Excellent local bar wtith nice variety of beers and drinks. The atmosphere is always nice. There is not much for food though (just some pizza stuff).

£18.90 for large G&t and large bells and coke. Had exactly same drink in a spoons pub later and it smelt better and only cost £8. I used to go in here in the 80s and 90s. Couple by us also mention teh smell and left quicker than us.

Nice public house. popular for all ages. make sure you register your car with the bar or you will be fined. don't even try to reason with the landlord, after all he wants your money!

This is a warm cosy pub with a characters. It’s one of the oldest here , the land records mention it as pub since 1577. Loved the traditional feel and thankfully the crowd is usually a mature, genre manly type which makes it a good place to catch up with mates over drinks and have a good conversation

Great service, nice range of beers/ales not too bad on price. Also has a really lovely terrace at the rear with additional mini bar. This pub is very old which has been on this site since the 16th century, but still remains very cosy & well furnished. + point Toilets really clean (on our visit)

This old pub is now Pinners best pub by far. Always has a good selection of beers and wines and enough staff even at busy times. The Pizzas are outstanding, better than most Italian restaurants but be very hungry if you're ordering the large one. Great pub, great beer, great food... just a little exy for out here, prices closer to the west end IMHO. However, It doesn't stop me going there.

Lovely Hotel with an interesting history and characterful restaurant. This time we were seated in the old dining room as the main eating area was being done up but nevertheless it did not detract from

We live nearby and pop in occasionally for cream tea on special occasions. It's always been somewhere between good and great for food and service. But this last trip was a bit like visiting Fawlty T
