Always good portions and good value for money 👍🏼

Food as usual is excellent, fish is superb. Service lately however is lacking. Today I was waiting when a lady came in and went to the collection point, mistaking it for the queue. When one of the staff asked why she was there she was brusquely told she was in the wrong place and had to queue, so had to go all the way to the back of the long queue, instead of maybe being asked what she wanted. All very rude and disappointing.

This is best chip shop .I am currently homeless and diabetic have nothing and out the kindness of there hearts gave me some food .. which all was like that .. I really Ty so much .this chip shop got a heart ....

Been here several times now when visiting Droitwich and have not been disappointed. A little more than some but worth it as quality is great able to sit in a plus

One of the Worst meal I had in long time the battered sausages was sooo grease even John Travolta would use the grease for his hair n the mixed meat was dry n some of the chips were green

Asked if they do delivery’s, u understand that at the time they didn’t. I then asked if they would be doing deliveries in the future and they said no… well according to this sign they are looking for delivery drivers…. So what is really going on here?

Best chip shop in droitwich 5 star

Went 12.30 sat lunch found a very long black hair between the potato and batter of scallop showed this to the staff who smiled and dropped it on floor next to the frier when I said should that have not gone in bin as your serving food his colleague quickly scrabbled around on floor to get it I was mortified he found this funny offered up no apology just smiled never eat there again

Staff were friendly & all our big order was lovely. Must say fish tasted so nice & so white & fresh.

Got my order wrong, chips were hard, gave me a minced beef pie i asked for a steak and kidney which may i add was soft not crusty. Poured curry sauce instead of gravy, then rectified it. A 2 minute drive home and hungry ready to plate my food and it needed reheating. I wouldn't sell the public food like that. Poor standards. I was at the shop Tuesday evening 17/10/2023 i can't remember the exact time. It was after between 7 & 8.30 pm 2 young ladies serving a blonde and brunette. The brunette served me, she asked uf i want my food in tray with a lid i said no thanks She poured out curry sauce i wanted gravy. The blonde said she will have the curry sauce.

Last night had 2 mini fish and chips I should have took them back they we're horrendous chips full of grease the fish was mostly batter which most likely had been cooked for sometime had to throw most of it in the bin . Have been using this place for nearly 2 years , which for the majority has been an excellent fish and chip shop very very disappointed

This is the 3rd time I've ordered something from this place for it to be rejected and canceled with no reason. I got to wait yet again 3-5 working days for my money to be refunded to me. 1 star service for never accepting an order during delivery hours and I live in the same town so whats the issue?

Called her for a quick bite of fish and chips and steak pie The fish was Ok as was the chips-although there were a few bones in a small part of the fish which we quickly removed for our grandkids. The pie ,a pukka one was the worst pies I have ever eaten-completely tasteless and way over price for what it was .Will avoid, pukka/chip shop pies in the future

I came in on Friday night for my dinner, the food was lovely and all the staff were very friendly.The young lad who served me was very polite and I got my food super fast. I would definitely recommend coming here. I will be coming back!

Went in this evening and they tried to sell me a completely broken up grease soaked piece of fish. I said “I’m not accepting that”. Gave me another piece got home to a greasy pile of mess batter all fallen off the fish, tiny amount of chips and all incredibly greasy. What went so wrong? It was gorgeous prior to 17/03/23. Truly horrible now

Total rubbish first time I have used this place and it will be the last, fish and chips you could have got the hole lot on a sandwich, chips were not cooked smallest fish I have ever had ever in a life time, rip off don't go there,

I love the food from here and regularly have the mini fish & chips. Great portions lovely staff. But this evening 19/1/23. Although portions were generous I'm afraid the food wasn't as nice and binned most of it. It was greasy , the fish looked a little grey & chips were "dry". Won't put me off will go again as usually standard of food is a 5*.

Used to love the mixed kebab meat and chips, but it’s being slowly going down hill. The last one I had went in the bin! The chicken was like charcoal, cleverly cover up by kebab meat. I was very unhappy 🙁

Popped in for some dinner and decided on doner meat and chips witch was really nice best meat i have had in ages definitely would recommend. I haven't had anything else from there so carnt say what its like. The place is clean and tidy and the staff were friendly. Would recommend

Don't like the potato scallops from here any longer. They are too thick and SQUARE! I've never seen a square potato before 🤔 The batter is different too. Tasteless. Won't but them again 👎

Visited today. While working in the area. I'm originally from Manchester. I can honestly say I would make the 2hr drive from home just to have this fish and chips again. Even if I wasn't working in the area. Top notch service. Clean and presentable place. Chips are good. Fish is great! Will definitely be eating from here again. 👌👍

Just had one of the best Chicken Kebabs. Salad was so fresh, garlic mayo and chilli sauce just complemented the tender meat.

We came here last Wednesday on a whim. Although I like chips I rarely eat them because of the calories. It is ten years since I last visited a chip shop. I suddenly fancied some chips and shared a portion with a friend. The chips were pale and limp. They were hot enough. We ate a few and threw the rest away. I have no plans to return here.

Haven't been here in a while. I'm glad I did though as the chips are nice. Will definitely be visiting again

Best chippy in Droitwich by a mile, brilliant fish and chips and kebabs are bang on. I think the queues on a Friday tell you that it has to be the best chippy around. Can get busy but fast service.

On arrival queued for around 5 to 10 mins. Got served but then after a 5 mins wait saw the manager take the fish that our server had ear marked for is and was dishing up. The lad explained it was for his customers and the manager told him to shut up and took them anyway. We watched who he served it ti and it was a man after us in the queue who then left before us along with others who were behind us as we were then told by a very frustrated and embarrassed young man that we would have to wait 5 mins while they cooked some more fish. My partner said you mean 10 mins then as we have already waited 5. The boy looked angry and very annoyed byt remained professional. We watched this sake manger push passed his young staff and take things that that were for someone else. All his staff looked so annoyed at him and he kept butting in and getting under their feet. He prepared our 2 gravy and handed them to our server and we saw him looking confused and saying what's that who's it for? Oh I've done them already I dont need them. So we left with 4 gravy instead of 2 and a big standard fish and chips that had us waiting for 30 mins in total. Far from happy. Feel sorry for hos staff. Shake cos their food is generally very nice but dont like rudeanagers treating staff like that. The other local chippy has the same prob and we stopped going there too as he is also ride to his young staff.

WARNING Waiting for order I could only describe it as an individual in the rear food preparation kitchen Hock & then spit. I asked the two young lads at the till do you think that is acceptable in a food establishment? They shrugged their shoulders and said No! But what can we do? I asked for a refund and left. EAT THERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Always had very good portions and tasty food.

Food was ok, good service and clean and tidy shop. I was just let down by fish and chips, like I said the cod was "fine" and chips were a little pale and soggy. Could be a personal preference thing but run of the mill chippy, very inoffensive.
