Gorgeous food mouthwatering and friendly service. Sometimes it can take a little while but then the food is always fresh and hot so i dont mind. I love it here and cant wait until my next visit.

Worst Indian meal I have ever had! The meal came out in a soup bowl that had clearly been in the microwave, it was boring and bland and the waiters were rude!

They accidentally got my order wrong which happens wherever you go, but they were so quick with resolving the issue and got me a complete fresh meal and were very apologetic. Perfect response!! Will be returning!

To the waiter who was rude with his tone and felt he could rush us into ordering food and make a point about being very busy :- 1.Do not treat/speak to an asian any less than you would a white person, 2 Remember, you are a brown man yourself 3. You could do with some training on customer service 4. And learn how to smile to your customers We shared our experience with the owner of the restaurant, owner and his son were apologetic- we thank you for this.

Service was slow, polite welcoming staff, starter was nice main the chicken was tuff.

Cannot praise this restaurant enough in all areas excellant delicious food, service faultless, spotlessly clean, waiters were impeccably smart, polite and efficient. I would like to give our waiter Abdul a mention as he looked after us superbly.

Went for a Christmas meal with family and the service and food was fantastic

New customer never been before had a delivery they sent me the wrong curry after waiting 1hour 30mins all food was cold and sweaty packaging then refused to sent me my order again as they was too busy they said I would get free replacement 1 curry next time or I could go and collect from them even tho it was delivery and they charged me 2pound for 2 miles away once I got there no offer of good will was offered...

We visited Rajput with friends. The restaurant was busy and the mains were quite nice. I had a lamb naga, pilau rice, plain naan and chips. Between us we had 18 poppadoms and most of them was soft and had to be returned. Also, the food took ages to arrive and people started to leave the restaurant. Any longer and we were about to do the same. Just be mindful if visiting on a Saturday night if its quite busy, you may be waiting a while.

We was welcomed we was seated to our taste we was gave some of the best Indian food me and my mrs have had in a long long time deffo the best around by far and would highly recommend price is perfect food is above perfect

Came with some friends who had been before. Unsure of what to expect as heard v mixed reports. Got there and moved table twice which wasn't a good start. Had poppadoms starter and then just as tgey served main courses were told we had to move tables again as they had our table for someone else. Refused to move and they stood over us demanding we moved and started to take food away. Not impressed to say the least but didnt want to cause a scene. Very stressful evening ,food was okbut overallservice appalling

Came here for a lovely family meal and the service and food was excellent from start to finish. All the staff were really friendly and helpful with the menu! can’t wait to come back!

Very disappointed with the service and the overall quality of the food. We had ordered a fair amount of food to share between our party. One of the mains was incorrect, the server was rude, there was no attempt to reconcile the issue. The waiter told us in no uncertain terms this is what we ordered. (It wasn’t!) Now aside from the awful waiter the food wasn’t particularly good, the naan breads were terrible, no cheese on the garlic and cheese naan, not much filling in the peshwari naan (pretty sure its meant to have raisins in it). The Jalfrezi tasted like it had scotch bonnet peppers rather than green chillis. The tiled floor in the restaurant is also so slippy because of oil and grease that it is a hazard. Its safe to say I don’t think we will be visiting again.

Stunning food in a beautiful restaurant. Our party of 13 all agreed that the food was brilliant. My chicken dansak was the best I've ever eaten, and boy have I eaten a few over time. When next in the area I'll be visiting again.

Spontaneous visit to this restaurant we have heard all good things about. My husband and I, with our 3 children left very satisfied. We were looked after by Abdul who helped us with our ordering genuinely advising us to order less to avoid wasting food and money. He was right! Food was delicious even our fussy 8 year old ate all his food. Our son has a nut allergy, Abdul was so helpful and dilligent with checking the ingredients used with the chef. Highly recommend, we will be back. Thank you.

Been here a few times for family birthday meals and we’ve never been disappointed! The food is always 10/10 and the service is incredible. Our server Abdul was very kind and friendly aswell as all the staff who cater to your every needs. Would highly recommend to anyone.

First time for me, came here with a friend and not disappointed with the food as it was really tasty and the service was good to. Prices were a little high though. Will have to go again.

After using this curry house for many family gatherings, spending hundreds of pounds each time coming here really disappointed with the food and service, incredibly rude staff was ignored when making a complaint about the food we always have not tasting as it should, the server couldn’t even make out the curry it was supposed to be, we were given the cold shoulder once complained and had to go up to the bar to pay as we were blanked given rude replies when asking why it isn’t as good tonight, absolutely shocked at their customer service, will not be returning or recommending to others, ashamed another good food-spot has gone downhill

Great upmarket looking restaurant. Had a takeaway. Very disappointed! Butterfly King Prawn starter. Over breadcrumb coated cooked in same stale oil as the inedible poppadum were cooked in. Never had mushy pilau rice before, that accompanied the poor chicken madras. The worst Indian takeaway, I’ve ever had!

Bright and light surroundings with plenty of room to sit and not bump in to each other or other diners. The food was really excellent. We had six very different meals including starters that were flavoursome and individual. Delicious. The staff were perfect . The sunday pricing deal was a pleasant surprise. It was a great find and we will be going back again very soon.

Wow been to a fair few restaurants on this street, however the food here is so outofthisworld tasty it’s a must to come back. The Pathia is the finest flavors I’ve ever had. Lovely nan bread, comes pre cut which I don’t like normally but the bread was Devine. The food here is truly top notch, and down this street this will be my new preference to attend. Thankyou for a lovely meal.

Me and my family are Boldmere residents and this is our first visit to Rajput restaurant. Our first impressions when we walked in was what a beautiful, clean modern restaurant. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the service and food was first class!! Our dinners were delicious and honestly the best Indian food I’ve tasted in Boldmere. We will definitely be coming back again after a lovely first experience. Thank you to Abdul and all the wonderful staff at Rajput. 🙂

We're lucky to have a few Indian restaurants in Boldmere, but Rajputs is really amazing, food, service, decor and atmosphere. I think the mains are really authentic, delicate flavors, staff are attentive . Abdul always looks after us Its also great value. £15 meal deals Sunday to Wednesday plus bring your own drinks, defo check it out

Very disappointing, have always sang their praises but totally got our order wrong tonight, and after making a second journey to collect what they’d missed it was still wrong!

Went on a Thursday evening and asked for a table for two, they were quite busy but we were shown to a table straight away. After 10 minutes had to remind the waiter we were there and waiting for menus. After another 15 minutes of being ignored, and watching people who came in after us having their orders taken, we walked out.

Everything was brilliant except when I asked for the bill and a guy slammed it down and said cash or card which I found un acceptable shame really as it did piss me off slightly

First time at Rajput, very slow, probably because of Mothers Day, but they should have had an extra waiter on duty. Waited for some time between courses and after the meal was finished, we were ignored waiting for our bill, then got fed up with waiting to pay, so I went to the counter to pay.

Went here for my granddaughters birthday. Very tasty food, £166 bill for 7 people. Even brought a desert out to my granddaughter singing Happy Birthday to her.

Nice food but after being at the table for an hour Waiter came to us and said really sorry but we need the table back. Asked for serviettes didn't get them. Asked for desert menu but got the bill instead . Clearly chucking us out because they wanted the table. We went to have a nice catch up with friends. Service and attitude of the restaurant spoilt it. Paid the bill , we werent going to tip but our change was not bought back. A great pity as the food was nice but won't go again

First time going to Rajput, relieved a warm welcome and was given a nice seating area taking in consideration my needs. Service was friendly and helpful with staff asking if needed any assistance and to not hesitate to ask. Food came out fairly quickly after ordering. Starters which consisted of mixed meat platter and onion barjees were delicious. Mains came out soon after which was 3 curries, naan and rice all of which were good portions and delicious. The after meal service was good and treated with chocolate and scented hand wipes. All in all good value for money, nice atmosphere, lovely staff and good overall experience.

I recently visited the local curry house and had an amazing experience. The food was incredibly flavorful, with a perfect blend of spices that left me wanting more. The service was top-notch, and the ambiance was cozy and inviting. I will definitely be returning in the future to try more dishes from their menu. Highly recommend this place to any curry lovers!

I come here all the time, it’s my favourite restaurant. The staff here are always lovely to us and make sure that we are satisfied. The main reason is the food. You won’t find better! These guys know what they’re doing!

Was craving some Indian food so decided to try out rajput on boldmere rd and safe to say I wasn’t disappointed. Food was lovely and staff were kind. Will 100% be back.

Came here the other day with the family, was not disappointed. The service was quick and food was delicious. Would highly recommend you won’t be disappointed. Great for birthdays or a night out with the family.

Very disappointed, picked up a few meals and enjoyed, but decided on a delivery. Food cold and tasteless. Tawa had 3 bayleaves in it and taste. Naan in foil pack was cold. Onion bahjees smallest ever seen. Excessive coconut in passanda. For the price - overpriced! 2 x poppadoms were also cold. We all know you're going to get a bad one, but this was beyond bad all went in bin!

Amazing service and food was exploding with flavours, they will be seeing me again and more often, big shout to the waiter Abul for providing us with excellent customer service even to a table of 25 still kept a professional standard of service and left everyone satisfied 👍

Oh my. Don’t know what to start with other than the food was absolutely delicious and had so much flavour. Also the staff were very caring as they were checking up on us even though it was busy with smiles on their face trying to make us feel comfortable here. I would definitely recommend coming here and I think this will be my go to Indian food spot.

Just collected from Rajput. Food normally good. But because it was not ready. They offered me free chips. Oh my God, the chips was clearly off somebody else’s plate from earlier on. Completely out or order. Fumming Check the photos

my regular curry house never had a bad experience at rajput ,extensive menu good service from friendly staff foods very nice ,so is the atmosphere bring your own drinks cuts down the bill as well ,meal offers Midweek as well reasonably priced ,if your in boldmere give it a try

Lovely food, lovely service, great atmosphere - no wonder it was packed! There's a delay for food when it is very busy but that's to be expected, definitely worth the wait!

Well what can i say other than misleading menu prices and very disappointing! 1papadom on line cost £0.70 and yet we have paid £4.80( because it came on a tray with salad which we didnt know about) Prices on line dine in and in the restaurant are totally different!! So check before please. We were ready to pay £57.00 but have been forced to pay £75.00( after a very very long talks we eventually paid £65.00 though) The manager was very rude and trying to explain to us that they only have a takeway menu on line!! Well im sorry but you dont!! You have both take away and dine in! And when we was picking our dishes we correctly looked at the dine in menu and prices!! He just simply didnt want to listen!! It was embarasing forbus but overpaying by £20 its a lot! Food was alright but nan bread very greasy overall nothing special. Wont be coming again!

If you want some chicken in your curry don't ask for the special deal at £14.95. I counted 6 pieces of chicken with a bit of sauce and that was it. My wife who didn't have the deal as she only wanted a main had loads of chicken in hers! Service was a bit of a mixed bag too. Food was good but they need to improve!

Relay nice food. Excellent service. Reasonably priced. Couldn't really fault it.

Tried for the first time. Lovely restaurant. Food was excellent. Staff were extremely attentive. Also it was good to listen to music that reflected the experience instead of the modern noise played in most establishments. Bring your own alcohol which we don't mind. When we're next in the area we shall definitely revisit.

Went last night with some friends. First time. Very good food, attentive and pleasant service. Disappointed that online the Special Banquet is priced at £12.95 (and still is this morning) but when we got to the restaurant it was priced at £14.95. Mentioned this to the waiter, even showed him the online price, but he said it was £14.95. Management need to get the online price changed to be fair to customers. Will go back.

Lovely setting, decor & atmosphere. Food is OK nothing exceptional, for some reason they cut up the naan breads and dump in one basket, so u don't know if you've eaten all of yours & then eating someone else's. Service is slow, starters not delivered altogether had to wait for 2 and same with the mains. Had to ask 3 times for bottle of water and was the same with the coffees. Just a little dispointing after the reception we recieved.

Midweek offer, take your own drinks. Whilst my food was too spicy for me, I was offerred that an alternative could be provided. Mixed with a friends rice and some extra mint sauce. Great night out will certainly go again.

We have been here before to celebrate a birthday, food was nice so came again in a large group to celebrate another families birthday, it was very busy which is good for them but waited quite a while for our food, anyway the main problem was my daughter in-law found a piece of metal in her food, luckily she didn't choke on it, we called the man over, his reply was we don't have anything like that in our kitchen, well where the hell did it come from then? He said will speak to the manager, this obviously didn't happen, not even an apology, infact the man was quite rude, very bad customer service, we won't rush back!!

I have been here a fair few times now, but this time I was eating my food and I had long piece of metal in my mouth I pulled it out and we pulled a worker over and explained and straight away he said we don't have anything like this in the kitchen and said he will talk to his boss but never came back to me never even apologized, don't think I be coming here again which is ashame as the food is lovely but it put me right off it. Just the service is poor.

Ordered Lamb and Chicken Shashlik along with a chicken balti curry. Very tasty. 20% discount for collection which make a big difference in price! Lovely food would recommend.

We were there early Thursday, just after 5pm. Table for 2. We had poppadoms and then a main meal each, a chicken dhansak and a butter chicken which were both Piping hot and tasted absolutely fabulous Staff were friendly and welcoming and it was great value as always.

A calm family orientated restaurant, lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. The food is delicious! It's a must go to place.

Group of 11 on a Tuesday night. Extensive menu but most of our choices of starters/main were excellent. Reason for 3 star 'atmosphere' isn't necessarily meant to be detrimental but the room does have an 'echo' and besides our group there was another larger party which made conversation a little more difficult. Saying that, we were there for the food and was very impressed.

Never had a bad meal, always fast service and lovely food.
