Radohny Indian Takeaway in South Ribble

Amazing yet again. We wanted to order a dish we have ordered for years however with the new ownership they no longer did it. The guy on the phone was amazing, asked us what we like spice wise, fruitiness etc and picked two meals for us. I was unsure but wow I am massively impressed, chicken and chicken both tender and fresh. Both dishes were full of flavour, just the right spice for me and hot spicy for my partner. He even let my partner try both dishes on collection to make sure he liked them. Thanks so much, best Indian in Lancashire by far. Kim and Josh

Had ANOTHER delicious takeaway for three from these guys again last night. As ever totally excellent EVERY TIME, very friendly and chatty at pick up. The chef works wonders. By far the best I've ever tasted and consistently so. 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ordered takeaway from hear a couple of times now and not been disappointed the food is delicious I had chicken jalfrezi it was nice and spicy just how I like it nice thick sauce and plenty of filling 10/10 prompt delivery and piping hot I will definitely order from here again 👍

Ordered our recent usual meal of 2 chicken jalfrezi, x1 mushroom rice,x1 keema rice and 2 plain naan breads. First time we requested home delivery. Usually have a few drinks in Lostock Ale, then collect ourselves. Ordered our food 18.42 to be advised our delivery time 19.21. The food was delivered 19.20!!! Well done Radohny 👍👏

Ordered chicken tikka masala from them honestly disappointed nothing special blended sweet red consistency with couple hard cubes of chicken not worth it at all, better taste have ready made from stores.

Excellent service, excellent food! Ordered take away on a Thursday evening at work as a group. Everyone loved it and it was outstanding! Probably the best curry, better than the restaurants. The owner is an honourable gentlemen! 5 star!

Ordered a lamb Rogan Josh, a lamb Jalfrezi, mushroom rice, keema rice, plain nan and keema nan. Everything was brilliant 👍 Ordered for pick up at 5.30 It was ready and waiting. Will definitely return and recommend.

We stopped using this take away under the old management as they always give you false collection times. Since the new people have taken it over it has been good service & food every time. Worth trying if you haven't done so or since the new management have taken over.

This place is our new favourite Indian takeaway, have been ordering for the past 12 months. My parents also favourite as they often come for a takeaway and Radohny is always the first choice. Food is always excellent quality cooked to perfection. Fast delivery and friendly service. There is just something about it that is better than the rest.

Sep 2022 under new management. Same excellent tasting food, but now with the added bonus of "on time or better" delivery rather than the 2 hour waits of thd previous owners. V friendly staff as well. Top marks guys.

We had a set meal for four on New Year's Eve delivered, the food was excellent the best Indian food we have had for years, for once the curries tasted individual not as we have experienced recently were they are all basically the same with varying levels of chilli in them. ~The variety and quality of all the individual dishes we received was exceptional, we have already had a further meal which was of the same standard, I would highly recommend the Radohny.

Food was cold asked for Pilar rice and not got it they gavee boiled rice and still charged me Pilar rice prices hardly any chicken and curry sauce watery I been going here for years and now I won't ever go again I would give zero stars rang up attitude was bad of the guy on phone bad food

Good food at a good price can't really ask for more. All the staff have a smile and hello if you collect and the guy on the phone is open and honest with delivery times. Best takeaway for some miles, tried others but they simply do not compete with the flavours at The Radohny

Placed a telephone order at17.02,told it would be delivered in the hour,at 19.30 order still not delivered so rang to see we're it was,no one would pickup the phone, at 20.00 drove to shop and was told that I hadn't ordered anything, showed manager my phone and the order was sat in a bag on the side going cold then told me they were to busy to deliver, paid for food got home and it was cold , food is usually top notch here but customer service is terrible, after using this takeaway for many years sorry to say won't be going back.

Had to wait over 2 hours when I rang to chase my order no appolgey and rude.never again.

Ordered a meal at 17.10 to be picked up at 17.50. One main with two Nan bread. Had to wait for the order was over charged by a £1, couldn’t be bothered to make a fuss. Got home opened the main and the tray was only half full. Rang to complain and was told that I will get extra next time. Not the point. Will not be going back there again. Feel totally ripped off. Joke

Excellent food - I really can see why this is a highly rated venue. It can get very busy at peak times - best to order ahead and collect (expect an hour between order and collection).

It's a good takeaway, unfortunately you can't eat in!

Order food at 18.20 says 75 mins for delivery and it took 135 mins to arrive and it was warm not happy

First time I tried this was last week. Highly recommended. The food was excellent. It has taken me a couple of years to find a really good tasty curry Takeaway and this is where I will be sticking to. Keep up the the good work guys.

We both had Chicken Tikka masala one with chips n the other with mushroom fried rice, plain naan bread , onion bhaji , Excellent as always.

Very poor service. Placed a large order for delivery. Told to expect it at 7.30pm. It’s now 8.30pm, we are still waiting! Phoned to enquire, apparently it left 2mins ago ... 1hr after we were due to receive it. Still ... no sign. We never received it :-(((

After tasting the food here for the first time three months ago I have now been about 10 times! It's the nicest takeaway curry house I've been to and prices are very reasonable and the service is always pleasant. Looking forward to my takeaway tonight already!

Best curry take away in Preston. You have to try the green tikka massalla, out of this world! Or the Lamb tikka Madras for the person who likes a tasty hot curry!

Ordered for half 6, chased several times up to 8pm. Eventually turned up, cold food, in the bin. Spoke to manager who's attitude was...if you don't like it, don't order again.....we won't. Crumpets and butter for tea!!!😝😲😨 ps only gave it a one star because I couldn't comment if u didn't give it a star.

Local restaurant for us- the food is excellent and we tend to try something different to sample the menu. Never been disappointed! The staff are always so friendly and even though it can take a while for the order to be ready- it is ALWAYS worth it! Restaurant quality at take away prices! Phil and Cat x

We will not be ordering from Radohny again!! 💁 After ordering at 6pm it was 8.45pm when it was delivered. Fobbed off. Told it was on its way at 7.30pm. Phoned again at 8pm and told that the manager would delivery it personally (which also didn't happen). Not a discount, apologies for being late just "we are busy". Hope your future customers are as patient as us. You should look after your regular customers better than this.

Tried it about a year ago, have had a takeaway every week since, never disappointed. They will listen to what you like and advise accordingly, adding more chillies or garlic to your requirements and for us ( NO CORRIANDER ). Always freshly cooked and reasonably priced, with a varied menu. I would highly recommend anyone to try the Radohny, to me it's the best in the South Ribble area.
