Ralphie and Poppys Play Cafe in Stevenage

Mothers day completely ruined , 7 meals were ordered only 5 arrived ,after asking the staff where the remaining dinners were we were told the ticket for 2 meals was still in the till and the 3rd was ordered as a side dish ,that was a mistake by staff . After complaining about service the cook was rude as was her daughter who serves in the bar ,finally I was told that I would get the2 meals for free as it was their error but the cook wasn't happy about that and phoned the manager who said yes as it was the pubs mistake so we finally received our food 1 hour 45 minutes after everyone else which was slammed down on the table along with the cutlery

Wow what a great store for motorcycle clothing. Went in to look at helmets but the service was so good I bought 1 for my partner 2..they even knocked off some money as we were buying 2.at the same time. Couldn't take them home as wanted a different colour for hers but they also do free postage. Would highly recommend.

Great pub had the burger deal aimee served us on the bar great knowledge of the menu and drinks lots of deals to try out on other days will definitely be back

Excellent pub, great beer snacks and service hospitality 5*. Made welcome visiting from birmimgham for the game at stevenage. Bob the dog knows good people when he sees them .

Great staff,great service,small portion options gives variety for several dinners.
