We just got a takeaway from this Chinese restaurant. We paid £20 the food was not good at all the barbecue pork was very fatty the bits of meat was very tough and tasted like it had been re cooked the duck pancake roll was ok not great the vermicelli was not great it didn’t taste or look fresh landed up throwing it away very disappointing and left feeling hungry.

Had a menu put through the door, never used them before but it is under new ownership, so we thought we would try them. Slightly more expensive than the local competition, on the two occasions we have used them it has been excellent both times. It will now be our Chinese delivery of choice.

Ordered three dishes to be delivered to Rotherhithe Street. Turned up cold after told drive 2 mins away! Won’t use again!!!

This restaurant was so cold we sat with our coats. Really not impressed with the food anymore. I think it has changed ownership recently. No buffet on offer anymore and the special menus of the day were hand written, not very professional in my opinion.

This place is going through the motions. Chinese for an English palate and sad to report but no effort made and that shows in the food. Very very very very disappointing. Ok, let's be honest. This place is bad.

This restaurant seemed okay from the outside as it is situated on the main road. It is also located near a bus stop and a train station. The buffet was £9.90 each which seemed reasonable considering the amount of food available. However, the drinks were very expensive with a can of Coke at £2.30. The food was average and for £9.90 I will not be returning. For a family of three (3 buffet meals & 3 drinks) the bill came to £40 which was not worth it. A set meal would have been cheaper with a curry priced around £4-5. Even though the staff were very polite and served us very quickly they were constantly walking around. Even though this shows that they care about their customers it felt as if they were constantly watching to see if we had left any food. If food was left over on a plate there would be a small fee to pay which I deem unfair & unjust.

Most decent chinese in the area, they have never been late on delivery either. Crispy duck and lemon chicken is the best.

The food is quite terrible to eat the staff are not very nice people overall Chinese buffet is pants plus they want to charge you 50p for using your bank card for a Bill over £15 don't think I'll be there ever again

This is our local Chinese, literally 2 mins away so we order a takeaway on a regular basis. We always go and pick it up. We place an order over the phone and then just go and pick it up and we always pay in cash. It's as easy as that. We get a variety of stuff every time but my favourite is the pork and crab spring rolls, they are sooo good. If we have veggie I like the veggie spring rolls and veggie Singapore noodles which is very good and tasty. We've had chicken satay in the past which my husband loved. I once had vegetables in black bean sauce which was really nice. If you are local or passing through then order something to take away. You won't be disappointed as it is very good value for money. You can eat in the restaurant as there is a buffet, but this isn't an option as I live so near that a takeaway is perfect for me. We will continue getting a takeaway.

I went for a dinner with friend of mind to discuss the job. It was quiet, we ordered few dishes to eat, after the meal the next day morning I felt sick. I was worried if it was fresh, never went back after that.

Food was terrible, very bland! Tasteless! AVOID! Mixed meat in oyster sauce, sauce was very watery and had no taste. Chicken was pale and undercooked!

Very reliable buffet at a reasonable price. Clean and fairly welcoming. The choice isn't amazing but is enough for the occasional visit.

We usually go at weekends and eat from the buffet, which is very good value, large choice of food of a good standard (and usually busy).This time we went during the week and chose from the menu. Cost is slightly more than the buffet but the quality of the food was really good. The mixed starter for two was lovely and there was a lot of it, as were the main courses. The restaurant was very quiet compared to the weekend.We have always found the service good and friendly.

Great food with great service. I usually order take aways from here but to eat in is just as nice. Would definitely recommend!

I went here today with the missus & 2 kids! Sunday is buffet day! Staff very nice, place is clean and tidy! Was impressed. All the food I tried was lovely...! And kids ate free as there under 3...! Nice one guys! Cya soon! :0)

Food here is good and at weekends they do a buffet which is very good value. Wide variety available including several starters soups duck pancakes and main courses. It can get very busy and loud though so not the place if you want a quiet meal

I waited literally 30 minutes for my takeaway order of broccoli beef. I sat patiently for about 20 minutes and when I asked where my food was they ignored me several times and then said simply 'it's busy'. There were only 4 tables with people in them, and everyone around me had also been waiting ages and we were all getting agitated. Not worth the wait!

We have visited this small restaurant several times and have always found the food to be good and the restaurant clean and pleasant. There is a wide choice and the weekend buffet is excellent value for money. Friendly staff.

Best Chinese in Bermondsey. Don't go to the one next to Bermondsey Tube station.
