Rad Burger in Canterbury

Despite an issue with my food I had a replacement AND full refund, no problem. The food itself is amazing and good value bearing mind the quality and size you'd get in say, Green King for example.

We have been to Rad Burger a few times over the year and we always receive great freshly made hot and tasty food. Staff are always friendly and polite. One tip for management. Please conciser updating the website with places you may visit during the month. Often over a weekend, we think of things to do and advertising where you intend to put one of your pop up shops / vans, would prompt us to visit the place and grab a bite of eat at one of your temp day places.

AMAZING food. AMAZING service. Every single staff member from the chefs to the front of house to the delivery staff are all absolutely brilliant. I cannot recommend this place enough. My picks are the Rad Beef burger & the Korean Chicken burger. Garlic mayo is also particularly divine. 10000000/10

Quite simply the best burgers in Whitstable by a distance. Staff are always friendly, good portions and the burgers are just absolutely fantastic. It's a regular Friday lunch for us. Not the cheapest but happy to pay for this quality

Had a really great lunch at Rad Burger inside South Quay Shed - premium prices (£13 for burger plus side order of fries) but the quality is absolutely worth it; terrific beef patties, interesting flavours and generous servings. Staff also very friendly. Recommended

We had the great pleasure of eating one of these delicious burgers at the Christmas Light Trail at Leeds Castle in December. We had a Rad Burger, it was ridiculously tasty and was gone very quickly. Thoroughly recommended.

What an amazing little place in the South Quay Shed! This was the BEST burger I’ve ever had. Good quality. Fries were great too. Decent selection of burgers on the menu. Defo will be going back when we’re in Whitstable and highly recommend this place for great takeaway/street food dining.

We both had the hyper beef burger with Rosemary fries. The burgers were fanastic with quality ingredients all-round; beef, lovely bacon, cheese, pickles and bun. There were plenty of fries and they were also excellent. Staff friendly. Will come again

Thought we’d give it a try so ordered a delivery. Was ok burgers were ok quite messy to be honest and the chips were hollow and so over cooked they were like crisps. For the money we paid I was very disappointed won’t be rushing back ☹️

I’d like to think of myself as a burger connoisseur. I have had many a burger and RAD burger Is the best I have ever had. I have never done a review on anything else but I needed to for this!

Situated inside South Quay Shed, this was the best burger I have eaten in some time. We chose the Radical Chicken Burger and the Katsu Loaded Chicken Tenders. Both with delicious. At £13.00 for burger and fries, this is well worth the price tag. Cooked to order, the service was friendly and efficient.

There were not many of the food outlets open but Rads was. Excellent tasty burger with rosemary chips! It’s more of a takeaway and and you can eat in the seats in the main foyer of the building inside or there are limited seats outside. Staff were polite and attentive.

We ordered our food via Uber Eats at 4:20pm Sunday (they were taking orders). Processed order. Checked back on the app to see what was happening (20 mins later) and someone had cancelled the order. No message/email or call to explain why. Appreciate its a busy time of day but would suggest that you are not ‘live’ on Uber if you cannot manage volume of orders (delivery/in person). We are local and won’t be using you again due to poor customer service.

We came for a weekend away in Whitstable and after arriving fairly late on the Friday evening we wanted to stay in, have a drink and get a takeaway. I can’t remember how I found rad burger online but I’m so glad we did! Absolutely outstanding food… we both had a hyper beef burger and we could not fault it, rosemary fries delicious too. Perfect!!!

Rad burger have got it spot on with their burgers. This was our second visit in a few weeks and we all opted for the Truffle burger which was as good as our previous visit aa few weeks ago. A nice juicy burger with just the right amount of cheese, truffle mayo and crispy onions at a really good price. The food was served quickly, was lovely and hot and the rosemary fries that accompany the burger were nice and crispy and perfectly cooked. Can't wait to visit again.

Had the truffle burger with Rosemary fries and it was exceptional! One of the best burgers I have ever had. Lovely subtle truffle flavour and the beef patties were perfectly cooked and lovely and juicy. Give it a go!

Oh my word! Best vegan burger I've ever tasted in my 15 years as a vegan! Really so lovely we had takeaway on the Friday evening and then ended up going back for lunch the next day. Absolutley delicious and the rosemary fries *chefs kiss*
