Went in today after my brother recommended it to me and had a great experience! The chicken wrap I ordered was delicious and the man who served me was really nice and informative!

Very friendly people, great tasting food and amazing for the value. The place has a nice cozy vibe, would definitely go there again. I’d recommend chicken biriyani and the jacket potato.

The food here is great and the staff are friendly. They make Wraps, paints, etc fresh for your order. They deal with allergies really well

Popped into Rachel’s for some lunch, on top of the delicious panini and soup I had, Adil and Ruja are the most welcoming and helpful people you’ll meet! Couldn’t recommend Rachel’s of Windsor enough

Owner was super nice, ended up giving us a free jacket potato as it was close to closing. Also really recommend the broccoli cinnamon soup. Delicious.

This place used to be great, you'd go to Rachel's if you were starving, baguettes, sandwiches, salads, jacket potatoes would be crammed with fillings, all good quality and it was brilliant, but not today. The jacket potatoes looked anemic, no crisp skin as if they'd been microwaved, barely any butter and pitiful fillings. Had to add to them when we got home. Such a shame.

Lovely baguette, very friendly staff and accommodating for my son. Food was fantastic and a nice seating area outside. Very reasonably priced

Nice service and reasonable choice of breads and fillings but we are 60 years old and can say with no doubt that the baguette we had made up for us is the worst we've ever had! It was so stale that we could barely bite through it and had to leave most of it. We think the lady knew this as she microwaved it before making it up which we didn't understand why at the time. The amount of filling was also on the mean side. We went back to the shop later in the day to express our disappointment but the shop had closed by then.

Fabulous value from a lovely independent business in the heart of Windsor. Tucked down an ally its a really lovely find with superb fresh food and the jacket potatoes with fillings are delicious! really good value for money..

Regular visitor!! Excellent selection of sandwiches/ wraps/ baguettes. Kind friendly atmosphere. Macauley always has a smile & Nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend if in Windsor.

Stumbled across this cute venue and very glad i did. Great choice of fillings for baguettes, sandwiches or wraps - i think they do jacket potatoes too. I got a jerk chicken and salad sandwich. They are very generous with their fillings. Drinks range was mid. The standard coke, Fanta etc so i grabbed a Latte - offered a choice of coffee which was a very aromatic Ethiopian coffee (can't remember the brand). Will definitely pop back in when in the area.

Good selection of sandwiches and baguettes made to order as well as jacket potatoes. At £5.20 per baguette, I had high hopes. However, I was not impressed with Flora lighter instead of butter, Tesco reduced fat pesto, and pre-grated mozzarella from a bag in my baguette. My husband had a coronation chicken baguette, which he said was okay without being anything special. Definitely not worth the price tag.
