Came to Queens for lunch. Was the best food I’ve had in Crosby. The calamari in particular was delicious. Service was great and the staff were very welcoming

Still the best food in Crosby! The quality of the food here is excellent and the restaurant really does offer something that the rest of the area doesn’t. To say that the best food in Crosby is here really says a lot because we have some great places to eat locally. I’ve heard that the menu doesn’t suit some people but I’ve managed to bring some friends here who didn’t fancy it - they LOVED it, so try it for yourself if you haven’t already! This is always top of my list when we’re looking at somewhere to go around Crosby

had AMAZING food and wine. very warm and inviting atmosphere, staff are kind and attentive. perfect for drinks and snacks in the evening :)

Always go here for a Sunday roast! It’s the best roast in Crosby, potentially in Liverpool, absolutely unbelievable food! Staff are amazing and attentive, will become a regular for me and my family

Once again, we had another fabulous meal at Queens bar and bistro. The difference this time was that our whole family of 22 were all served simultaneously. The food and service were exceptional: the staff being extremely well organised and accommodating. This was a very special gathering for our family, and we would like to thank the owner and staff for their care and attention. I couldn’t recommend this little restaurant highly enough and it has become a firm favourite with us. Thank you very much for making our day so special.

Been here several times since opening and every time the food and service is always amazing! Lovely atmosphere, very relaxed and never feel rushed to leave. The menu changes monthly and even though small, offers plenty of choice, including vegetarian and lots of gluten free options - the food and presentation is always spot on. Wine choices and knowledge from the staff is also a bonus! Would highly recommend this place for a visit, amazing addition to Crosby!

Having been to the Queens in Crosby earlier this year, I was really looking forward to my return visit. My Fiancèe and I opted for the Full English- having had the same on our previous visit. The difference in service and quality this time left a lot to be desired. The Owner of the Bistro was very welcoming and cordial in his approach and for that I can only commend him - but the compliments stop there. We were made to wait nearly 30 minutes for our breakfasts - something I have never experienced before. Whilst our Host delighted fellow Diners with his tales of wine like the most enthusiastic and passionate of Sommeliers, we were left to wonder where our food had got to. When it finally arrived it was underwhelming to say the least. The bread was hard and brittle, the sausage gave me the impression that it had been sitting under a hot lamp for a considerable amount of time. The Black Pudding was tepid whilst the Bacon and mushrooms both arrived burnt charred and tasteless. I do not apologise for this review. The Queens in Liverpool ( the Sister Restaurant) is far more imperious and inpressive. For a brand that prides itself on its professionalism and value, this visit left a lot to be desired. As if to pre-empt our displeasure, the owner avoided asking us how our respective breakfasts were,when we paid. I'm sure reading this will leave him in no doubt.

Yet again, we enjoyed a delicious and slightly different lunch and glass of wine. The food is always spot on, the staff are excellent and so very friendly and the ambience is lovely.

Absolutely the best roast in Crosby! Insane food, amazing staff and atmosphere! Would highly recommend if you want a gorgeous Sunday dinner

The food here is great and so are the staff. I've been a few times since it opened because it offers something that the rest of Crosby doesn't. Go with an open mind if you're a fussy eater. I went with a couple who didn't know what to have on the menu so we ordered a mixture of things for each course - they loved everything!

A great addition to the food scene in Crosby. A classic bistro feel with excellent food. The menu is small but, having eaten here twice since it’s recent opening, all of the dishes were excellent. Fresh fish cooked perfectly and lovely steak and hand cut chips. A great selection of wine as well. And deserts to die for. I would definitely recommend for lunch or dinner.
