door, we then received a rude call by the owners being accused of not answering the phone. Tried emailing them with the email provided in the reviews however it doesn't exist. Shocking customer service!

Had a few issues that were sorted straight away by the lovely area manager who went above and beyond. Really amazing service and the foods great and well priced! Thank you so much!

Everything is cash and carry bought and frozen.. only 1 or 2 things are fresh.. staff are miserable and rude with no customer service skills. Everything is a big ask for them.. they treat this business like its a liability to them..

Range Desserts the Best place in Manchester to get All your sweet treats from. Absolutely 100% perfection Biscoff cheesecake, Cookie and cream Milkshakes. The Oreo Donuts are delicious. I ordered from the website and not Uber as its free delivery. The delivery Staff are always very nice and very quick delivery. Would recommend to anyone. Great Vegan menu Thanks

So many delicious treats to chose from. Friendly, patient staff, that were kind enough to put up with out indecisiveness. Had the mixed berry sundae which was divine. The person who made even took the time out to ask how it was and if I like it. There's Street parking available and a park opposite to go enjoy your treats in.

Its like supermarket for vegan milk shakes. The best milk shakes in manchester uptil now. My Girlfriend is a vegan and range dessrts is a heaven to her. Have been to alot of milk shake places, but range desserts is by far the best one. From staff to the range of milk shakes, cakes and waffles, its just really good.

They use a few names to run on Uber, deliveroo range desserts, Miami desserts etc. poor poor poor quality churros were disgusting and really hard and kinder bueno milkshakes didn’t have any kinder bueno taste. They shouldn’t be allowed to run with this kind of quality

Waffle was cold and ice cream sundae was completely melted and absolutely vile, through most of it in the bin. Ordered through just eat who have been utterly atrocious and passed all the blame to restaurant. Website terms state to contact using the details on the home page which there is none. Really poor all around. I recommend ordering from Biskits in Withington instead

Waffle with strawberries was great but the ice cream and sundae were nothing more than frozen sugar and lacked flavour. The cheesecake we expected more from but it appeared to be a basic cheesecake with a Nutella sauce, presumably they use the same cheesecake for everything and simply add a different sauce. Would buy the waffles again but not any of the other offerings.

Quaint corner shop. All cakes were super fresh. The naan was amazing value and great taste. The staff do need to smile and interact with the customers a little more. The food looked lovely. I will come again and tell my friends.
