Had a voucher for a 3 course meal. The service, surroundings and food were amazing. Would definitely recommend.

Easy to book, staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the meny and cocktail lists, We were there on a Sunday so both of us had the Sunday roast options. Portions were generous and everything was cooked to perfection. We had not anticipated eating everything on the plate but it was all delicious. Highly recommend this eatery , you will not be disappointed

Christmas gift, Wine and cheese taster lunch. Nice, chilled atmosphere, excellent service and large glasses of wine! Cocktails were fab too🍸🍸🍷🍷

The food is ok but doesn’t have much flavour to it. One of waitresses was really nice (young with short blond hair) and the other was quite impatient. The restaurant is aesthetically pleasing.

The most pleasureable place to have coffee at. When we asked for a separate corner to hold a zoom meeting, they even turned the music down

Used voucher as present from my daughter was 3 course and drink for 2 people. My wife got gin fizz which she said was ok, i got aperol spritz, too much ice and soda for my liking, starters were nice. I had beef cheek with potatoes and veg, I got 1 carrot and a portion of a beef cheek, my wife had roast beef, desert should have been lovely, crumble with custard but got very small amount of custard, complained and got same amount and told that was all they had. Bill was only £15.20 gave them £20 with intention of leaving change for tip but change never came back,. Overall overpriced, and service you would get with pub grub.

Pleasant surroundings in a lovely building, we had tickets for the theatre and asked if our food could be delivered quickly which the staff graciously accommodated.

Upon arrival beautifully laid out restaurant. Wonderful ambiance. However, the service wasn't great. My husband and I wished for a table in a quiet corner of the establishment and the female at the front desk was not happy with where I had chosen - I assumed it was due to tables that had been set. When I looked around - the tables where prepared much the same as the one I had chosen. We ordered drinks, food etc. The service continued on a downward spiral as my husband and i opted for different dishes to share. The food was excellent, beautiful restaurant but the female's attitude and tone from the outset at the front desk with the fair toned hair who was clearly the manager, we found rude. Staff in general; not welcoming.

Suberb as always! Had to cancel 2 previous bookings due to ‘flu amongst the group. No hassle. Eventually got there tonight. 1 son who eats in posh London places said ‘best steak ever!’ Other son and girlfriend loved it. Visiting from the US and only had one afternoon to enjoy some food in Glasgow and I randomly chose here. I’m very glad I did, amazing service and delicious food. I sat at the bar and inquired about some of the best options to try, the bartender wasn’t too sure about one of them, so instead of just pacifying me with a generalized comment, he went around asked all of the staff until he found some that had it before- first time I’ve ever seen that. The food was delicious also, would highly recommend to fellow travelers.

We are often in Ralph and Finns and were served tonight by Shona. Shona with the glasses what a wonderful girl. Even chased us to a he taxi to give us our Polaroid picture from the event before. What an angel. So much more attentive that we have ever had. Well done darling merry Xmas x

Food was some of the best we’ve had in Glasgow. Service was some of the worst I have ever had in my entire life with the waitress not listening to our order, seeming immensely disinterested and plain rude. For the price of food there are far better options in Glasgow and would avoid like the plague if you have any other options in Glasgow

Excellent food and service, really enjoyed the Haggis Cake. Third time there. Enjoyed it so much didn’t realise the time until last orders were called , definitely recommend. Only request would be they fix the front door so it actually closes itself when customers don’t.

Beautiful dishes, but fish must swim was taken very literally here. At least 300ml oil/butter with a plaice fillet floating in it.

We had a great time at Ralph and Finn's. Great to see, also, that despite it being a wet Monday night, the place was busy enough and they had quite a few people in. We had three courses, including a cocktail (elderberry gin fizz 😁) amongst the drinks. Every one a winner. The service was excellent - helpful and friendly with people who seemed genuinely delighted when we shared views on the food. Special mentions to the bradan rost, trout, pineapple carpaccio and the mad tower of sticky toffee pudding but everything was good. Many thanks!

I held a private lunch for my 40th Birthday and had a fantastic time. The staff were always hand on hand to deal with any questions I had and couldn't have been more helpful on the day! Everyone commented on how lovely the food was and just the general ambience of the room! Our waiter Nathan was a credit to the Ralph and Finns team and helped make a special day even more so so thankyou!

Elegant room, helpful staff and good atmosphere. We had a lightish lunch. Several chose the lunch set menu and were very happy with it. I had two starters and they were very tasty.

Fine dining, great food and good service, two courses lunch is a good value choice

Sat down on the terrace at 5.30 pm with my wife for a drink and some bar snacks. We were completely ignored by 3 snotty servers who refused to make eye contact. Waited for 15 minutes and watched someone who arrived after us get served. Got up and left and won’t ever be back.

The Steak Frites Offer offer is the best deal in town and the sticky toffee pudding was to die for😋 shout out to Molly for the lovely service today 🙌

Just had a 60th family birthday private dining party and can only say the whole night was fab. the food was lovely and the staff were excellent. would definately recommend.

We walked in to restaurant and asked if they had a table for 2 we were told NO and not given another time slot or offered any just NO… we left and I went on to the website and managed to book a table for 2 for 5 minutes time so went back in and showed reservation and asked why and no explanation given..but shown to a table by the same person who said NO 5 minutes before. Food was nice and only gave 3* due to front house being so unhelpful… A bit of staff training wouldn’t go a miss as they also refused a few customers before and after us who obviously went else where to spend their cash … But we stuck with it and managed to find a table through the website open table .

This place is excellent. We had a fabulous waitress. The food was great and the atmosphere perfect. A very pleasant surprise in Glasgow.

The best steak we’ve eaten in Glasgow. The pie is also above all expectation. Strongly recommend.

Came to Ralph and Finn's today, a party of three. Two of us had oysters. However I was the only one who had the Ragu within 2 hours on the toilet. Have been in the toilet in pub, station and at home several times. Noted another comment re the Ragu. My day out with friends completely spoilt. It was not the oysters.

Was treated to a birthday lunch and was first time of eating here for both of us. Staff very professional, helpful and courteous without being obtrusive. Decor and cleanliness exceptional. Only downside is entrance is via steps so difficult for less abled customers but I did not check if there was specific disabled access available. Went on a prix fixe lunch which is three courses plus a drink (good selection) and staff were helpful with dietary requirements. All food was well cooked, seasoned and presented with good portion size and was very tasty. A lovely city centre venue.

We booked the mezzanine for 16 people on Saturday night to celebrate my husbands retirement with family. We cannot fault the evening, the food was delicous and was served with reasonable time in between courses. Drinks were topped up as required. Popped in lunchtime for a cocktail and was very unimpressed. The drinks menu had 4 special cocktails on it one of which was a 'Bramble' but didn't have the ingredients. On asking the waitress, who looked totally uninterested, what is a Bramble? she replied 'It's a Bramble'. I asked but what's in it? She went off the bar and had a talk with the barman. On returning she said 'It's Gin'! I said yes but it's a cocktail, what else is in it? 'Gin' she replied?? So, we ordered 2 cocktails that we had heard of before. They were OK but nothing special. All in all a very poor experience mainly because of poorly trained staff.

Cracking venue with an amazing menu and the bar is lovely. Bar staff are very knowledgable. Would thoroughly recommend.

I do not understand why this place has so many good reviews. Food was below par and very small portions. Service was barely average, atmosphere non existent. Pretending to to upscale, but in reality Weatherpoons has better fare. Sadly disappointed 😞

It was quiet , the service was good and the food was better than I expected. I liked the crab and ginger soup and no complaints about the rest of our meals. Three of us had different choices and we all enjoyed them. The service was nice and professional, a bit impersonal, but I’m being picky here At first glance the menu looks small and simple , but it’s well cooked and presented , I’ll definitely be back

I must say this was one of the worst dining experiences of my life, as a party of 25 we endured a 4 hour 3 course meal, receiving our starter after abominable 1.5 hours of waiting. The time to serve seemed like an intentional ploy to draw more money out of us on drinks and the staff continually pushed drinks. To top it off this upscale wetherspoons experience concluded with argument with managers as they expected us to pay service charge which they claimed was mandatory. Abhorrent experience, what a farce.

Lovely place but NOT DOG FRIENDLY

Nice food in a nice setting however after having had a service charge automatically included in the bill it was disconcerting to see a request on the card machine to make a tip for service. Not a good thing to do. Add it to the bill or offer an opportunity at time of payment, not both or people will double pay as we did.

Lovely atmosphere. The burgers were delicious. The mash was star of the show though. Prices justified. Good date night location.

As my title says Not As Good As Before. Quickly seated but slow to be attended to. Didnt get my drink as requested which is clearly a listening issue the server had. Sunday lunch arrived quickly, tasted and looked delish but it wasnt very warm and the beef I had was two very thin slices, I was very dissapointed. Moved from restaurant to the bar and again it was a slow service, only had one drink there and left.

Came here for food and drinks on a busy Friday. The place is stunning and the food was amazing, great value set menu. Yes the portions aren’t massive, but it’s just the right amount of very tasty, good quality food. Can’t wait to come back for the best cod dish I’ve had.

Came here for lunch as a party of 3 One of our party ordered from the set menu Myself and another person in the party ordered from the main menu The other party members had the parfait for starter which they both liked Myself I ordered the scallops unfortunately my scallops were over cooked I went with a safe option being the Camembert which was nice However none of us enjoyed the mains one being beef ragu from the set menu Again myself and another party member ordered from the main menu one being the double cheeseburger which was overcooked and again myself I had the lamb rolled shoulder which was tough The staff were friendly and eager to resolve our issues Sadly I do believe in first impressions and won’t be back

First time diner, was looking forward to dinner in this beautiful Restaurant but wow what a disappointment. The Restaurant and Bar is lovely but I honestly couldn’t believe how disappointing the food was. Expensive for food and drinks which I don’t mind if the food is good. Firstly I had liver parfait, the smallest piece of liver pate and a half slice of toast. Such a small portion. Main course was goats cheese tart, which consisted of an extremely small portion of the goats cheese tart with a bag of lettuce leaves thrown on the plate. I wouldn’t actually mind too much if the taste was fantastic but so ordinary. I would go back for drinks, even though it was very expensive but will never eat there again. Don’t waste your money, so many fantastic restaurants in Glasgow to go to and this isn’t one of them

Had a lovely lunch there today. Special 2 course Market Menu in February. Normally £25, today £15. Food beautiful, and excellent service. Drinks and wine expensive, but it was a treat.

Came in for a drink on Friday night about half ten before getting train home. "Whisky Room"closed for the night. Only certain areas open.... This is for the benefit of the staff at the expense of customers

Fantastic night celebrating a friends special birthday. We were in the private dining area. Food and service were superb. Always someone on hand to look after us. Hoping I remember the girls name right but Martine was a lovely waitress and a smile on her face all night.

I booked the private dining for a family and friends event and neither I nor any of my guests were disappointed. The food was delicious and very well presented and the staff were a credit to the establishment and cared for everyone but particularly to my guest of honour. The whole team made an important night into a fondly remembered one.

5 diners and all voted this 2/5 at best. Totally lack lustre meal with only the beef cheek passing muster, with a wine list that failed to offer non- expense account value.

I have always liked the ambience of this place but felt the food was a bit lack lustre. This last visit was however a complete rip off. We visited as two couples and three of us ordered the 8 oz fillet steak medium rare at £38 each. All sides were extra. One of the steaks was particularly tiny and all of them were so over cooked so much that the edges were tough. One of us ordered the monkfish which was also over cooked. At this sort of premium cost we left feeling aggrieved . I should say we did not want to spoil the day by returning all the meals at the time but I can’t condone this . All staff were delightful but the food lets this place down

We booked this venue for our wedding Meal for 14 of us. The communication beforehand for planning was exceptional. It was a perfect day and Ralph and Finns was the perfect venue. The food was absolutely beautiful cooked to perfection. The staff were great making sure we had the best time. All our guests said it was the best steak they had ever tasted and were very impressed. Thank you so much for hosting us you made our day very special and we will be returning for our anniversary

We booked here on recommendations for my birthday on Sunday. A top drawer restaurant and bar with a good atmosphere. The food (I had the fillet steak) was superbly cooked and delicious. We had lovely service from our waitress Charlotte, who had heard me mention it was my birthday and surprised me with Scottish sweets after our meal - top hospitality and attentiveness, give her a treat !

A very pleasant place with helpful staff. BUT....8 choices of mains and only 1 for vegetarians, similar for starters. In this day and age how is that defensible? I won't go again unless this changes.

Me and my Husband celebrated our wedding with our family at Ralph and Finns on Saturday and oh my god. From start to finish everything was just perfect. Let’s start with the service. All the girls that were working there are absolute stars! All of them were really nice and really attentive and quick. 100/10 Now to the food - it was one of the best dinners we ever had. The beef cheek was to die for, we’re still talking about it because it was out of this world. I wish I could give a 100 stars because that’s what this restaurant deserves. 1000/10

Second visit here. Delicious food but not for every day. Prices are on the high side but an excellent place for a special treat.

First time eating at Ralph & Finn's, since it changed (from Urban Bar). We booked a table for 4 people at 5pm and were quickly taken to our table. The restaurant is looking impressive since its refurb and the staff were all very nice. The service was good, but sadly, that was pretty much it. The menu isn't the extensive but I thought that would potentially be a good. The thinking being that less options would result in more care/attention. None of us were overly impressed with the starters and the mains were even worse. (We all ordered something different) Considering the price the charge, we felt fairly ripped off for bang average food. Wasn't the worst food we have had but wouldn't go back for another meal, with so many good options in Glasgow.

My friends and l had the most beautiful meal on Saturday evening. From the moment we arrived until we left, many hours later, we were treated like Royalty (praise indeed). The atmosphere was bouncing, the service first class and the meal was delicious. I will be booking again very soon as my husband is now very keen to go along. The hospitality sector has been hit very badly, initially with covid restrictions and now the cost of living crisis yet there were no empty seats!!! All credit to management and staff. Ooops l forgot to mention the decor, simply breathtaking. Couldn't recommend it high enough. Simply the best.
