I had a dinner with a friend, both food quality and the service were great. I would highly recommend Randa by Maroush to anyone liking Lebanese food.

We happened upon this Lebanese restaurant by chance. Very happy that we did. Service was friendly and professional. Food was exquisite. There are large vegetarian and vegan choices. The okra stew was outstanding, as were the batata harra potatoes and the moutabal. The Lebanese red wine (Les Breteches Rouge) was perfect. Highly recommended.

I ordered food for a large work event to cater for 100 people. The whole process from start to finish was great. The manager Elie along side the head chef made the whole ordering process very easy they sat me down and talked me through the whole menu and really worked hard to make sure everyone's food requirements were catered to. The standard of service I recieved was exceptional. The food delivery was punctual and was dislayed wonderfully. The feedback from everyone who attended the event was great, we will definitly be using Randa Maroush again. Thank you!

A group of 10 people easily accommodated. We were provided with complementary pita breads and fresh vegetables for starters and a small baclava each to finish our meal. The Lamb stew with vegetables, roasted lamb, mini non-spicy sausages, hummus, charcoal grilled chicken wings were amazing. Starters and mains both delight and are great for sharing, meat dishes were particularly well handled, and flavourful. Overall a lovely, elegant dining place that has such a warm atmosphere because of the service staff and a feeling of home from the wonderfully made food:) Definitely worth a visit.

Popped in here for early evening dinner after a disappointing shopping trip to Ken High St. with some trepidation after hearing the Maroush adverts for years Pleasantly impressed with the meze starter and kebabs and service. Despite no reservation they put us in a good spot even though as we were leaving it was getting very busy. Service was polite, friendly and efficient. Very decently priced for good authentic food. Would recommend popping it despite the bad radio adverts!

Stumbled across the restaurant whilst exploring the area around South Kensington. Friday night and the place was Very busy- we were told to come back in 15 minutes and they would have a table. We went to a very nice pub at the end of the road for a drink (child friendly) and went back. It was clear that most people don’t return once they have been told to wait- but a table was found . Friendly nice staff. Hummus was delicious as was the mixed shawarma kebab. Moutabal, fatoush , soujok, Kafta yoghuurtieh -all delicious. Large portions . Would return

I went with a friend to a Randa restaurant first time , I was nice surprised, pleasant atmosphere, delicious food & fast service , the staff is friendly and professional.

Like many of the other Maroush places in London the menu and good is great. Plenty of choices for Vegans which is great also. On this occasion we visited quite late and the atmosphere was relaxed and the sercice good. The rice ordered was not the best but I didnt complain. Would return. The Falafel is very tasty :)

I went there with a group of 6 people as we were craving Lebanese food. The mezze was fine but the main dishes took more than an hour. We asked the guy to cancel the order because we had to go catch the coach but they refused and said that the food was coming so we had to wait 5 more minutes and I wish we didn’t! The food was so bad, the Shawarma was so dry and almost burnt and the rest of it was so tasteless. In the end I had to pay for that bad food, miss my coach and pay for another ticket... That was my first and last time I go there.

we booked a table of 4. we were really disappointed with the service or the lack of it . orders were taking ages to be taken and delivered, dishes forgotten , cutlery missing. we noticed that the other tables were offered vegetables but we weren't. the food was nice but it was really spoiled by the service and it s definitely not fine dinning .bad management unfortunately

He estado en Randa hace 2 semanas y fue fantástico, pero ayer fue una noche muy engañosa. la espera se estaba arrastrando. Nos sentamos y esperamos 30 minutos para que nos tomaran nuestra orden, seguimos llamando a la camarera pero nos ignoraron. entonces la espera continuó cuando hicimos nuestro pedido. No hay recomendaciones de la persona que toma nuestro pedido, incluso para el vino, la persona no tenía ni idea. el orden de las bebidas parecía haber sido olvidado, así que tuvimos que llamar la atención nuevamente para recordarles. la comida llegó pero poco a poco, un plato a la vez. ¿No pueden llevar al menos 2 platos al mismo tiempo? teniendo en cuenta que la comida es simplemente comida libanesa normal. Queríamos volver a pedir otro plato, pero después de tratar de llamar la atención del personal, decidimos olvidarlo. no éramos los únicos que no recibíamos la atención del personal. Pude ver otras mesas molesto con el servicio. el personal estaba por todas partes, fuerte intercambio entre ellos. sin consistencia alguna. Un gran cambio desde hace 2 semanas. Definitivamente no es una experiencia que quiera volver a intentar.

The title of this review says it all. What was particularly concerning was that the staff could not have cared less when our concerns over food quality was raised.

For months, I was hearing from friends about a sister restaurant of Beirut Express on Brompton (one of my regular favorites). Finally, on 05JUL19, three of my compatriots and I wended our way up to High Street from our hotel and were so pleased to find this wonderful space with the same delicious food and service.Over the last couple of years, I have had their shwarma, kabobs, hummus, olives, and a number of other items from the menu. (Treat yourself to a side order of their French fries!) My favorite by far is #55 Farrouj Meshwi or Boneless Baby Chicken. Always flavorful and succulent, I’ve never found it like this anywhere else in the world!The highlight of our visit was our server, Christian. He was attentive, friendly, and generous, with a warm, wonderful smile. I’m in London once every month and this will be my go-to place.

We ate dinner here. The food is very good and plentiful. We had kabobs, chicken shwarmah, hummus with pita and vegetables, We took half home in boxes, and the owner gave us a whole bag of fresh pita! The atmosphere is very pleasant, one could hear each other. Lots of room between tables.

Passed this restaurant by chance at lunch and it was full so booked for the evening. Really tasty authentic Lebanese food, nice wine and helpful service staff. We had 6 small plates so managed to get a variety of Lebanese dishes. it was more than enough food. Very enjoyable and would go back.

We just had a wonderful dinner at randa by Maroush. Our waiter, Christian, was very helpful in making some suggestions which turned out to be fantastic. My favourite was the sambousek lamb. Absolutely delicious!! Thanks Maroush for a wonderful dinner.

Some colleagues and I passed by this gem on our way to another restaurant the week before and decided based on it's appearance and menu to come by the following week and give it a try. Soooo glad we did. We were warmly welcomed and immediately seated, although I highly recommend reservations as it was packed very quickly. We had not had much experience with Lebanese food and all wait staff were highly knowledgeable and gave us great recommendations for both food and wine. We decided to share a set Ramadan menu, which included soup, Fattoush salad, falafel, schwarma and many other delicacies that I didn't recognize. Each course was exquisite and the timing of the food arrival was perfect. Even sharing, it was more food than we could eat and we had some to take away for the next day. I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough for food quality and taste, service, ambience and value. I can't wait to go back!

I went there with my husband for dinner and we weren’t impressed.

Very interesting healthy Lebanese cuisine, beautifully presented fresh food, generous portions, friendly staff and congenial atmosphere. Rather noisy when crowded, which is probably most of the time, as it is such good value for money. Went twice on successive nights, and would not hesitate to go again when next in London.

The Lamb Shawarma dinner was sublime. Everything else also superb. Great service. Several happy families there. Highly recommend.

I used to love this restaurant and used to recommend this place to many people. Unfortunately this restaurant has gone down hill. We used to always get a plate of meat sharwarma. The meat was sooo moist , a bit crisp and so tasty. This time unforetunately it didnt live up to its expectation and was dry. The kibbe balls were good. We tried their chicken livers, a total disappointment. Maybe the restaurant was having a bad day but food was ok not as good as usual.

We had breakfast with school parents and it was delicious. I tried the Shakshuka eggs and love them!

La primera camarera que le dijimos se limitó a encogerse de hombros y luego pedimos un reemplazo con la segunda camarera y esperamos hasta que la factura le diga al gerente que no íbamos a por ese artículo. Aceptó, pero no se disculpó por las molestias causadas.

My partner has been wanting to go to Randa for while now as Lebanse is our favourite cuisine and after reading all the great reviews. I don’t know if this was just an off day for the restaurant but we were so disappointed with our evening. As soon as we got there the reception from staff was friendly however we were seated right by the bar area and noticed a few small flies lingering around table - we didnt say anything because we were so excited to eat. Unusally we both ordered fish cod and seabass. My cod was meant to be £18, brought to me was a pile of white rice topped with cod and fried onions, it was tasteless, chewy and smelt (obviously been microwaved) for the price I was expecting something amazing! I sent it back and the waiter just had to take one look at it to agree and take it away, I told them not to make another one. My partners seabass was below average although £19, he was also told it would come with rice but it didnt. I didnt eat after thing after this and nothing else was offered out of generosity.

We have been to Randa numerous times over the past years. Yesterday it was very disappointing. There were only a handful of customers (5) when we arrived for lunch but it seemed like we were bothering staff who finally came over to seat us. The food was OK, not as good as it used to be but the worst thing was the soggy, luke-warm, awful spinach fatayer. It was clearly micro-waved and we sent it back. Seems also that they have decided to shrink the falafels,

I never tried lebanese food before and it was a good surprise.

Came here with my mothers few months ago and it was outstanding, so brought the family back for Sunday lunch. Table booked for 1:45. Took 30 mins before anyone took an order let alone drinks. Had to ask three times for water. Food arrived before drinks. Missing a starter and tabbouleh with virtually no cracked wheat in it no good. Food itself was delicious. Asked for coffees and a mint tea. Arrived with no spoons or sugar and no tea. Eventually I got up to ask then was told there was no mint for the tea. Coffee now cold which was replaced. Distinct lack of direction in coordination of service which we were told was due to absence of staff. It suddenly got a lot more efficient when an older man arrived -the owner?? A real shame given how good it had been last time.

staff need to adhere to restaurant opening and closing time as we’ve been advised the same day we’ve booked by restaurant manager that closing time is 12:00am but when we arrived and after ordered our food we’ve been advised they will close by 11:15pm. Very nice food.

A friend and I ran across this restaurant and stop in on a whim and loved it. The food was so fresh and delicious. I’ve never seen hummus served in this manner and thoroughly enjoyed. The wait staff were friendly and we’ll make time to visit again before we fly home.

The time between ordering and getting the food was very short which was great because we were starving and the complimentary hummus + veggie plate was delicious. Tried to have dinner there with my partner and this man with grey suit asked us to leave saying he could not accommodate us even if the restaurant was empty. It felt homophobic as my partner was holding my hand. No explanations given just asked us to leave. It was a very weird behaviour. I would not recommend to anyone. This was a one time bad experience as all maroush we’ve been was lovely. Totally recommend Ranoush at High Street Kensington where we ended up at the end.

Randa by Maroush is a small, cosy place with authentic Lebanese food. The Shawarma was delicious and they gave us complimentary baklava at the end of the meal. If you’re nearby and would like to stop for shawarma this is the place to go. Oh and the portions are HUGE!

Lovely restaurant easy for vegan and vegitarians to order food. Service was very good and the manager was extremely honest. We enjoyed very much everything about the restaurant.

Tuvimos que esperar más de 20 minutos para llegar a nuestras bebidas. Vegetariana mezze eran sabrosos pero el mismo no puede ser dicho sobre la carne. Cordero fue recocida. Fue muy duro y sosa. Sabía como ha sido recooked en vez de recién preparados. Fue la peor cordero que he comido en mi vida. No lo recomiendo, no volvería.

Nunca había tenido comida libanesa en mucho tiempo y esta fue mi primera vez en Randa. Los platos estaban muy sabrosos. El director era muy hospitalario y me hizo sentir como si yo estamos de vuelta en casa. Teníamos pescado picante sabroso, shawarma, kibble, cordero y muchos entrantes. Al final, nos ofrecieron una generosa cantidad de dulces de cortesía. Tuve una experiencia muy positiva y sin duda recomiendo este lugar.

Ate here on the off chance as fancied a kebab type meal

So, me and my friend went out to find a place to have dinner, and we decided to check this restaurant. As we walked in, everyone greeted us, they took us to our table, and they gave us plenty time to decide. We had roasted potatoes with vegetables, baked lamb, seasoned yogurt with bread... And it was so good! The size of the portions was more than enough, everything came to the table really fast, and the waiters and waitresses super kind. Definitely going back there.

Una cálida bienvenida y sentado y no tenemos ninguna queja sobre el servicio. Sin embargo fue en el mejor para vagos en el peor simplemente pobre. La llegada de un recipiente grande de toda pimientos, zanahorias y una lechuga debería haber sido una advertencia. Nos comer? Toda? Eran solo decoración? Si es así ¿por qué? Los aperitivos eran muy pobres, algunos encurtidos y hojas de parra. Las hojas de parra muy amarga y agudo y casi sin relleno, los pickles, monótona y aburrida. Los campos principales era cocinado, pero casi con cualquier salsa o sabor. Si hubiera pagado 5 libras en un kebab shop habría sido más exigentes, pagamos 17 libras y me decepcionó. En conjunto, 60 libras en una comida que debería haber sido 30 libras. Una experiencia de basura.

Estado aquí unas cuantas veces y siempre una comida muy buen gusto, con un servicio atento, muy bueno. El restaurante está justo al lado de HSK en una esquina y está muy limpio. El menú es amplio con una gran selección de platos libaneses. Por supuesto volveremos.

Attractively furnished Lebanese restaurant in a convenient location around the corner from Kensington High Street tube. Extensive menu and bar. The appetizers are standard middle eastern and very good. I would recommend the grilled meats, chicken, lamb and steak. More than enough to eat.

I came here with friends on Boxing Day. We did not have a reservation but they were able to seat us quickly! Everyone enjoyed their choices. I had Lamb at it was fabulous! We all shared several of the appetizers and loved them all!

Booked here for dinner. Probably didn't need to as there was room. Got a table by the window, which was good as there was a window ledge that we could put 'stuff'on, as the two person tables are quite small and Lebanese food takes up a lot of space. Decided to have the two person special which had a number of hot & cold entrees, a mixed grill and sweets. Overall very pleasant but in detail:-

Se vi piace la cucina libanese vi consiglio questo locale, l'ambiente è gradevole, i costi accettabili in proporzione alla qualità e quantità del cibo, anche la scelta dei vini è molto buona. Si trova in una zona residenziale tranquilla. Raccomando di fare attenzione a dei peperoncini verdi che servono nel pinzimonio, hanno un aspetto diverso dai nostrani, più lunghi, quasi sembrano fagiolini, sono piccantissimi, veramente esplosivi. Per assaggiare la cucina libanese va benissimo.

Sono stata molto contenta di aver trovato questo posto e sopratutto il fatto che sono venuta con famiglia e bambina qua e siamo rimasti veramente soddisfatti sia di cucina che servizio. Went here twice for lunch, both times very much enjoyed. Great choice of lebanese dishes and the staff is very friendly and helpful on recommending while ordering food. Do not skip the muhammara, it's fantastic.
