Ordered for collection on website , firstly the shop has the wrong name on the store , says they are open , no one’s open shutters are shut took money didn’t get food , can’t get through on the phone. had to go through bank to get refund

I am not the biggest fan of Indian food, but sometimes I am really fancy it. This was ordered by pure luck through deliveroo. I had a spare credit there. Amazingly tasty! When it says extremely hot chicken phal it is indeed! Exactly what it says on the box! WIll be ordering there again for sure!

We have ordered twice now and found the currys very tasty. We had it delivered and both times the food came bang on.time. Prices are reasonable and would recommend. If you order from their website there's 10% off.

Ordered my Dinner at 19:00. Still waiting at 20:30. Called up and they had not even started cooking. Went down to the shop to sort it out. Apparently too busy to cook orders made on through chefonline (the link on their own website). Refund needs to be done through chefonline- called chefonline while in the shop and they need owners authorisation, who was too busy to deal with it. I would not recommend using this place if you want to eat food in a hurry. I ended up going to Forest Chinese who made my food before I could finish this review.

If I could minus rate it I would, the delivery was nearly an hour late, I had to phone up twice, offered onion Bhagi as an apology, when it eventually arrived not only was all the food stone cold, especially the rice that can’t be re-heated but they gave us a garlic naan 🤮instead of Keema naan that I ordered. Chicken pakora was dry, under seasoned as was the chicken tikka, I can’t eat it nor can my husband and both meals are now in the dog,he had garlic chicken which was bland with no flavour. I have been at work all day, up since 5am and was looking forward to a lovely meal and putting my feet up, well I have the latter but with a Danish pastry and not the meal I ordered hours ago 🤯🤬 Would we go back, not on your nelly!

10 mins late and forgot the sauce for the chicken and lamb tikka starters but other then that it was really nice will be ordering again

It’s not the only time this has happened, don’t know if it’s a change of management. No apology, no phone call saying it will be late. So disappointed because the food is good. 😔

Just got back from a 10 day trip to the UK. On my daughter's recommendation (she lives in Bracknell) we tried the food from this place. The saffron rice was good, the curries (Korma and Rogan Josh) were both equally c..p The price I paid was ridiculous when I compare it to the fantastically well prepared meal at more or less the same price we bought at Lavender Park the next day. The Raj naan was also useless. The Raj guys need to pop in to any number of curry places all over the UK or come down to South Africa and East Africa where they can learn about how to make real curry. I strongly advise you to stay away from this place purely because of the poor food. The venue was as expected and i have no complaints about the service. All in all the Raj, Bracknell was the worst food experience we had on our trip. Wake up Raj, Bracknell!

food was way too greasy and the amount of oil left in the lamb curry was ridiculous, the chicken in the korma was rubbery and didn’t look cooked at all.

The main course was lovely phall but the vegetable curry was poor not enough of it the kemma nam was poor not enough meat to much dough so 1 out 3 dishes ok rice fine

Poor service. Half of the curry was out from container and when I called the restaurant they were ignorant. No taste for curries either. Chappati was not cooked well. Altogether awful service

Not very great. Rice was so oily that if I sqeezed a handful of rice, oil would drip. Panner was just alright. Won't bother ordering same food again.

The driver swore at us when we said he was late and blamed you (restaurant). He shouted as walked off cursing again saying we were lying. Please do not use this driver again, we will think twice about using you and or Just Eat again.

I didn’t mind the initial lateness as I was informed, but the last half hour was not on! I did read the reviews beforehand and thought I’d risk it (why didn’t I listen!) the food was cold and nothing like described, however we did eat it as 1 hour 45 mins after ordering I would have eaten anything! expensive lesson learnt, will not be ordering from them again.

I have not received my order although it says delivered. I have received no food at all. so I am very unhappy about this as now I have to go to bed with nothing to eat! will not be ordering again! I also would like my money back as it has already come out of my account and I haven’t received my order

Garlic rice and special bhuna tikka masala was nice (I requested medium hot but was quite mild) keema naan was awful, doughy and paper thin keema attached to the bread. 50/50 about ordering again

Restaurant quality dishes with excellent quality ingredients and superbly cooked.

The food is always good here whenever I've used them. Today was the same, it was hot and tasted good and portions were big. The only slight annoyance was that the delivery time was extended "by the restaurant" but turned up earlier than the original time. This happens often with many reataurants so I actually think it's a Just Eat software thing rather than the restaurant's fault. In summary, this is my favourite local place for a curry and I will be using them again.

I have used this takeaway many times and always found the food very good. On this occasion they fell way below expectations. Over 1 hr 20 mins to deliver, we rang up after an hour to be told it would be with us in 10 mins. When the food arrived it was lukewarm and we were missing an item. I called to complain but no use, they were not interested. Won’t be seeing me again!

Chicken curry was tasteless, only difference between that & a madras was a few green flecks in the sauce and heat in the flavour. Apart from the heat both were tasteless. Not a hint of onion or any other veg in either, just uniform lumps of chicken and thin, insipid looking sauce. That’s the first take away I’ve ever had that I couldn’t face eating. Never again.

Blink and you might miss this takeaway, it's like a little hut tucked behind the newsagents at Crownwood shops. I've used this place a couple of times now. The service is very friendly and I've always found the food to be enjoyable although maybe slightly different from other takeaways in the area, nothing bad but just a slightly different take on the food. You can order online through their website for either delivery or collection which is always convenient and I think they are also affiliated with Just-Eat too. If your looking to try somewhere new this place is worth a try.

Opted for a chicken tikka Vindaloo, rice and naan. Absolutely great and would happily order again. Delivery was slightly earlier than requested but this happens from wherever I've ordered from. No free popadoms but guess that's because it was a meal for one.

Food is great, never used to have a very slow delivery. Perhaps as the food is good there is a bit of complacency regarding delivery. Or they treat online orders differently from direct orders?

Very bland, wouldn't have known by taste that it was supposed to be a Biryani.
