Great service, absolutely delicious food and served with a big smile - I cannot fault this place, would highly recommend (even in the pouring rain like today)

This was the worst Thai food we have ever tasted and couldn't even finish the plate. We ordered a vegetable pad thai which consisted of a huge pile of greasy tasting noodles covered in some strange almost chemical flavoured sauce. It did NOT taste fresh, healthy or Thai. In addition, the gentleman serving us actually scraped the forks with his fingernails before handing us the cutlery. The chilli flakes and nut flakes were in a plastic container with one spoon that everyone would grab and actually laid in the container among the flakes. Incredibly unhygienic. Gobsmacked that people think this is delicious. Wasted nearly £9.

Me and my wife always love the pad Thai when we come to Herne Bay. Lovely food and lovely people. Highly recommended 👌🏼

We always try to visit this stall every time we visit Hernebay as a couple or with my daughter and grandchildren. The food is cook fresh and it’s reasonably priced. Staff are amazing and friendly.

Just occasionally, you find a stall on a pier that serves amazing food. I mean genuinely good. Tussanee Thai Food on Herne Bay Pier is one of those stalls. The chicken pad Thai is one of the best I’ve eaten, and both of my kids said they’d never had better. The duck spring rolls were also excellent and the service is friendly. We’ll be back!

Lovely food served with a smile. Ordered too much so we asked for some to be taken Way with us for a lite snack in the motor home. Fair price for very tasty Thai food thank you.

So nice to have something different on offer. All the food is yummy cant pick a favourate. It isa shame they are only open at week ends or at least that what it said when I was last there.

Took a trip to the Pier and decided to have Thai food. We are never disappointed as food was delicious as usual.

We popped to get some lunch on the pier and decided to order Thai. We had vegetable noodles and king prawn noodles. Half way through eating my noodles I noticed chunks of chicken - being a vegetarian this was not good. Will not be eating here again

Lovely Sunday lunchtime snack was had today on Herne bay pier. My wife had veggie noodles which she throughly enjoyed, and I had king prawn noodles which were delicious. Accompanied by a portion of mini veggie spring rolls with sweet chilli sauce between us, made the meal all the more enjoyable.

We had our first home delivery last night from one of our favourite food outlets on the Pier. We were not disappointed. Speedy delivery. Piping hot and the same delicious food. We will definitely use them again.

They have started doing take away & I thought I would give it a god excited for something new on the take away scene. Sadly I wasn’t that impressed. I ordered Chicken pad Thai, it was mostly greasy noodles without much else in them & not a peanut in sight. Prawn toast which was hard and overdone & spring rolls that had no filling. It’s such a a shame. I feel as if I would maybe give them one more chance once they’ve got in to the flow of it.

Chicken satay and steamed Thai rice were both excellent as was the peanut sauce served as an accompliment. The owner/chef was lovely - happy smiling and helpful and a great place to eat as on the pier. Opens at 1.00 pm

This place only opens at 1pm on Sunday, we arrived at 2.50pm, they'd run out of Duck Spring Rolls and Chicken & Veg Spring Rolls, so reluctantly ordered the Veg Spring Rolls, there was Prawn Toast on the menu 8 pieces for £4.00 I asked if we could have half portion - No the Thai lady said quite abruptly! (We are 4 adults Mum / Dad 60's with our 2 children 25 / 26) only 2 of the 4 of us wanted a starter thought we'd share a starter whilst perusing the main course menu. Sat down and after 25 minuets our patients had run out! When I challenged the two English girls behind the counter I saw the Thai lady remove the Veg Spring rolls from the Fridge / Freezer and put them into the deep fat fryer. Said to the Girls about the wait they apologised so I asked for my money back, the Thai lady reluctantly agreed to a refund saying they are now being cooked but to be honest the 25 min wait had really been too much. What we cannot understand is these products are usually deep fried from frozen so it's not hard to chuck these in a fryer in between serving / preparing food for others, after all there are 3 people working the kitchen. Shame really because we like giving our money to small businesses. To us this is fast food, to wait 25 minutes for 10 mini veg spring rolls is not acceptable and unforgivable.

The noodles have a unique flavour that is irresistible. Have eaten many times here and the quality is consistent will be returning again soon!

The food is absolutely fabulous. We have eaten a number of their dishes but the tempura prawns remain a favourite. It's really lovely to eat al fresco on the pier with such lovely views and have such a variety of food choice.

Bad Service, ignorant staff , 2 of us ordered but one meal came, then they served a family before getting our second meal so one person finished eating before the other started, we payed for one meal and left, never to return, they even laughed as if it was funny, I'm the one who didn't eat, partner said the food was rubbish.

This place is a hidden gem on the Pier,the food is amazing and such great prices,this place is a must for delicious Thai food.

Great place to get a midday meal and soak up the atmosphere, different moods in the week to the busy weekends

This is probably the best Thai food I have had in England. The choice is amazing. The food is fresh and prepared on site. The owner is lovely and very helpful. Would I eat this everyday? Probably yes

Pedimos vino y un plato tailandés pad de salida, que tardó un poco y el otro llegó unos 10 minutos después, fría y bastante insípida. Las guarniciones eran simplemente fácil de langostinos congelados fritos en espinacas pasta dulce compramos una botella chili, en general chapuzón nada contenta y los precios eran altos para lo que nos dieron.

Primero tenía un encantador almuerzo hace unas semanas, y como otros contribuyentes no pudimos encontrar ningún defecto. Tuvimos una selección, y fue excelente. Nuestra segunda visita fue el sábado pasado. La chica que sirve realmente no había una idea. Ella compró los platos y cuando pregunté donde la salsa de datos era para el pollo satay ella nos dijo que no estaban sirviendo como que se había acabado! Quizás no debería estar en el menú luego! El último plato picante tailandesa ordenados estaba caliente, cuando llegaron croquetas era pollo, ella nos miraba como si fuéramos gaga! Todos los platos ordenados por nosotros fuimos con salsa de chili!! Fue una pena, ya que realmente se ha tomado el extremo de este lugar pequeño y encantador. Espero que fue un "off" y uno tenía algo equivocado en la cocina. Volveremos, pero sólo el fin de la red.

Delicious thai food... one of the best pad thai i have ever had. Very friendly personal service... lovely location on the pier. Thai iced coffee is very nice too!!!

We did a mixture of food from the differant Hut It was great all having differant tastes We got food from here and next door hut Take some Baby wipes to clean your hand & mouth after as you can get a bit sticky

Food was cooked fresh, with all ingredients that proper thai food would have. Not a big selection, but what is on offer is good.

Tried Tussanee again last Saturday for lunch on the Pier and have to recommend the green thai curry, good size portion and very very tasty. Friendly service and good value too.....

We grabbed a selection of bits from here in the summer. It was all mostly deep fried, it did the job to tide us over until dinner. I wouldn't probaly go back there on purpose

Only stopped for a cuppa - but the food smelt delicious - would love to go back and try the food next visit! Service was quick and staff polite. seaing area on the pier - lovely place to sit and watch the world go by!

As it was a lovely Autumn day we strolled down to the Pier today and sat outside the Tussanee Thai food hut and had some lovely prawns in batter with dipping chilli sauce good value at £5.00 for 12. Both the lady and the lad who were serving greeted us with warm smiles. An enjoyable treat to finish the weekend.

Have been here twice now for lunch on a sunny sunday afternoon. Service is charming and cheerful and the food is good value and very tasty !
